Upon speaking with Tony, we felt comfortable taking the bike in. He was professional, knowledgable and cordial. He inspected the parts we brought and immediately told us what was missing. With his guidance, we were able to buy additional parts right away. That prevented a delay in the bike repair. When the bike was completed, he was kind enough to allow us to pick it up after hours (due to my work schedule). Sean greeted us when we arrived and explained all the work that had been completed. After getting home, we had additional questions and reached out to Sean. He was responsive and knowledgable. We wanted an additional adjustment and he offered to allow us to take the bike back the next day. Sean took time out of his busy schedule to ensure that we understood the parts on the bike and where safety is involved.
