I am fortunate to have 'stumbled' upon this shop a few weeks after moving to San Antonio. I have always gone to Harley dealerships and encountered technicians who were unable to resolve simple problems. For example, I had a rattle that was driving me crazy 2 summers ago. They test-rode my Harley and couldn't hear nor find anything and sent me on my way. I rode the entire summer with that rattle until a friend took off the side bag and found that I had a broken chain guard. Another instance was an oil leak that tied up my bike ALL of last summer b/c they could not find the problem that was causing the leak. Turned out to be a warped rocker/gasket situation which they said they had never seen before. Here, I feel that the guys who work at B-Radz Kustomz know bikes inside and out and they would have quickly figured out what was causing the problem(s). In mid June I took my Harley Davidson Freewheeler to B-Radz Kustomz for a K service. I told Brad that I was leaving on an extended trip and requested that in addition to the K service I would like to have my trike, including tires, double checked. I was not charged for the additional time spent making sure my Freewheeler was as ready to go as I was. I rode 5,471 miles, 10 states in three weeks without any problems. Quality work by trusted folks. I had a new engine put in and a follow up oil change after 5000 miles. I drove off n stalled out. Walked back in and talked to Brad. Learned it was bad gas as well as low grade. Brad always takes the time to educate me not just take my money and let me fail so he can make more money. I was trying to find a new exhaust for my boyfriend's street glide - but I don't ride so obviously I have no clue about anything to do with bikes. I asked a friend and he recommended B-Radz to me. Had a new Andrews Cam installed on my 2017 Roadglide. Also had an Arlen Ness air cleaner done. Man what a difference.
