I had to drive about 20 to 30 mins away just to purchase. I'm giving them 3 stars because of that and because it seemed like they hardly had inventory of quite a few items. Also, during the last visit, it seemed like the floor associates were more invested in talking amongst themselves than supporting customers by floating through the store. Not uneven, not over-shaped, literally missing. The worst part is they covered it up with pencil so I wouldn't notice until I got home. That is completely unacceptable. All they did was refund the service, not even the tip I gave before realizing what they had done. After multiple complaints and constant back and forth, they gave me a $50 gift card, which doesn't even come close to covering the products I now have to buy to fill it in and try to grow it back. Often times when I come in, they only have one employee working with NO STORE MANAGER ON THE PREMISES. I will be calling corporate and letting them know how messy and poorly run this store is because We can not do business if this store is not running to the best of its ability and more times than acceptable they haven't had what I need to work and again there's no manager anywhere to be found to even request anything, not that it matters because if you ask her to special order something SHE NEVER FOLLOWS THROUGH.
