*If you're interested in leasing a vehicle here, read this..it's lengthy AF lol but it's necessary.* Zero stars if I could. Let me break this down. Husband and I leased a 2019 Kia Forte on 8/1/19 and peacefully drove off the lot. On 8/22 we received messages from Mike Iveezy and Adi, telling us that if we don't submit my husbands income verification ASAP that they would have to take the car. We had this car for almost a month before receiving this threat. We sent the verification. Strike one. If they had tried to take the car, we would have lawyered up. September arrives and I try to make our first payment with Kia Motor Financing and surprise surprise, they have none of our info..no VIN number, no account info, no make and model information, NOTHING. It takes NINE DAYS to match my husband's social to an account that had limited detail, but it was enough to make a payment of $320. Fast forward to October and we have the same issue and our bill is paid NINE days late again..so I contact the dealership and they say they did everything on their part. At the end of October we received a check from the leasing company for the amount of our 2 payments; when I reached out to the dealership and explained our troubles, I was told "that's never happened before, it has to be a Kia financing error. But COOL! Cash the check! You got holiday money back." Are you kidding me? Cash the check? No, those are car payments that were just returned, not a publishers clearing house check. Smh. Neither Kia Motor Financing nor the dealership were willing to figure it out. I had to go IN TO the dealership and show that I was PISSED to even get a little help. Frank Villa was the unhelpful soul that we met, I explained the situation to him and ultimately it was determined that Kia Motor Financing didn't have all the proper information on our account, so our lease was inactive, but somehow the dealership blamed that on KMF. It's been a mess. We got the car on August 1st and our account was finally active at the end of November. Although we paid on 9/9/19 and 10/9/19 we had to send the check back in mid November and also make our next payment of $347.17 to get the account up and running. Done. We asked for some type of compensation for the mess and were told to check with KMF once our account was up and running, well I checked with them and they are putting the blame on the dealership, which I AGREE WITH..but the dealership is not taking any responsibility for their part, which is a BIG DEAL. THEY DID NOT FILL OUT THE FORMS PROPERLY AND THEY SUBMITTED HALF DONE INFORMATION TO KMF. Thus making the leasing process HELL. My husband and I regret doing business here and we're counting down the days until we can be done. Lastly, during the leasing of the car, we added a spare tire kit for $250.00 and the dealership was supposed to notify us when it was ready to be picked up up, as it was not in stock at this location..We never heard from them. I followed up in September and October but they didn't have our contract info so we had to wait it out. I spoke to Nino before Christmas and he was actually very helpful and requested that our kit be ordered and picked up the following day..it is now December 30th and when I called this morning to check the status, I was told that the kit was just ordered TODAY. Nope. We're currently waiting to hear if we can get our money back and get a tire on our own. I've never experienced anything quite like this in my life. It's disheartening and stressful. I feel like they don't care about customer service and they have left us out to dry..it sucks. Don't do business here. Car salesmen don't have the best reputation lol but boy have they lived up to the hype. As of right now, Nino has been the only one to show some concern, but we'll see how the money back situation goes before I ride out for him. Auto Center Drv has a ton of options, explore those first, Dora.. explore those first. You're welcome. read more

They will do absolutely anything to get you in to buy a car, but treat you HORRIBLE once you do. I inquired about a 2021 Sorento. Their sales rep kept in touch with me and let me know when the one I was looking for was one, so we went in 2 days later with every intention of buying it. They didn't budge on the price, which we felt was super over MSRP.. and all other dealers had it less, but whatever. We were excited that they matched the price Carmax would give us for our trade in, so that saved us time. We bought the car, did the trade in the same day. 1 day later.. I contacted the sales rep and let him know that there was a whistling sound coming from the moon roof. It took 2 weeks of going back and forth and no one from service had contacted me. I finally got ahold of service, and they said my appointment would be 2 months out. I heard tons of excuses like, "we had a Covid outbreak" blah blah blah.. They told me to contact their sister store. I contacted the sister store in Pomona and they said they didn't have anyone who specializes in the moon roofs.. to call Ontario. I called Ontario and couldn't get ahold of anyone. I contacted KIA riverside and they told me to call San Bernardino KIA.. which is almost an hour from my house. I drove off the lot wirh 10 miles on my car.. I feel like they should have accommodated someone who bought a brand new car and 1 day later had an issue. I called riverside Kia again trying to get ahold of a manager the girl who answered said they were in a meeting, the next girl hung up on me. .. I finally talked to the manager Nino, who was sooooo disrespectful and RUDE and talked to me like I was a child. He had someone in the backround who knew exactly what the problem was, and they said it was an easy fix. they told me I needed to come in the next morning. I work and have a 4 month old, my daughter starts school at the same time they told me I could come in. They also said they would need to keep the car for a few days but would NOT give me a rental. Again, I work and have kids.. I still have not been seen or contacted by riverside Kia in regards to the issue. It's been over one month. Next, I am contacted by Wells Fargo for our trade in. 2 weeks after buying my car from riverside Kia. it had not been paid off. I kept trying to get ahold of Riverside KIA, and they said it would be budgeted in a week to be paid off. A month later, still nothing. My husband finally had to call and go off and threaten to show up there to get just a RESPONSE. And a month later, we had to finally make the payment before a late payment hit our credit. The payoff amount was only $5K... how does it take a month to get that budgeted when we just bought a brand new car from them. Everyone ignores us when we call. They said we will "get a call back" Their finance department said our payment will be due in May, but we still have not received any info on who even financed our loan!! The finance department said KIA is aware of this, and we won't be dinged for not making a may payment.. the SAME NIGHT our credit was run AGAIN!! It's been over a month and we don't even know who we are financing our car through.. there is nothing but credit checks on our credit report. I will neverrrrrrr go to this dealership for anything. I even talked to their sister store Pomona's Service Department and they were Shocked about everything going on. They said there is ALWAYS time put aside for people who have issues with a brand new car. The lack of respect, communication, and professionalism is unbelievable with this company. It is so disappointing. It's been such a terrible experience for myself and my husband at this point. And the sad thing is, it isn't over.. because nothing has been done for any of our issues going on. We had to make the payment for the trade in to avoid it dinging our credit. They said we will be refunded, but with the way things are going.. we aren't expecting it. read more

I hope this review is helpful to anyone out there shopping for a KIA (FYI great vehicle I love it! I just got my 2014 KIA Optima) I was in need of a new vehicle because of a recent car accident in Temecula, my wife and I have been sharing a car for the past 2 weeks prior to making a car purchase.... I had been shopping different dealers at All star KIA which have great reviews and Perris Valley KIA which is way closer to where I live.... I was really skeptical about even coming in and visiting this location because of the reviews and the horrible customer service, I had got a quote online from All STAR KIA and set a appointment up to come down with my wife to buy the car they had quoted me on and spent time on the phone talking about.... the service was great and I felt comfortable coming down and trusting them with my next big purchase... fast forward to Saturday the day of my appointment I called the ALL STAR KIA and spoke to my sales person just to confirm the appointment and that the car was there for me still, well any e ways to say the least the sales person was a jack ass and lied to me about the price of the car and didn't have my car with the available options that I wanted on my vehicle I was pissed , upset and left this place...... being the only time me and my wife had to come in and buy a car I had drove down to Riverside KIA because it was the closest Kia dealership next to me and asked to see my KIA Optima White my the sunroof.... they had it I was surprised.. cause all star said that they didn't make them no more and couldn't locate a 2013 optima... like that makes sense... if all there top line models come with them..... I spoke to Cruz and his floor manager Jose which got me the same amazing deal i was expecting somewhere else, needless to say the experience was so amazing and literally painless and the negation process was pretty simple and they had the same great financing as my credit union and beat it......... so needless to say i left happy and hope these guys get more love then whats showed on here!! amazing dealership, i guess they have new management the general sales manager even came out and congratulated us on our purchase his name was Frank! give these guys a call and see what they can do for you! read more

Wow, I honestly didn't expect to have such an amazing experience buying a car, but Riverside Kia completely changed that for me and my husband. From the moment we started working with them, everyone was incredibly helpful, but special shoutout goes to Ryan, Jocelyn, and the person from the accounting team (I wish I caught your name!). They made the whole process feel personal, smooth, and actually enjoyable. There was a small issue with the first car we received, the screen wasn't working properly. But Ryan handled it like a total pro. The very next day, he personally drove a replacement car to our home in Orange (yes, seriously!) and brought all the paperwork with him so we wouldn't have to go back and forth. That kind of service? You don't see it often. We were blown away. Jocelyn was also absolutely wonderful. So sweet, professional, and patient. She walked us through everything, answered all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. And big love to the accounting staff who stayed late on a weekday night to help us finalize everything. You had probably had a long day, but you were still kind, calm, and helpful. We truly appreciate it. This was actually our first Kia, and we're honestly super happy with the car, but what really stuck with us was the people. We've leased cars before from other dealerships, but this was the first time we felt like we were more than just a sale. Even though it's a lease, we already know we'll be coming back to Riverside Kia when it's time for the next one. That's how much we trust them after this experience. Thank you again, Ryan, Jocelyn, and the entire team. You've earned lifelong customers. If you're thinking about buying or leasing a car, do yourself a favor and go to Riverside Kia. You won't regret it. read more

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kia Riverside dealership, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. First and foremost, I greatly appreciated Isaiah's approach. He was not pushy at all, which is a refreshing change from the stereotypical car salesperson experience. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that he showed me vehicles that aligned with what I was looking for. Isaiah's patience and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What truly sets Kia Riverside apart, however, is their commitment to excellent customer service. Isaiah was not the only staff member who demonstrated this; the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and respected. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my satisfaction and were dedicated to ensuring I made an informed decision. The dealership itself was clean and well-maintained, and I found their inventory to be diverse and well-organized. It was easy to browse and compare different Kia models, which made the decision-making process smoother. In the end, thanks to Isaiah and the wonderful team at Kia Riverside, I drove away in a Kia that I absolutely love. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Whether you're a woman or anyone else, Kia Riverside treats every customer with respect and professionalism, making the car-buying process a pleasure rather than a hassle. read more

I wanted to share my experience as a returning customer. I originally purchased my first Kia Sorento from the Kia of Riverside branch, and I returned there with the intention of test-driving a K4 GT Line. When I arrived, a salesman (I won't name him) approached me and asked what car I was interested in. I told him I was looking for the K4 GT Line, but he suggested I consider the K5 series instead, claiming it had everything I wanted. At first, I wasn't sure, but he convinced me to take it for a test drive. After the drive, I was impressed, and he took me inside to discuss the numbers. I shared my budget with him, and he reassured me that he could help. However, after just two attempts, he came back to tell me he couldn't help me and wished me a nice weekend. I was completely shocked and felt disrespected. I never intended to test drive the K5 in the first place, and this left me feeling very upset. Instead of letting that experience ruin my day, I decided to head to Kia of Fontana Valley, where I met with Joshua Arias. Joshua was professional, concerned about helping me find the car I wanted, and worked with me to make sure I stayed within my budget. Thanks to his effort and dedication, I drove off with my dream car, the K4 GT Line. The team at Valley of Kia was so welcoming and pleasant, and they worked together to make my deal a reality. I left Kia of Riverside unhappy, but I left Valley of Kia extremely happy. I highly recommend heading to Valley of Kia if you're looking for a great experience. Thanks again to Joshua and the team! read more

I had an exceptional experience with Riverside Kia. Initially my wife went there just to look at a Kia Optima, no expectations. A gentleman, Juan was ready to help, no pressure, no hovering. Wife told him what I was looking for, pointed out a car. Decided to come back the next day with me just to look. We got there but way to early at 9am, Juan didn't come in til noon. Another representative right away offered to let us test drive our car of choice. We were then set up with a sales rep, and I wish I knew his name because he was great in every way imaginable. He listened. He made us feel at ease and welcome, made us feel important. Didn't give false hope about getting a new car. He goes and talks to Frank in the "big office" up front in the showroom multiple times. Frank, comes and talks to us multiple times, again, no pressure, no uneasy riffraff. We had a budget and couldn't budge and he understood that. Frank really worked with us but because of budget constraints, we felt we'd thank him for his time and professionalism and wait a while longer. Frank moved mountains. He really did. He found a way, haggled with banks or whatever, but he got us in the car we wanted within our budget. I don't know much about car sales gimmicks, or if it was even a gimmick, but we drove off the lot in a brand new 2020 Kia Optima Special Edition. My wife got her Sportage there a couple years ago, February 25, 2020, I drove off the lot in my Optima, I named him Eduardo. Exceptional service. Wonderful team. Excellence in it's purest form. read more

Okay, I keep reading the negative reviews about this place and they couldn't be more wrong. I have not yet had to deal with the service department but the buying process was very easy. I went through the Internet to get quotes on a couple of vehicles. Within ten minutes I got a response from Lauren who was very down to Earth and honest about everything. She did not even try to charge me MSRP on the vehicle, she went straight to what she knew she could do on it. She didn't want to waste my time at all. I made an appointment with her for the following day. Upon arrival she had the vehicle ready that I wanted to look at. We went on a test drive and I loved it. When we were talking about the price we discovered that my credit was not as high as I had originally thought. Also, as a first time buyer Kia would not put me in an Optima or a Koup. So, I thought I was going to be out of luck. Instead of turning me away Lauren went and talked to her manager Frank about the options. They ended up financing me through a different company and got my price and monthly payment where I needed it to be. Once in financing Frank did not try to get me to buy any of the add-ons that he knew I already said I didn't want. He went straight to business and we had the paperwork filled out within 20 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the service that Lauren and Frank provided me. I would strongly recommend going through the internet for quotes. Going through the internet allows you to receive VIP status and no hassle. Ask for Lauren! read more

I can't even begin to express the great experience we had here. my husband came out from lake Elsinore and we had an appointment to a different dealership. When we were at the different dealership (not Kia) we had such a horrible experience and waste of time. my husband said let's just stop at the Kia and look at the new carnival. let's just look in the window and see what it looks like. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, it was such a smooth experience. we looking in the window and from inside the dealership they started the cars and opened them! without any heckling they said go ahead and check it out. they weren't pushy, they asked if we were interested in running some numbers and with how friendly they were we were totally open to it. Angel was our sales rep and John was the floor manage. I have to say this about them, 5 stars! They went above and beyond, just naturally easy going and nice. They were not pushy, they were so accommodating with our two young children. They were SO very patient while my husband and I went back and forth. See this is our VERY FIRST new car and car payment. Nino worked with us with financing and hooked it up! Angel, John and Nino all stayed late after hours to work with us and they sent us off with the most special goodbye send off. They brought the big bow out for us and took a family photo for us. I want to say THANK YOU to Angel, John, and Nino for making our FIRST ever new car buying experience the most memorable, smooth, and joyful time. Thank you!! read more

my husband and I went to kia on Saturday nov.17,2018 to just look around and a very nice gentleman, by the name of James Hernandez came up to ask if we needed help. He showed us the 2019 cars, which we already knew was out of our cash bracket, but he insisted we could be wrong! one particular car my husband really did like was the 2019 kia Forte, so he ask if we'd like to take the car on a test run, which we did ! drive was real nice, but like my husband had said," we'd never qualify, and payments would be out of our reach", well, James said lets go inside and see where this goes ! Well after a while it was understood that we are on a set income and no room to make high payments and if there was someway that we could stay at the same rate as we were paying for our car now, that's the only way we could leave in a brand new car. next we spoke to George Nino and he understood as well, about our set income situation and he too went and did some calulating and came back with some quotes, and low and behold we played "lets make a deal"!! long story short...he sent us over to Hugo Gonzales and again, a very nice man, he wrote up figures and we did leave Kia with a 2019 Forte, !! these men were amazing in helping us out and understanding about our set income. so, Thank you very much Guys. Great Group of Guys to help us work it out ! Highly recommend Kia to others that are looking in the market to buy or lease a car....from Kia of Riverside... read more

First I want to shout out my sales guy Michael Ivezzy and my Finance managers Saul Perez and Adi for really going out of their way to help me walk out with the car. Went to this dealer because it's the closest kia dealer to me and i wasn't planning on buying a car. Was looking at a certified pre-owned '16 optima because it was in my budget(14k) and had low miles(40k). Ended up leaving with a 2019 Forte and i dont regret it. My payments are only 20 bucks higher than what the optima would have been and this 2019 forte was just redesigned so it has all the features a corolla or civic have for several grand less. I looked into the changes from the '18 to the '19 and they made the car wider and longer so the interior doesn't feel small at all and i'm 6 feet 250 pounds which is why i wanted the optima, a full sized sedan. Overall i'm really impressed with the Forte after 5k miles i really enjoy driving it and it gets 30mpg+ even with my heavy foot. Also want to thank Narciso the GM for reaching out to help me with the car. So in conclusion from personal experience I had a great and quick experience getting my first brand new car at this dealer(tried before but couldn't get finance) and would definetly recommend coming here to buy a car. those new stingers are sick. read more
