I got there just a little before 8:00 and by 8:30 they had my trike in the shop. The service advisor was great, he kept me informed of any extra service my trike needed. Overall I'm happy with the service. At both my 1000 mile service and now my 5000 mile service, my trike runs and sounds better than before I bought it in. The service isn't cheap and that's okay, I don't have a problem paying for good service. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because their wash job after the service is absolutely terrible. I keep my trike spotless, I clean it up after every ride. All the people I've seen that ride motorcycles do the same thing. When I got my trike today it was definitely dirtier than it was this morning when I brought it to them. It's like whoever washes the bikes uses a dirty rag and is quite possibly legally blind. In the future I'm just going to tell them to not wash my trike after service. I'll just clean it up when I get home, I do that anyway.

It mostly sells apparel items and is nice and roomy. They had a decent selection of t-shirts and I quickly found one I knew my father would like. A quiet young man greeted me shortly after entering, told me about the t-shirts like a well rehearsed speech and then left me alone. An older gentleman who seemed to epitomize the biker look checked my purchase out and was to the point but not rude. It was an efficient and nice experience.

On top of that my bike was there for a week just to put some new tires I purchased there and they didn't even service what I originally brought it in for. I wasn't exactly happy with the work that The Bicycle Shop did on my mountain bike. I'd bent my…read morerim. I took in the bent rim with the bicycle, and told him that I wanted to either get it bent back, or replaced with another wheel outfitted with a quick release axle wheel. I got back a new-used wheel, bolted to the frame. No quick release. I pointed this out, and how I had even included the quick release that could've been used on this wheel. The clerk got defensive, saying that this model of bike never had a quick release, which is complete BS, since I brought that exact thing in. Then he admitted he wasn't able to get it to work. I think he forgot. I got charged new prices on a used wheel. I had to ask for my old wheel back, which still had lights and reflectors on it. I had also paid for a brake job, which they did a terrible job on. I ended up having to do it over myself. There's a sign that says that they'll charge you a 'storage fee' if your bike is left a couple of days after work is completed. If you don't pay for repairs within a month, he sells your bike. In all, I got a used part I didn't want, which is now bolted to my frame.
