Let me start by saying customer service is a 20/10. This is my first time getting anything installed audio wise in my vehicle so when it comes to what I need and pricing, I'm very unknowledgeable. Being a female, a young female at that in the car industry there's been countless of times I've been told I need something when I didn't or was priced out the ass for something. However for this store, this was not the case, I felt very well taken care of. I was walked through everything that I was asking for, any questions I had they answered clearly. AMAZING. My amp in my car had stopped working and I had brought it in to see if they could figure out why. It had short circuited so I needed to replace the new amp and I bought one from them and they installed it right then. They messed up my car by connecting my sound system to my Transmission control module, causing the Module to short out and putting my car into limp mode. I had to tow it to Ancira CJDR where they told me the issue and how much it was to fix. I notified brothers sound about the situation, they came and look for themselves and tried to deny that they did that work. They then said okay we'll pay your deductible of $100 for the repair and fix the sound system. After Ancira fixed my car I took it to brother's sound to fix the sound system and was given attitude and one of the employees put a piece of gum on my car. Luckily I saw it before it can dry and took it off then threw it right at their store. Anyways be cautious when bringing your vehicle here. read more

Huge selection of audio (haphazardly presented in show room) but Not impressed was I. They seemed to not take interest in advising or checking vehicle to see what be the best augmentation for improving stock audio up. Unlike here, The Folks at Audio Express actually got in my Accord and listened to current stereo set up, asked about listening habits, volume levels, preferences etc...and provided budget options. Not at Brother's; they just wanted to make a quick and easy sale, not help determine what would be a good upgrade for me. Hence, they will not get my business. Audio Express will. In response to Brother's response to my above post, I provided basic car information and that is all. Within two or three minutes the sales girl was pulling two 6.5 inch speaker replacement options off the shelf without any other input. It was like "Just put this in your car and you will be fine... ". No listening to system, discussion of optional tweeters install, or whether or not I'd benefit from a small subwoofer. No real diagnostics occurred as with other vendors wanting to determine the best system for my auto listening habits and budget. read more

I got a Viper security alarm installed here for my Toyota Tundra. The staff members were very helpful and answered all my questions / concerns. I went back a couple weeks later to get the cellular Smart Start module installed that I had purchased from Offer Up. Again they were very helpful. The installer was having some issues with the module not communicating with the network but he was persistent. He called Viper tech support and got it working. BestBuy customer service and tech knowledge did not compare - not to mention Brothers prices were fantastic!! If your searching for a new audio system this is your stop. I worked with Dua (hope I spelled her name right) and Gihad. Dua worked the floor and behind the counter and I guess I under estimated her because her product knowledge isn't in question. She was even nice enough to allow me to listen to her sound system for reference point. I didn't feel she was pushy or in sale mode she was more interested in the sound I was looking for making sure my budget was realistic and not going over my budget. Gihad is a work horse. It seems to be a family business and he doesn't mind putting the family on his back. He had a obvious genuine love for the business and would work all night if they didn't stop him. My complicated radio and navigation system went out and the dealer bid was way over priced for an outdated 2012 navigation system and the dealer didn't want to deal with it. Someone recommended Brothers and I am glad I went with them. Great customer service. I called ahead and they had already started to research what I needed while I was on my way to the shop. They fixed it right the first time, and I didn't feel pushed into anything I didn't need. They got me back up and running in no time. My backup camera, signal light clickers, door chimes, and Bluetooth are working again. I also have an updated navigation system and Apple play, a big difference in qualify from the original. They are only a little more expensive than A-1 down the street, but the people were so nice , especially by comparison to them! I almost had my stereo installed at A-1because of their reviews about being budget-friendly, but since when I went in there the guy acted like I was bothering him just coming in the store, I had to take a ride down the street to see what they had to offer.
