We were fortunate to find Oscar, owner of "On the Go Bikes" in Helotes, Texas," after a different company damaged a Nordic Track recumbent bicycle when they attempted to assemble it. (The other company had used power tools which the instructions say specifically not to do.) Oscar came to the rescue. He inspected the damage done by the other company and identified the parts that needed replacement or repair. He made a second trip to install the parts when they arrived (weeks later) and made a third trip when another part (on back order) was delivered. We just purchased two performer trikes from Oscar and couldn't be happier. I live in the outer Houston area and he very kindly delivered our last trike to our door. He adjusted both to size and brought extra goodies for our new bikes that we needed. We followed his recommendations for helmets and SPD cleats. I didn't know what an SPD cleat was before last week. Don't I sound smart now? My dad is 90 and can barely walk but he rides his 26x bike like a madman. I can't recommend Oscar any higher. On The Go Bikes does it again. We are located in Kerrville, Texas and wanted to get our new Lectric Bike XPremium e-bikes checked out before we took a long ride (as prescribed by the manufacturer). Oscar took his time and went through every aspect of our bikes. He installed new pedals and higher level Shimano derailleurs for improved shifting. He tuned up the derailleurs and adjusted the brakes. It turned out that my rear brake was not working properly and needed a brake fluid bleed and disc alignment. I purchased a Sun trike which had been "electrified" by addition of a hub motor on the front wheel, and which I use regularly. Had put about 900 miles on the bike and some wear was beginning to show, especially with the brakes. I searched the internet for mobile bike repair, and found "On-the-Go Bikes".
