Great job on our work truck. The Tech was quick to fix the truck. He was polite and easy to work with.

I paid around $160 (before coupon) for a full synthetic oil change, and after getting home I noticed that only the tires on the left side of my vehicle had been adjusted. The two tires on the right side were completely missed. My dashboard tire-pressure readings clearly showed the difference. I understand that mistakes happen, but when you are charging customers this much for a service, basic items should not be overlooked which concerns me on a larger items. Customers should not have to go home and double-check whether the work they paid for was actually completed. I understand I'm paying more than I would at a traditional shop because the convenience and speed are supposed to be part of what I'm paying for. Instead, I waited in line for over an hour before my vehicle was even serviced, and the oil change itself took close to another 30 minutes. That's nowhere near the "instant" experience they advertise. What makes this even more confusing is that I've been to this location before. Today they had more employees working than I've ever seen, yet it was by far the longest wait I've ever experienced. That simply doesn't make sense. If you're going to advertise quick service, you need to deliver it - or at the very least be upfront about expected wait times. Had I known it would take this long, I would have gone somewhere else. Very disappointing experience. I won't be returning.

He said one was okay and can wait until next time, but the other one was dirty and if it was his car he'd replace it. I liked his honesty and genuine personality. I went to this location for an oil change. I made an appointment and came in 45 minutes early. They said come back 5 minutes before my appointment. They were super busy and were missing some of their staff. So, I figured about an hour or so. The app notified me the car was checked in at 3:38pm. They checked it in and never did anything! I came back a fee times and checked in on the status of the oil change. The hood wad up and I thought they were working on it. It turns out that they hadn't started anything more than an hour later! I was calm but not happy!!! I spoke with the manger John and asked him to check what was going on. He was gone for a while. There really wasn't an explanation. Nor was there any excuses. He said that it was a mess up. By the time they finished... it was almost 5pm! I was hoping the manger would try to do something. Some type of discount or something. He simply said that it would be done in 20 minutes. This was after I asked if he could do anything. I finally had to ask if he could do some type of discount due to the circumstances. I hate as a customer, that I had to ask. You would think they would step up and take the initiative. Which almost never happens! I was not charged for the oil change. Which was nice but I was still not happy. I had another appointment afterwards. Which I wasn't going to make. At least a technician that did my oil change apologized. Which I was expecting at all. Hopefully will do better in the future. Not sure if I will go to this location again.

Got there and a young gentleman tested it and told me it looked low but he needs to talk to his manager. The manager came over, looked at my battery and asked "is this a Walmart battery" and I said yes. He saw the warranty on the side and told me that my battery was perfectly fine and that it must be an alternator problem, but I just got my alternator replaced. I went to 2 separate places to check about what the issue was. Both places informed me that my battery is completely dead and that the Walmart Antioch location lies to avoid honoring the warranty that I paid extra for. I ended up going to the Walmart, Pittsburgh location, where they replaced my battery very quickly and honored my warranty. I highly recommend the Pittsburgh location instead.
