For my soup, this time, I ordered a cup of the minestrone. The soup was delicious, lots of great flavor, and those Mussels with that sauce/gravy were just as good as before, as was the large slice of garlic bread Unfortunately, my partner was home, not feeling well, and couldn't have lunch with me So, she asked me to bring her something. I got her the chicken ,Marsala with linguine, and she also got the minestrone. She really enjoyed her meal. There was a lot of food, and she said that both the tender chicken and mushrooms, and perfectly Al dente pasta were delicious! The wine sauce was delectable. . She's a light eater, but still ate over half. She still has plenty left over for later. I also got her a couple of Boylan cane sugar sodas, a cream soda and a black cherry soda. She said that they were amazing! The price for everything was very reasonable, and again I got the military/veterans discount. We will be back. We would love to order delivery from this place, but unfortunately, they do not do delivery, not even with any of the online delivery platforms. If you want food to go from this place, you're going to have to drive down and pick it up. Saying that it's worth every bit of the drive, no matter where you are coming from. Thanks again!

Mel, the owner, always greets me with a smile and even asks where I've been. That kind of personal touch is rare these days. What really stands out is that he knows my order and starts making it as soon as he sees me checking out the pizza. It's like walking into a place where you're already part of the routine. The restaurant is always very clean, the staff is professional, and the atmosphere is welcoming. And the pizza? Absolutely delicious. Every single time.

It was really good......and very filling. The slices are pretty big and there's a great selection to choose from. Plenty of rolls and calzones as well. Good amount of tables inside and if the weather is nice you can also eat outside. Staff was excellent. They are very friendly and accommodating. Is this the best pizza I've ever had? No. Does it get the job done? Yes and then some. A caveat is that because we did by-the-slice at around 2pm, nothing was super fresh. We particularly enjoyed chatting with the owner. He mentioned how he'd started in the Bronx and moved out here for a slower pace of life. Great guy, super engaging if you take the time to initiate the conversation. Shared a bit about his background too.
