My son's battery was perfectly fine when he purchased his vehicle. It's ashamed Mario the owner is trying to deflect it's a used vehicle. When my son took it to his shop it was working perfectly fine. Mario ADMITTED they wired it wrong and because of that it drained the battery. It sat overnight and all day draining his battery. Things happened right? But instead of saying it's a used car make it right. This is why I will make your reviews low. God doesn't like ugly. I don't even want to give one star. I don't recommend. i highly dont recommend M&C CAR AUDIO they installed my amp and sub carelessly which killed my car battery, i also just got this car. I came back so they can fix it, when it was finished the man knowledge that they were wrong and apologize to me, i went to o'Reillys to charge my battery, ended up my battery was dead i called M&C so they can pay for my battery they just drained and they dont want to take responsibility for the damage they did, and there expensive to be messing up. read more

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. Do not go here unless you want to deal with horrible customer service. They lied about how long it would take and argued with me when I asked to cancel the work being done even before it even started. To make matters worse, they refused to give me back my security deposit. I am contacting my lawyer, and this falls into the category of small claims. I also contracted the BBB because they told me that if I paid cash, it would be cheaper, so they would not have to claim it from the government. I do know that is against the law. Brought in a Jeep to have a steering wheel control module put in, works great. Asked them to try to troubleshoot an existing problem. They tried a fix and said they were done. Got my car and headed home. Checked the car out and the amp wasn't re secured to the car and was half dangling from my back seat and 1 speaker was now not working. Paid 20$ extra because they had to take 3 door panels off but they didn't screw them back on and left the screws laying in my back seat. Tried to go back and talk to them and told me they didn't have time and to come back later. I'm happy with the steering wheel controls and I understand the issue wasn't their problem to start with but paying 90$ for nothing and have my door half put back on and not even able to have a conversation about it seems like pretty poor customer service. read more

Super fast service!!! I went to Best Buy to have a car stereo put in. Best Buy inform me it would take 9 days for my stereo put in. I went to M & C Audio and had my put in only 90 minutes!!!! That was with a back up camera. Why wait 9 days for your stereo when you get it less time to watch a movie. Also you can buy your stereo some place else and they will install it for you but Not Waiting over 9 days to have it installed. Great service and Super Fast Install. I'm going back!!! read more

I happened upon M&C when I was Yelping for a place for car audio. Sadly, my ol' 17 year Lexus did not want to play quality music through its damaged, paper-cone, blasted-to-bits speakers anymore. Seriously, one died and the other muffled up. Though I live in Medical Center, I sent out a message to a handful of places (here included), and Mario quoted me a decent price. Also, I could either make an appointment or walk right in! So, off I went. This is about a 25 minute drive from my house. WHAT! In SA you don't ever wanna go far. Remember, "everything is 15 minutes away." But it was worth it. I came in, originally going for the Alpines on sale, but I love to power it up.. So, for just a bit more, I was tempted by the other options. They have all namebrands here: Kicker, Infinity, Kenwood, Alpine, Pioneer, Polk, etc. I decided to go with some Kenwoods, that had 320W. A good 100 more than the Alpines I came in for. And just $20 more (at time of review). Woop! (And shoutout for his patience when I kept debating and internet researching while he waited for me to decide.) He got the set and told me it'd be about 30-45 minutes. I think it only took about 35 or so. I ended up talking with a gentleman, who happened to be Mario's father! We talked about where we came from, the weather, how the lifestyles are so different. (I'm Dominican by way of NYC.) Mario's brother was actually the one doing the install, and I was just in awe of this trustworthy, small family-owned business. The car was ready, and Mario mentioned that there were also some wiring issues with my amp, which they happened to fix since they were already in there (no extra crazy fee). Two words. CUSTOMER SERVICE! These guys know what those two words mean and apply it. I had a backup camera installed in my truck almost three years ago, when I lived in El Paso. It stoped functioning recently. I attempted to identify the problem but was not successful. I call M & C on a day they were closed. They call me back a few days later. I let them know that I needed someone to troubleshoot my camera and figure out what the issue is. They quoted me a price just to troubleshoot. I thought the price was fair and I headed over. I fully expected them to tell me that a high cost repair or part was needed. I was very wrong. They not only identified the minor issue, they repaired it in less than 10 minutes, and charged me a little less than they quoted me. When I reminded them of the original quote, they dismissed it, letting me know that it was easy fix for them. To say I was impressed with their candor and work is an understatement. I had a radio/GPS put in our 2016 Honda Pilot. The Pilots stock radio did not come with GPS so my wife was getting frustrated with the little phone maps screen and wanted a real GPS put in. We brought the vehicle to Dealer Source but Dealer Source could not do it because of a built in amplifier they said, so we called M & C Car Audio. They said no problem we can do it. They did have to order an extra part because we had blinkers on our side mirrors so it took a few extra days for the parts but we are very happy that we now have GPS and Sirius FM in both vehicles, (they put a stereo in our 2012 Camry after that radio pooped out to). The staff were very kind and explained everything to us even staying late to finish our radio to keep good on their promise to deliver on the day agreed to. They gave us a quick tour of the functioning of the radio before we left. read more

They half installed items, blew my sub because they didn't tighten the ground to the amp, broke my dash, didn't put back window buttons on passage door, microphone for radio already fell off, remote start worked for a month, pager remote worked for 2 weeks....We went back to have it fixed and was told to come back and talk to the owner. No one will return my call. They won't fix the damage or even act remorseful for the remedial job performed. read more

I got a window tint last year on a 2017 BMW. From the options they gave me I choose one of the most expensive because they offered lifetime warranty. The same day after they put the tint I noticed that there were some stains in the back seat ( the seats are light color) I took the car back so they could clean it but they were not really apologetic and they looked more annoyed that I didn't clean it myself, they finally cleaned and I left. A year later, I started to see little air bubbles in the back window and in one of the side so I went to see what would they do to fix the problem but they just told me that those were dust specs and all cars have it and even new ones and they could not do anything unless the tint was coming out.The girl that helped me said she would talk to the owner and call me back but it's been a week and have not heard from them. Originally I was thinking about going to Mothers window tint but this place is closer to my house and also someone recommended them to me. I research the prices and they were cheaper than Mothers but I guess you get what you pay for. So if you are considering this place just keep in mind that they are not really reliable after the service and their warranty is tricky. I forgot to mention that my BMW is always in the garage and only drive it few times a week as it is my fun car so no long times under the sun or bad weather. read more
