The pharmacy has improved so much in last few months. I can get them on phone and lines are mostly short. Bravo

Arrived here at 7:25am and no one is here. Store hours say 7am-10pm. Update your store hours. Wasted my time coming here.

If you are coming here to pick up a prescription plan on it taking an hour. That's normal here

I would give this location a zero if I could. Won't pick up the phone, ridiculous wait at the pharmacy. Expensive.

I never thought I'd write a review for a CVS, but was very happy about my experience here…read more First of all, this store is always deserted so you never need to wait in line for the knick knacks that you quickly need to grab, be it over the counter medicines, birthday cards, or photo prints. I printed a bunch of wedding photos because CVS had free 8x10s advertised online. When I first printed my 4x6s, the quality came out poorly. I talked to Scott and he helped me reprint everything (he even continued to reprint photos that were blurry until it came out really nicely.) The quality looks great considering how dirt cheap the photos are, especially compared to Shutterfly/Mpix etc. It was also nice to get them instantly vs waiting a couple weeks as people in the office wanted to see some prints. TL;DR - there's never any lines and the team was really helpful!

I had a terrible experience today with a young, inexperienced cashier. I wanted to exchange a new…read moreitem; an ankle brace I bought yesterday at a different CVS which was the wrong size. When I went to this CVS today to exchange the ankle brace for the same ankle brace in a larger size with my receipt, the cashier refused to process my exchange. He said the store policy is to refuse exchanges and make the customer get a refund on the item they don't want and re-purchase the same item instead which makes no sense. He also admitted he doesn't know how to do an exchange. I explained to the cashier that I purchased the original item with a $2 off CVS coupon which means I would have to purchase the same item in a larger size for full price; meaning I would lose my $2 off CVS coupon. The cashier didn't care and made me refund my item and re-purchase it in a larger size for full price. When I looked at my receipt, it showed that I was over charged by $1. When I took a picture of the original price on the shelf and showed it to the cashier, he was reluctant to give me a $1 refund but finally gave me $1 from the cash register. This made no sense since I paid for my item with credit card, so the refund should have been with credit. Refunding with cash instead of credit means their money count will be off when they count the money at the end of the day. When I got home, I looked at the CVS website and found their exchange policy which states you can return new merchandise within 60 days if you have a receipt. When I called CVS to speak to a manager, the same cashier told me the manager was out on leave and he was the interim manager. When I told him about the CVS exchange policy which he initially denied existed, he still insisted that their store policy is to refuse exchanges. This cashier needs to be retrained! Making up false policies because you are too lazy and incompetent to make the effort to do your job properly is really bad customer service. I won't return to this CVS again. It's a shame since the store is nice with lots of great inventory.

Picture if you will: two self checkouts, one broken and the other being used. The customer standing…read moreat the "working" self checkout was having problems with her purchase, but the cashier (brusque Indian woman in her 50s) rudely kept telling her repeatedly to "follow the instructions," although the customer was clearly confused. The cashier never helped her. I waited six minutes in line patiently (one person ahead of me) while she slowly rang up an elderly lady, which is just fine with me, because not every store can be staffed to help all customers at all times. This is a hard job, and I understand that these employees have to deal with rude customers all day. I finally handed my item to the cashier with a smile. The cashier's first action was to berate me for not using the self-checkout. When I started to explain that I got in line because one self-checkout was broken and the other was being used, she interrupted and dismissed me with a wave of her hand, berating me (again) for bringing her a pair of sunglasses (the only pair that fit me!) which had a barcode that wasn't working in her scanner. All this time, she's criticizing a young kid who's working behind her. She refused to help me, refused to let me explain why I couldn't simply bring up a different item which might have a different price. I don't work at CVS. I don't know what to look for. She just began fighting me on it, like it was the most natural thing in the world for her. I threw up my hands and walked out of the store without a purchase. Read some other reviews on this app. There's at least one talking about the same person, the same behavior. I don't care how long I have to wait in line. Like I said, I have compassion for stores that are understaffed and under-trained. I also have endless patience for this kind of thing usually. If anything, I'm the person wanting to make someone's day better if they're having a bad one. But this cashier was needlessly antagonistic, not just to me but to every customer and employee around me, creating an atmosphere and experience so unpleasant that now I'm logging on to f***ing YELP to write you a novel about this CVS location and warn you off it.

The pharmacists here are generally kind, but unfortunately, there's a very, very rude Indian lady…read morewho works both at the front and in the pharmacy as a technician. Her behavior is completely unacceptable. She's consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She never wears a name tag, always keeps a mask on to avoid being identified, and when I politely asked for her name so I could file a complaint, she snapped, "Why do you need my name?" then shouted "Next!" and blatantly ignored me. It's genuinely upsetting that someone with such an attitude is allowed to work in a pharmacy ,a place where people come in vulnerable, in need of care, and deserve kindness. It's disappointing and frankly alarming that this type of behavior is tolerated in a healthcare setting.
