F$#ck this place, I rode from San Jose Cali to visit San Antonio to visit grandkids in May of 2026. Decided to get an oil change at caliente (they do not deserve a capitol C in their name) as they offered walk in oil changes. They asked for the year of my bike and when I told them 2001, the guy kind of had a smirk on his face and said they will not do it as the bike is too old. I asked if he was serious and sure enough, they would not change the oil per policy, I stated I can sign a waiver and no can do. F$#ck this place Carlos Rivera San Jose, Calif read more

I Took my trike in for its 5000 mile service. I took it on Saturday when all service is first come first serve, and they seem to hold true to that. I got there just a little before 8:00 and by 8:30 they had my trike in the shop. The service advisor was great, he kept me informed of any extra service my trike needed. Overall I'm happy with the service. At both my 1000 mile service and now my 5000 mile service, my trike runs and sounds better than before I bought it in. The service isn't cheap and that's okay, I don't have a problem paying for good service. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because their wash job after the service is absolutely terrible. I keep my trike spotless, I clean it up after every ride. All the people I've seen that ride motorcycles do the same thing. When I got my trike today it was definitely dirtier than it was this morning when I brought it to them. It's like whoever washes the bikes uses a dirty rag and is quite possibly legally blind. In the future I'm just going to tell them to not wash my trike after service. I'll just clean it up when I get home, I do that anyway. read more

I would never go here again. I bought my bike there and the manager of the service & parts department screwed me over. And he was not nice about it. I haven't gone back. read more

I have a 2010 custom Street Glide that was gifted to me as a retirement gift from 25 years serving active duty in the Air Force. Back in 2018, I took it to Caliente to replace the ECM, no problem at all. Service was provided and I was back on the road. Last week I called to have it towed due to engine running erratically. Tow was set up and Vincent was great. Shortly after it was towed away, I got a call from George. He was very direct and and indicated the manage said "we are not touching that bike, it's custom." He went on to say we can't return it until Friday and someone will give you a call to confirm the time. To which I agreed and asked is it possible to diagnose it? His response was just as rude, we aren't touching it. Friday came and he once again came across a little sideways, but this time over voicemail. The driver is loaded and on the way. Nine voicemails left by the time I noticed due to being at work and in meetings. The last message stated "we need to connect and if we don't deliver today it will be after the weekend and we will have to start charging storage fee of $20. Poor service, unprofessional and a poor reflection of leadership to his crew. Next time ask the customer if the bike is custom and you'll avoid it all. Won't be a next time for me. Two stars only because Vincent was great. George...could use some training. read more

Great experience at Caliente H-D. Garrett was a consummate professional and clearly a master of his craft. He heard my concerns/needs, worked with me on cost, and made sure I was 100% good to go before I left with my new bike. He and Chief (finance guy) were not pushy and made me an informed customer; not a badgered one. The entire team at CH-D were awesome. Highly recommend! read more

Dixie from the service center gets two thumbs down from me. I spent an hour and a half of my Sunday driving across town to pick up a bike from the service center (of which I have already paid the $1,000 bill) just to leave empty handed. Dixie texted me on Friday letting me know the bike was ready for pick up, I let her know I would come on Sunday, she assured me that would be fine, and instructed me to speak to Willy upon arrival on Sunday. Well, once I arrived on Sunday as discussed, I found out Willy is off, the bike is not accessible, and no one from the service center could retrieve the bike. How disappointing, I sure hope the service center's mechanic skills are better than their customer relations. **Giving a few extra stars because they delivered my bike for free the following Monday. Super appreciate that. read more

Caliente Harley-Davidson is awesome! Friendly staff, great service, and top-notch bikes!

Stopped in to grab some souveniers for a friend back home and ourselves. The building (outside) was probably one of the cooler Harley's we have visited and we tend to visit in most cities when travelling. They had a huge inventory and we didn't get haggled by any salesman. Although my husband would buy a bike in a heartbeat, we aren't quite ready for that yet! The store was clean and well stocked. The lady who helped us with our purchase was friendly. read more

Great selection of accessories and merch. The used motorcycles for sale were not clean which took away from the allure.

Always great people to work with here. Never had any issues and have spent quite a bit here. Mainly pets but they treat you as someone who is wanted as a customer which is difficult to find now a days. read more

One star because I have to. Don't contest an invoice because you'll end up in an argument !!!! Make sure you check your estimate sheet that everything that they say they're gonna do, is on that estimate sheet; we got screwed royally can't do anything about it, because they didn't put it into the estimate sheet, leaving us with no proof of what they had said all the promises and all the work that they said they were going to do to the bike; my honest recommendation is stay away they don't have the customers, best interest at hand and that's putting it lightly. Yes I'm just a stupid trusting person but never again. read more

These guys are great, especially Johnny! He even worked on his day off and after hours to make sure I got what I wanted. Him and the manager went all out finding me the perfect bike and getting it there fast. Rick was awesome, had me financed quick with no hassle. If you know what you want, they'll make it happen. I was in here in 2015, and I came in to buy various harley items, including a helmet. No one came over to help, no eye contact, and no communication. I spent close to $1,000, I paid for my items and left, and I will never return. read more

I recently took the MSF Basic Riding Course here at Caliente HD. Great Harley shop with some of the best selection of clothing, used bikes and parts in the area. Super friendly staff and fun events

What a God-awful place. If you are looking for a place to be ignored, a place that doesn't answer their service phone line for over an hour throughout a week-day, a place that will tell you what they won't do or can't do, or a place that will offer you no support in an emergency, this place is for you. Upon entry to this dump, I soon figured out the long drag marks on the floor were from the knuckle draggers that "worked" here. The worst Harley Davidson dealer I have ever had to (out of desperation) set foot in. Avoid it and take your business somewhere it's welcomed. read more

This store does not disappoint! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcome. There was a lot of apparel to choose from and so many other cool Harley items. After picking out our apparel, which we were very please with, it got even better. We met Jesse, our sales associate. Oh my goodness- this young man is phenomenal- he was attentive, knowledgeable and so helpful. He even gave us tourist tips when we told him where we were headed. If your in the San Antonio area THIS is the store to stop at. There are two others not too far away that are also open on Mondays but they didn't even come close to matching this store in terms of selection, friendliness, or customer service! read more

Still a great dealership to stop by at, I wish they still worked on buells. I always have a great time browsing, and never feel too pressured to buy anything. I recommend taking your m class here, it's a great and welcoming course. Even to those that have never even sat on a bike before. They are very patient, and as long as you don't drop the bike, you can pass! read more

Caliente Harley Davidson does not support first responders, even though their website says they do. Cowboy Alamo City HD and Gruene HD do.

After walking around for 30 minutes and trying to get help while holding two kids, we got nothing. Apparently going into a Harley dealer and not fitting "the look" you won't get help. I asked multiple times simply just to get the right oil and ended up leaving because I couldn't be helped. But people who fit the look got help immediately. I'll take my cash to a local bike store that's willing to help. read more

They've helped me on a number of occasions with genuine HD parts, the first thing I notice is that there is something in here for everyone who is a Harley fan. Window shoppers and entry level affordable rides and up.. The most important thing to remember is that they will only provide genuine HD stuff for your HD, so don't even ask for the aftermarket knockoff stuff. read more

Went to go rent a bike for my father in law who was visiting from out of state. Guy at the rental counter had an attitude like we were bothering him when asking questions. The website lists multiple models available for rental, but that's deceiving. They only rent fully dressed heritage and baggers, or sporties. My pops didn't want the windshield on the heritage, so I made the comment that he could remove it. The rental guy quipped, "you scratch my bike, you buy it!" No thanks. We left and went across town to Cowboys Harley. They also only had baggers, but they were as nice as could be and they acted like they wanted our business. Too many options in this life to put up with condescending a-holes. read more

I went in to buy some gear. As soon as I walked in a young lady (didn't get her name) greeted me and asked if she could help. I thought she'd 'help' like all the other retailers we encounter on a daily basis. Nope, she came from behind the counter and escorted me around the store. I asked for a vest and she took me to see some options. I started asking for other items and she was extremely helpful and patient. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but that didn't deter her. I've never bought HD gear, I actually don't wear it, but I wanted to honor a late friend at her funeral. The sales rep didn't know it at the time, but she made my shopping experience so enjoyable and peaceful. All in all I bought wayyyyyy more than I went in for, but that doesn't matter. I'll get to give my friend her final salute dressed in her favorite HD gear. Thanks Caliente!!! read more

I give them a 10 for the amount of apparel and bikes. I give them a 0 for friendliness and helpfulness. Nope, walked the entire store not one word or anyway ask if we needed assistance. While traveling through San Antonio, we made a special trip to the dealership to check it out and by a few shirts. No way... not 37.95 for a low end shirt, just to advertise for Caliente, who left me feeling cold.. lol. They could have been better. I rate them 2 stars, just because they sell Harley's.
