Upon speaking with Tony, we felt comfortable taking the bike in. He was professional, knowledgable and cordial. He inspected the parts we brought and immediately told us what was missing. With his guidance, we were able to buy additional parts right away. That prevented a delay in the bike repair. When the bike was completed, he was kind enough to allow us to pick it up after hours (due to my work schedule). Sean greeted us when we arrived and explained all the work that had been completed. After getting home, we had additional questions and reached out to Sean. He was responsive and knowledgable. We wanted an additional adjustment and he offered to allow us to take the bike back the next day. Sean took time out of his busy schedule to ensure that we understood the parts on the bike and where safety is involved. We really appreciate that he takes safety into consideration in the work that he does. These gentlemen are honest, kind and have an amazing work ethic. So, my bike's been sitting since COVID started. Part of that was due to stay at home orders, part…read moreof that due to my own inertness, especially after the vaccines came out. Tried starting it up a week or two ago, and of course I got smoke but no actual start and run, etc. Called MMR, and they came out to look at the situation and assist today. Started off doing the carb service I specifically hired them for, then spent the remainder of their time helping me diagnose the other issues my bike was having. (They weren't able to finish today, unfortunately, due to a part requirement, but it's easy enough that I can finish up that part myself when the part arrives this weekend.) For the cost of the call, I got: - Carbs looked at and cleaned as necessary (wasn't THAT necessary due to another problem, but I didn't know that at the time) - Airbox taken apart and diagnosed (I had a gasoline flood in my engine while the bike was sitting that overflowed the oil compartment, causing an oil/gas mix to get EVERYWHERE. This ironically is likely why the carbs were fine, as it lead to oil in the carbs.) - Oil flushed, filter removed, new filter installed, new oil added (my own oil and filter). - Diagnostics on why the gas had flooded (most likely cause is looking like a faulty petcock. I have a replacement arriving this weekend). - An explanation of how this caused the problem (I'm no slouch or idiot when it comes to my bike, but this explained things that helped me be confident about both preventing and understanding this issue and how to resolve it. - A detailed explanation of how to do the last part of diagnosis I originally wanted them to do, but could not due to the faulty part, so I can do so myself quickly and easily. Overall, even though they couldn't fully get my bike working today, the service was hands down excellent, and I'd definitely recommend them. In fact, the only reason I'm unlikely to have the opportunity to do so again myself is because I'm moving out of state in a few days, but if they ever follow me to NC, I'd definitely call them if I had any problems there too!

After many opportunities to fix what he broke, we ended up having to go to the dealer to repair the damage for $7,000. We do not recommend taking your vehicle here. He admitted after doing damage to the vehicle to failing to do his research and to not ever working on our specific model. He dragged this on for a month, falsely told us we just needed to drive more and the repairs would work after 50 miles, when in reality he sent us away with a faulty repair that left us unsafe more than once. STAY SAFE, SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY, DO NOT WORK WITH GIL.

This makes a cash cow parts and service bonanza for Polaris dealers to overcharge their customers IMO. Recycle has the diagnostic scanners and Polaris software needed, is honest and treats me right on parts and labor. I Took my trike in for its 5000 mile service. I took it on Saturday when all service is first come…read morefirst serve, and they seem to hold true to that. I got there just a little before 8:00 and by 8:30 they had my trike in the shop. The service advisor was great, he kept me informed of any extra service my trike needed. Overall I'm happy with the service. At both my 1000 mile service and now my 5000 mile service, my trike runs and sounds better than before I bought it in. The service isn't cheap and that's okay, I don't have a problem paying for good service. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because their wash job after the service is absolutely terrible. I keep my trike spotless, I clean it up after every ride. All the people I've seen that ride motorcycles do the same thing. When I got my trike today it was definitely dirtier than it was this morning when I brought it to them. It's like whoever washes the bikes uses a dirty rag and is quite possibly legally blind. In the future I'm just going to tell them to not wash my trike after service. I'll just clean it up when I get home, I do that anyway.
