Jerry was courteous and professional when I needed his services to fix my' 09 Cobalt which had a rough idle and a Check Engine light on. He asked me to get the necessary parts for the tune up to expedite the repair and that he only had to charge for labor. He got my rough idle taken cared of with a tune up and replaced my spark plugs, capacitors, air filter and my accessory belt. For my Check Engine light he diagnosed one of my camshaft sensors was not working out and needed to be replaced. Went to the dealer, got my part and he swapped that bad boy out. My light was gone and my isle and gas mileage is back to normal or even better. I would definitely recommend his services. He is certified too. Just be upfront with him with your mechanical problems and he''ll be upfront with the time and cost. He will see me soon as soon as my brakes or something in my car needs repairing, read more

I have no Idea why this Man is not a lead tech. or Service Manager somewhere. I had a auto window motor on her last leg, Lee asked some questions and told me that it was the motor and if not He would figure it out and get it fixed. TOTAL MAN OF HIS WORD. Something that you just do not find.... Lee is the ONLY Mechanic that I will use or recommend...... WHAT A GREAT FIND!! read more

Lee has done work on weekends and holidays, and may be able to accommodate you. He seems pretty honest about what needs to be done on your car and will walk you through the process. Actually, Lee is really easy to talk to and has a great personality. Although it's possible to have your car serviced at YOUR location (he's has a mobile van which will allow him to service your vehicle wherever you are), it's also possible to take your car to his house where he has more tools at his disposal. He mentioned that he charges like $60 to $80 dollars an hour, which I think is a bit much out here in pittsburg where there's a TON of good mechanics. However, he is trustworthy and is willing to go shopping with you at the store to get the parts you need. At the same time, that might be a slight draw-back since he won't buy the parts (and bill you later). Whatever, at least we got the parts we need. Additionally, he did some extra work for free which took time. That's nice. he ended up changing the breaks plus drums (totally rusted out) and changed a bunch of hoses out, some one which were "hard to get to". he also took out a metal cage which surrounded the van's rear windows (don't know why it was there, but we had him take it out). I think he charged me like 500 bucks for everything read more

I see the truck from this company around the corner from my house as we live in the same neighborhood. As a small business owner I love to help other small businesses especially local ones. I called Mr. Lee multiple times a week for over a month trying to get work done on my vehicle so I didn't have to go to a big-time shop. Not once could even get a callback from him, unfortunately now I will just go to a large corporate shop to get my vehicle fixed. read more

Awesome service! Helped me last minute before I was going on a trip to Tahoe and my truck needed new spark plugs. Fast, to the point and very honest! I accidently paid him an extra $100 in cash and he called me right away to tell me about my mistake. Who else would have done that? Lee is my go to mechanic from now on. Thanks Lee! read more

Lee's a real upstanding person you can really trust. He always tells it like it is, and lets you know when something is not worth fixing. He's also is amazingly skilled , honest ,knowledgeable and a trustworthy mechanic and over the years he has done everything from replacing my water pump ,timing belt, engine ,brakes radiator and so on. Because of Lee's quality work my cars always come back in tiptop condition and I've never had any problems with the work performed on my vehicles.Actually has finished the job with the vehicle he calls or text to make sure everything is OK with the vehicle Which shows his commitment, professionalism, and honesty. read more

Very happy to give Lee 5 stars. I needed a pre-purchase car inspection on the spot, and Lee was kind enough to accommodate (and it was raining and he was already working on another car.) I don't know much about cars, but my sense of Lee is that he is thorough, honest, friendly and direct. He answered all my questions and really helped me to feel comfortable in making my decision to buy the car. I thoroughly appreciate his work. If I didn't like in SF, I'd take my new car to him...who knows, maybe I'll drive to Antioch. That's how much I think of Lee's Auto Repair. read more

I needed my sparks plugs and wires changed, he was extremely friendly and helpful! Took my truck in over night and had t ready the next day! After I picked my truck up, he called an hour later just o make sure everything was running fine. As long as I live in the area I and my family will be going here for all our auto needs! read more

Lee is awesome at his profession and fixed my car, which was not running for over 6 months, in less than a week for an amazing price. He really puts work into the cars he works on and is very customer friendly at that! I will be recommending him to my friends and any time I need any service on my car I will give him a call. read more

I was having an issue with a water pump and a window regulator for my BMW 325IT and a friend of a friend recommended Lee's service. I set an appt and dropped my car off at his residence. That day he contacted me and said that I gave him the wrong part and let me know where I could get the correct one. Unfortunately I was at work in San Francisco and could not get the part until the next day. Lee was kind enough to get the part that day and allowed me to reimburse him when the car was fixed. Lee contacted me that evening and let me know that my car was ready. I took delivery the next morning that everything worked to perfection. Lee does excellent business and if he cannot diagnose the problem he will tell you to take it to a dealer, get it diagnosed and bring it back to him so he can fix it at a cheaper price. I highly recommend his services! read more

Seriously the nicest mechanic I've ever met. Did not take advantage of my mother and I who know nothing about cars. He was way cheaper than expected and worked on the weekend. Our '99 dodge Durango was having startup problems it ended up being a bad battery, Jerry took our car himself down to O'rielly for a battery test after he charged it a bit and then got it replaced and brought it back to our home. I will recommend him to everyone ! Thanks again! read more

Lee is a liar and scammer!!! He ripped my 18 yr old son off, and I am currently in the process of taking him to court to sue him!!! My son's car (that I drive as well) had been running hot and overheating, he told us that the issue was the thermostat, a hose, or water pump and suggested we replaced all. Once we replaced all the SAME issue reoccurred!! We then contacted him again and he then said the thermostat was faulty and we needed a new one. So using our lifetime warranty we replaced the thermostat! Then the SAME issue happened again, and Lee said that we needed a new radiator and that was the issue for sure. So my son bought the radiator! Lee installed the radiator and about two days later the car started to overheat again! So we contacted Lee and he told my son to find a way to drop the car off to him. My son dropped the car off to him on a Sat. Lee kept the car until Weds (4 days). He told me on that Monday that he was going to drive the car to work to make sure everything was okay. I never heard anything from him, so I texted him and said "what is going on with the car?" He called me about a couple of hours later asking me for my son's phone number (which he already had btw) I then proceeded to inquire about the car that both me and my son shared! He told me that he wanted to talk to my son and wasn't going to tell me anything! At that point I was skeptical and very confused as to why the sudden change in communication and why the sudden change in his rude attitude!? I told him that his response was unacceptable! He said that it wasn't! I felt like he was trying to be sneaky, because he knew that my son was young and didn't have a clue about cars, or a clue about what right questions to ask! But I still provided him w/his number and proceeded to listen to him from my son's speakerphone! He told my son that he had to do some "rig em up" job and put a hole in the thermostat! He then told him that he needed to raise the price from $160 to $190 because he had to get the car towed using his AAA while testing it out. Which was also unacceptable! He then proceeded to say that the car would last about another couple of months because there was a head gasket blown. So he wasted our money on the radiator, etc. If he didn't know what was wrong he should have said so! He didn't want to continue to speak to me because I ask questions that he knew my son wouldn't and my son was not knowledgeable when it came to cars! He began to yell at me and tell me that I irritated him because I asked questions and that's why he wanted to talk to my son!!! Now we are out of a car! So I proceeded to contact him and ask him for our money back and he told me not to contact him!!! THIS MAN IS A FRAUD AND SCAMMER AND I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SUING HIS ASS!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS MAN!!! I should have known he was trash when he told me someone else had filed a lawsuit against him!!! THIS GUY IS OUT FOR MONEY!!! I WILL BE BACK WITH AN UPDATE AFTER THE JUDGE RULE IN OUR FAVOR!!!! I tried to remedy this situation by only asking for the $190 for his labor. That doesn't even include the parts!! I will, however, ask for everything in court!!! STAY TUNED! read more

Lee's the man! He helped with a fuel rail I wasn't having much luck with. He charged a fair price and got the work done in a short time! read more

Lee (Jerry) is a super hard working, very knowledgeable gentleman. I have 3 cars and he keeps them running like new. I appreciate his positive attitude and his hard work ethic. I will keep doing business with him even though he lives 45 miles away from me. read more

Lee was great! I was alone with a dead battery. Lee came over, took out my old battery, and drove me to Auto Zone. I bought a new battery; and we went back to my car. He installed the new battery; and my car started right up. It's scary to be an older person and have no one to help. Lee really saved the day. The price was reasonable; and Lee was friendly and accommodating. I give him my highest endorsement! read more

I would definitely use Jerry again to repair my car. Called him Sunday morning and he returned my call that afternoon/evening. Set-up an appointment for the next morning at 9:30. He showed up a few minutes late (9:50), but no big deal. His diagnostic/trip fee was reasonable ($25) based on the fact that he lives less than a mile from me, but was not applied toward repair like most other mechanics. After testing my car out (overheating), he took it home for further diagnosis and repair. A few hours later it was ready and he returned it to my home. Overall, the price was reasonable considering it was a sensor that needed replacing (15-20 minute job) and he picked up the part himself, but I felt his hourly rate was a little steep ($80). I paid $20 parts, $80 labor and $25 diagnostic fee for the convenience of having the mechanic come to me. 4-stars for the hourly rate & for diagnostic NOT being applied toward final repair bill. By the way... the car runs fine now. Thanks, Jerry! read more

lee is a very nice & obviously very educated about cars. he gave me good advice & ran some number for me of cost to fix my car. found out it was not worth it with such an old car. only charged me a small fee to come out. will use his service again in the future. read more

Jerry is the sole proprietor of this business. His service exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with the anti lock computer module for my Cadillac Catera. Jerry was willing to help me remove the part and help ups it to Virginia so it can be rebuilt. He was honest with his estimated cost. The turnaround time was quick. I would definitely use him for my other auto repairs. read more

Jerry was courteous on the phone and in person. He showed up early and did a great job tracking down an exhaust leak. Jerry fixed the problem, but also gave me recommendations for if it ever happened again. I would definitely use his services again. read more

My review for Jerry is long overdue. I will keep it short. My car started acting up the day after I moved to Concord from Arizona. I took it to a repair shop near where I live but they were not helpful at all. I then called Lee's mobile repair and Jerry came over within an hour and diagnosed the problem. He fixed it for me in a few hours after that for almost half the price it would have cost me elsewhere. I highly recommend Lee's mobile repair. Jerry is awesome! read more

Lee is great! I took my girlfriend's car to him twice very short notice and he was very accommodating. Besides the fact that he fit me into his schedule he also taught me a bit about the car as he troubleshot the problem himself. I will definitely continue to be going back to Lee for any car issues as long as I'm in the area. read more

Horrible business person. My check engine light was on. I called Lee Mobile Auto Repair at 331-7521 and spoke to a man named Lee. During my search for mobile mechanics, I called another number and was told by a gentleman to call Jerry. When I called there was no answer. The person called me back and said his name was Jerry and he had spoken to me already. I was confused and did not know who he was and he said I was talking crazy and hung up on me. When I called Lee Mobile back to get my car fixed, he said I was the one talking crazy and he was one in the same person and refused to fix my car. FYI - Lee Biz name and Jerry real name - If this is how you treat new customers who do not know you, then you did me a favor. I called a true mobile mechanic who came to my house and fixed my car. No Problem.. Lee Mobile Auto repair is a fake name, because I would have had to drive my car to his location with a check engine light on, instead of him coming to my location. Thanks for every thing and my referrals will go to a true mobile mechanic..not Lee Mobile Auto Repair who tells his new customers, they are talking crazy... read more
