To start off I've never left a review for a company before but my experience with this shop was…read morecompletely horrendous. Took my 09 CBR 1000rr in to Black Widow to get a full service done, a new set of fairings put on and a new headlight assembly put in. Was told that it would be over 1k to do which seemed a little high to me but I was fine with seeing as they had good reviews and everything. Took almost 6 months for me to get my bike out of the shop. When I finally did get the call that it was done, I went up there to pick it up. I go back to check out my bike and noticed my passenger seat was missing, passenger seat lock missing, passenger seat strap missing, spools were missing, battery charger that I had left for them to use (said they didn't have one) was missing, fairings not lined up to each other, and the bike was just filthy with dirt and dust all over it. My bike seemed like it was basically parted out. I told Jon Keller, the owner of this place, all the stuff that was missing and his response was "oh that's you brought it to us". What a load of crock that was. My bike was perfectly fine when I had brought it in with no issues just wanted a service and a few things done to it. So he goes to start my bike up and it wouldn't start because the battery was dead. When I brought it in it had a brand new lithium battery in it, hence why I left them a battery charger. So he jumps it with his home made battery charger, since mine was stolen, and it starts up. Almost immediately it starts to overheat. Hmm that's weird because I had brought it in to get serviced and It's never overheated on me before. Jon Keller begins to put engine coolant in my bike and it just pours out the bottom of my bike onto the shop floor. Come to find out the drain plug to my engine coolant WAS MISSING!! Wtf. So there was ZERO coolant in my bike! I had brought this bike in to get serviced! Jon Keller STILL charged me $1200!!!! I only paid it to get my bike out and back to my house before anything else happened to it. Be very careful of this place.

He could not complete the work he said we needed and damaged our vehicle with faulty mechanic work. After many opportunities to fix what he broke, we ended up having to go to the dealer to repair the damage for $7,000. We do not recommend taking your vehicle here. He admitted after doing damage to the vehicle to failing to do his research and to not ever working on our specific model. He dragged this on for a month, falsely told us we just needed to drive more and the repairs would work after 50 miles, when in reality he sent us away with a faulty repair that left us unsafe more than once. It turned out that I was given the wrong part and having only one car, this placed me in a bind. Ruben got on the phone with the auto parts store, apprised them of the situation and even ran up the street and picked up the correct parts for me. Also, and this is huge, Warhawk's prices are VERY fair. I went to another shop, one that rhymes with DebtToys and what a rip off. When I inquired on the price, I was told "I gotta pay my guys what a dealer would." I then thought, "well then why not just go to a dealer?" Anyway I am so happy and confident in Warhawk that I will call upon them or bring my vehicle to their shop for all my automotive repair needs. I would advise you do as well.
