Starting to get very discouraged and then I happened to find this vehicle at Modesto Subaru. I couldn't tell you how relieved I was to find the exact SUV I wanted, and that's just the beginning of our great story. I wasn't quite sure about driving all the way out an hour away to a car I hadn't seen before, but it was certified so that made me feel better. When my wife and I arrived there, we were impressed with the entire facility, and then we were greeted with a very warm welcome by Josh our salesperson. We have been to several dealerships so we knew right away Modesto Subaru cares about their customers - you felt the sincerity and NO BS approach was very welcome and appreciated. Big kudos to the sales manager Ahmed - what a genuine pleasure to work with by phone - he didn't waste my time or his - we just got to business and struck a GREAT DEAL! Thank you sincerely Ahmed! We drove our Subaru Forrester around for just about a mile or two and realized we had found the one! Actually in perfect condition and exactly as it stated in the ad. But what was really amazing is that we couldn't believe how amazing the service is at Modesto Subaru - from the beginning to the end. The sales manager was amazing, finance was AWESOME and Josh has been helping FROM BEGINNING TO END!. Josh has followed dotted every "I" and crossed every "T" - an absolute pleasure to work with and we would recommend him highly to anyone and everyone! Jonathan was our finance person and he was incredible. Really nice guy easy to get along with no BS - just went right to it, and got through it quickly without a bunch of sales hype and wasted time. Absolute pleasure and it was fast and simple and easy! This was a third vehicle for us and we could not be happier with it. It is performing perfectly. Everything we wanted is exactly! Modesto Subaru and the Team have exceeded or expectations in many ways! We would highly recommend Modesto Subaru to anyone who's interested in buying a vehicle especially a Subaru. Their service is top notch above and beyond - easy fast simple and straightforward! Thank you for working with me on every detail of our purchase - we will DEFINITELY be back in the future... Respectfully, Pete

Review for the Parts & Service Department:…read more Garnet once again made my experience at the Price Ford Service Department smooth and easy! I went in for routine service and needed work done on my rims. She was able to accommodate a last-minute schedule change for the rim work, which I really appreciated. Also, the valet service is a wonderful touch and makes a big difference as a customer. Thank you again for the great service--I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Price Ford for all your vehicle needs!

Review for the Parts & Service Department:…read more I had an excellent experience here! I ordered a set of wheel locks online through the Ford website and selected the option to include dealership installation. Once they arrived, I received an email prompt to schedule an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised by how streamlined the process was. I was greeted immediately, and the staff took care of everything seamlessly--they just had me grab the parts from the counter, pulled my vehicle right around, and got to work. The best part? I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. I had a drive back to Manteca ahead of me, so I deeply appreciated the efficiency. Huge thanks to the team for the warm welcome and speedy service!

He was polite and inquisitive which instantly put me at ease. Thru the entire Q&A that we peppered him with, he had answers and knew his business. Not to mention, just an all around good guy!! After the purchase was finalized, he took the time to explain EVERY inclusive button and setting. Financial: Ricky was just as kind and polite with all of our questions and explained ALL ASPECTS of how the financing worked and all of the options that were available to us. I especially appreciated, being new to EV technology and ownership, the time he took with warranty information. Being in a tough spot, with a car to trade that had been driven TO DEATH, trying to make a major purchase on 3 hours of sleep and being COMPLETELY out of my depth, the people at American Chevrolet made my experience of buying a new car exceptional!!

I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with American Chevrolet while trying to…read morepurchase a vehicle using my own credit union financing. From the beginning, I clearly stated that I was already approved through my credit union and only needed the dealership to submit the buyer's order through CUDL. Instead of cooperating with that process, I was repeatedly pushed to fill out their internal credit application and use their financing options. Even after explaining multiple times that I did not want to run my credit again, I was told it was "required" or "the only way" to proceed, which was later contradicted by my lender's instructions. I also requested real photos of the specific truck I was interested in on three separate occasions because the listing only showed generic stock images online. I never received clear or direct photos of the actual vehicle, which made it difficult to confidently evaluate what was being sold. Overall, communication felt inconsistent and disorganized, and it seemed like the goal was to shift me away from my approved financing and into their financing at a higher payment and rate rather than follow my lender's process. Because of the lack of transparency and clear information, I ultimately chose to walk away from the deal. I would strongly recommend future buyers confirm financing processes in writing and request actual vehicle photos before spending time at this dealership.
