It was agreed to have truck towed in which they took care of for a cost around $362.50 for a 22 minute haul.... Service Dept called me and gave me a cost of $1200.00 to repair the problem after they performed their diagnosis which included the tow.. I said yes.... 2 days later, they ask for $ 2,000.00 just to continue to diagnose and work on the truck... I said NO, that is ridiculous. We arraigned our own tow as they did not fix the truck in any way and the cost was... $ 150.00. I am not in the business to pay a shop to learn or teach employees how to work on a vehicle.
