Even after the sale, he continued to check in, ensuring I understood my bike and felt confident riding. Kyle, one of the mechanics, embodies care and purpose. He explained safety, mechanics, and all the little details every new rider should know. The gremlin on my bike started as Larry's thoughtful idea, and Kyle brought a few options for me to choose from. I get home, park it and had to leave town for two weeks. Came back fired it up and only runs when the choke is on. It just dies when throttle is used. I called BucketHeads and they said to bring it in. I explained I can't drive it and have not trailer, hence the fact that I had to pay for it to be towed by them the first time. They just said to bring it in and left me to figure out how to get it in. They kept telling me they spent way more time on my motor cycle then they were billing me for, but what good is that if it doesn't run. I would recommend going else were. They are very nice, but what good is that. The motorcycle is in the same shape as before, except i have a new battery. Update: I just spoke with them again and they are going to pickup the bike. I will report how it turns out. It is looking up though. Sorry for the late update. Bucketheads did come and get my motorcycle and they have it running like a charm. He could not complete the work he said we needed and damaged our vehicle with faulty mechanic work. After many opportunities to fix what he broke, we ended up having to go to the dealer to repair the damage for $7,000. We do not recommend taking your vehicle here. He admitted after doing damage to the vehicle to failing to do his research and to not ever working on our specific model. He dragged this on for a month, falsely told us we just needed to drive more and the repairs would work after 50 miles, when in reality he sent us away with a faulty repair that left us unsafe more than once. I got there just a little before 8:00 and by 8:30 they had my trike in the shop. The service advisor was great, he kept me informed of any extra service my trike needed. Overall I'm happy with the service. At both my 1000 mile service and now my 5000 mile service, my trike runs and sounds better than before I bought it in. The service isn't cheap and that's okay, I don't have a problem paying for good service. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because their wash job after the service is absolutely terrible. I keep my trike spotless, I clean it up after every ride. All the people I've seen that ride motorcycles do the same thing. When I got my trike today it was definitely dirtier than it was this morning when I brought it to them. It's like whoever washes the bikes uses a dirty rag and is quite possibly legally blind. In the future I'm just going to tell them to not wash my trike after service. I'll just clean it up when I get home, I do that anyway.
