It's unkept it's un vacuumed. The pharmacy was fine. I picked something up no problem there but when I asked where the restroom was it would take me probably an hour to two hours to clean that bathroom because it's so disgusting if they hire someone to come in there and scrub it from top to bottom and then they maintain it. They can simply tell whoever it is an employee that day that there's a sign-up sheet you're assigned you get to go in every 30 minutes or so for five minutes and straighten up the bathroom. That'll keep it clean. It's one of the most simple things in the world that you can do.

Then immediately hang up while inserting my call back into the HOLD queue. They will do this for 40+ minutes. I got frustrated with this on April 28th; drove to the location; stood in line while my call was ON HOLD. Then while in line for 10 minutes, I watched the staff ignore my call while re-inserting my call that is ON HOLD back into the queue. This is customer abuse.

I did a quick Google search and found Jade 2 just a couple minutes away. They originally said they were fully booked but gave me a call back when a couple people no-showed. I was extremely grateful and the process was very efficient. I walked in, filled out the form, got the shot, and was on my way within a few minutes. I am very afraid of shots and needles but she made it quick so I didn't have much time to be anxious. I would very much recommend getting the Covid Vaccine here if you can get an appointment! Safeway's pharmacy so far has been great compared to the nearby Walgreens in downtown Los Altos! I love that it's not some sort of long process on an automated system to speak to an actual human being. The voice prompts with Safeway's system get ya a human very fast and also you can enter your prescription fast too. Also, not sure if it's cause I always go in the middle of the day, but there's seldom too long a line at this one. Whereas, at the Walgreens, the staff behind the counter moves very slowww there with lines being at around 10-15 people each time I go. I heard a ton of customers moved over to this Walgreens after they closed the Rite Aid over at Homestead. Well, they can have it. I hope they don't discover the nearby Safeway. (Haha..I'm loving the short lines and quick process.) And plus, at least in my experience, they are friendly with nice personalities over the phone and they're very helpful in person too. I also thought the vaccines we've gotten here have gone well with a quick turnaround time. I am relieved to have switched my dad to this one.
