I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a brand new motorcycle, and within a month I had an unexpected health issue that made it unsafe for me to ride. I reached out immediately, explained the situation honestly, and asked if they would work with me in any reasonable way. They did absolutely nothing. No flexibility, no empathy, no attempt to help a recent customer who had barely put time on the bike. They wouldn't buy it back, wouldn't offer a trade, and wouldn't even consider taking it at half of what I paid, despite it essentially being a new bike. I understand businesses aren't charities -- but good dealerships stand behind their customers, especially when circumstances are out of their control and the purchase was brand new. This place showed zero interest in maintaining a relationship once the sale was done. If you're looking for a dealership that values long-term customers or basic human decency, look elsewhere. I will never do business with them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone read more

Bought my Triumph Bobber at CTX back in 2022 and had a great experience. I've only had one warranty issue so far and they fixed it quickly. Thank you for having great service after the sale. Great dealership and will be buying another bike here in the future. read more

Horrible service area. Wait for days. No call backs. Even worse, they don't care when you try to pay!!! It takes 30 minutes just to pay while they mess around. Don't go to Austin Same company. Head to Dallas or he'll even out of state. In talks with the manufacturers to open authorized service and repair centers in Central and South Texas. If it goes well, we will service and repair Ducati, Triumph, Aprilia, and KTM.​ read more

Does anyone in service actually value the customer's business over there? I am on my 4th day trying to get someone to call me back about the motorcycle I had dropped off there for a repair quote! Every day, I get someone on the phone and they are either "too busy" at the moment or they will have someone call me back, which had not yet happened! These seems like business as usual because this is the same issue the other two reviewers had with this business. Do Ducati and Triumph know who they are partnering with? Surely if they did, they would be scrambling to find another dealer to represent them! I'm not sure if there is someone at the manufacturers interested in my experience, but I'm going to find out. Fantastic customer service. I first came in a couple of months ago to have some brake work done. They got the bike done with a quicker than promised turn around. Joey communicated everything very well from my initial call for about getting service done, to picking the bike up. Both Joey and Austin are great to have conversation with while you wait. Today I called CTX about getting a specific set of tires. Unfortunately for me the tires were about a week out on shipping, and I conveyed to Austin that I really wanted to get out on the road this weekend. He went and searched his stock for sizes I needed and when no pairs turned up he took the time to figure out what tires were sitting in Texas warehouses, so that I could get out and riding this weekend. I imagine he took at least an hour out of his day to go the extra mile for me. I called at least 6 different shops today looking for tires, not a single other shop did anything even remotely close. Customer service does not get better, than what I received today. read more

Sirs: On October 30th, I had new tires installed on my 2009 Bonneville America. About three miles after leaving the dealership, the speedometer cable broke. When I got home, I found that it had been pinched, which caused the inner cable to break. Also, three of the four pinch bolts that hold the axle in place were very loose. Only one of the four was finger tight.I've ordered a replacement speedometer assembly , and I've torqued the four pinch bolts so that the axle cannot wiggle loose. Only a moron would inflict such damage and leave vital bolts loose. read more

unfortunately I will have to echo what everyone else has said about this place in service department. Nobody seems to know anything or do they care. I had my new Triumph serviced to correct an error code and install some parts. No one seem to really know what was going on with my bike when I called for updates, and the person who knew didn't seem to be around much. things got even worse when I went to pick up my bike and tried to pay. I and other customers just stood around waiting for somebody to take notice, even though they were standing right in front of us. There were at least three employees in the service department who seemed to just be hanging out talking to each other going in and out of the store and playing or looking up stuff on the computer. it's the strangest thing I have ever seen in any service department I have gone to. The customer is invisible or simply doesn't matter at this place. It took me almost 2 hours to pay for the service and buy a couple of items. I've come to the conclusion that maybe these guys just like to be around nice looking motorcycles but could care less about customer service. C. J. read more

Buy from Dallas/Houston. Do not recommend this dealership. As mentioned by others ad well, this shop does not respect the customer at all.

Unfortunately, communication with their service department is very poor. I've left multiple messages, never heard back. When I finally got through they promised to send me a quote. Never got the quote, again left a message that was not returned, so I gave up and went to the Austin dealership instead read more

Where to begin? I bought a lovely new Bonny T100 from this dealership. I called about 2 months later to schedule my 500-mile service, but I don't think that this dealership is interested in aftercare of their customers. I called first thing on a Friday morning, spoke with Rick and asked to schedule the service. He told me that I needed to speak with Joey, who had stepped out, and he would have Joey call me back. Well, I hope someone has checked on him, because here I am 24 hours later and I am still waiting for a callback. Is your business doing so well that I have to chase you down to give you both business and money? OK, I'll take both current and future business and my money elsewhere. read more

Terrible customer service. I normally use The Motorcycle Shop for my Triumph Bonneville. I had an inop Speedo/Odometer and they told me I would need to use the Dealer. Strike one for The Motorcycle Shop. I went in person and had to wait 20 minutes for the guy at the counter to even look up to tell me I would need to wait for 'Joey'. This took a while longer. Joey then looked over my bike and recommended a bunch of other items too. I declined and just asked for a fix on a speedo...2 weeks later he told me it was ready. I showed up to pick up the bike and it wasn't ready actually...As it was there already, I told him to go ahead and fix the other stuff ($1800 of other stuff- new chain, sprocket, back tire, gasket for valve covers...). That took...a MONTH.... finally I go to get the bike back. Took 45 minutes to retrieve. it. This was after multiple delays and being told it would be ready soon...but it actually wasn't. Then, I get the bike home...the new speedo doesn't light up nor is there a knob for the trip odometer reset.. AND it's now got a massive fuel leak, which ended up stranding me the next night I was out on it as the tank drained while i was in a restaurant. I sent them an email and they ignored me. I went BACK the The Motorcycle Shop and they told me there was a 5 week wait for service. WTF with NO reliable Triumph service in the 7th largest city in the US... At this rate, I'm gonna go by a Suzuki or something. Completely take customers for granted... read more
