Another 10 minutes go by and sales rep #2 asks if I've been helped. Advised him on the status. He called sales rep #1 to check status. Sales rep #2 said they don't have the shoe. Sales rep #1 never once followed up with me after the initial contact. By this time I was so disappointed and frustrated with the terrible service that I left the store without new hiking shoes!!
