I didn't buy my bike here, but there were a couple bikes on the lot that looked tempting. The store inside wasn't organized by very well for self-service, but most shops aren't. I'm sure they know where everything is if you just asked. Staff was chatting at the service desk. I was asked if I needed anything. They didn't have the brake fluid I prefer (Bel Rey or ATE), but Castrol DOT4 will do in a pinch, and she had it from the backroom in no time at all. Staff seemed welcoming and friendly. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Large selection of Drag Speciality bolt-ons in stock. Took a quick look at their shop pricing. I wrench on my own, but their prices were reasonable if you don't. I'll be back next time for a helmet.

They have all the safety gear that still looks tough and cool. They sell things like specialized motorcycle jackets that have extra padding on the elbows and shoulders. If you eat asphalt, the pads on here will do most of the work. The helmet selection here is great! They lean towards the more professional, more serious helmets that are for people who are going to be doing highway riding instead of something like small helmets. Some of the helmets even have bluetooth equipment built in. They have leatherware that will protect your hide as well. This is the best place to go in town for motorcycle clothing! They sell accessories to help you chain up or tune up your motorcycle. They sell tires- I've never thought about all the different sizes and styles of tires, but they've got a whole lot of different ones. When speaking with the staff, they seemed to really know what they were talking about. They were friendly and made good recommendations on helmets. They have a return policy that let us try things out and take back that didn't work. They've got a bunch of motorcycle gear that isn't all necessarily stamped with motorcycle brand names on it. More low-key.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a brand new…read moremotorcycle, and within a month I had an unexpected health issue that made it unsafe for me to ride. I reached out immediately, explained the situation honestly, and asked if they would work with me in any reasonable way. They did absolutely nothing. No flexibility, no empathy, no attempt to help a recent customer who had barely put time on the bike. They wouldn't buy it back, wouldn't offer a trade, and wouldn't even consider taking it at half of what I paid, despite it essentially being a new bike. I understand businesses aren't charities -- but good dealerships stand behind their customers, especially when circumstances are out of their control and the purchase was brand new. This place showed zero interest in maintaining a relationship once the sale was done. If you're looking for a dealership that values long-term customers or basic human decency, look elsewhere.
