I got there just a little before 8:00 and by 8:30 they had my trike in the shop. The service advisor was great, he kept me informed of any extra service my trike needed. Overall I'm happy with the service. At both my 1000 mile service and now my 5000 mile service, my trike runs and sounds better than before I bought it in. The service isn't cheap and that's okay, I don't have a problem paying for good service. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because their wash job after the service is absolutely terrible. I keep my trike spotless, I clean it up after every ride. All the people I've seen that ride motorcycles do the same thing. When I got my trike today it was definitely dirtier than it was this morning when I brought it to them. It's like whoever washes the bikes uses a dirty rag and is quite possibly legally blind. In the future I'm just going to tell them to not wash my trike after service. I'll just clean it up when I get home, I do that anyway.

Earlier that morning I test drove a 2023 Tri Glide Ultra at Caliente Harley-Davidson. The 2023 was a better deal for me so I bought that trike. Today I get a notice from Eaglemark Savings saying that my request for the loan on the 2020 Tri Glide was denied because I just took out a loan on a 2023 TG. Who asked them to submit a loan in my name for something I wasn't going to buy. Maybe it was an honest mistake, an administration error, who knows, but it sure seems shady to me.

They screwed me over by not doing my Fork tubes replacement. A year later with only 35-40 miles on the tubes itself. I took it to a different shop because they were leaking again when the shop opened them up and did the work they told me that my fork seals were never done the oil was dirty and that my bushings were bad. I called and requested for the owner to call me so we can talk this out.... I haven't received my call yet. They have lost my business period. And while a lot of HD dealership are closing... I pray this will be one too. Stay away from this dealership, You been warned.. They are really not to be trusted with something we put our lives on and ride when we can....

I am a 62 year old man who has owned and ridden numerous motorcycles since I was 14. I can recall…read moreevery experience that I have ever had dealing with private sellers and motorcycle dealerships over the years, and on the whole, I have found the private sector to be far less exasperating. Until today. I had been searching for a well maintained, low mileage, later model Honda 919 for the better part of a couple of years to retire my beloved but ageing 750 Nighthawk. I checked Craigslist at least every other day throughout this period, and was disappointed to find that examples of the model were becoming as scarce as hen's teeth, not only nationwide, but particularly on the local front. Having located a rare potential candidate being offered by a private party about an hour away in San Antonio ("In perfect condition, excellent shape"), I took advantage of the chance to investigate at my earliest opportunity. As has happened on numerous occasions in the past, I found the description of the bike advertised falling far short of reality... the right side of the tank was badly dented and patched, with plenty of scrapes on both frame and motor indicating at least one nasty low-side crash, with a diverse array of aftermarket parts used to minimize the apparent damage. I had also been following an ad for an identical bike posted by a place called Extreme Motorsports, and since it was located not far from the private seller's residence, I decided (out of desperation and scarcity) that I would try to overcome my long held prejudice and at least check the place out. What a pleasant surprise! Not only was the bike a much better candidate than I had previously uncovered in my two year search, the owners and staff , to a man, were among the best that I have encountered in any vehicular retail setting. I found that every person I met was pleasant, informative, helpful, respectful, and professional... though not to the extreme of being off-putting. Indeed, that was perhaps the most enjoyable aspect about the whole experience. This jovial group acts like a band of brothers who love their work, and their enthusiasm and camaraderie will put you at ease and make you feel like one of the family. My sincere thanks to all that I met, and to Dave and James in particular, the owners from whom I suspect all this motorcycle nirvana flows. You have provided me with an exceptional bike at an exceptional price, and perhaps most surprisingly, an exceptional experience!

I brought my 1979 CB750 to Alpha Moto and they recommended a significant amount of work whihc I decided to have done there. After spending a considerable amount of time/money, I expected the motorcycle to be returned in safe, properly running condition. Unfortunately that was not the case. When I picked the motorcycle up from Alpha it was immediately backfiring badly on startup and smoking again. I asked about it right then and was told it was fine to ride. This backfiring and smoke continued and I reached out to Alpha several times and was told it was normal and to just ride it. That did not sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic. During the next inspection by a different shop, a number of serious issues were found. There were loose electrical grounds throughout a poorly routed and unsecured wiring harness, the throttle cable had been misrouted and the housing was cracked, the valve cover gasket was leaking, the brake light was stuck on, and the tires were unsafe enough that the bike could not even be test ridden. The motorcycle was also returned to me with stale fuel still sitting in the tank. More concerning was the ignition system. Alpha Moto charged for two CDI units and wired them incorrectly. Instead of replacing the actual faulty component, the pulser generator, the wiring had been crossed which caused all four spark plugs to fire at the same time rather than in the proper sequence. This created a major timing issue and explains why the bike was running so poorly when I got it back. The starter cover was also found packed with sand and debris, which was identified as a legitimate fire hazard. After learning all of this, it raised serious concerns for me about the quality of work from Alpha Moto, attention to detail, and overall safety considerations involved in the service that was performed. I am sharing this simply so other riders can make informed decisions when choosing where to bring their motorcycle for work.
