Pomodoro and primavera The host was so friendly and it made the restaurant very inviting. The food was absolutely delightful, very fresh and light. Usually at other restaurants you eat and you feel gross from all the oil and fatty foods. This restaurant was a random selection during our road-trip from Albany to jersey. I highly recommend stopping here and indulging in all the good food! It only a 15min detour and totally worth it! I also suggest the bruschetta, the bread was so soft and fresh. While seating is limited to 4-5 tables, we had personal attention from the delightful owner/chef Carlos. The presentation of the food as well as the taste was amazing. The sauces could stand alone and the lasagna was the best I've ever had! The location is off the beaten track but it is definitely worth a visit!!!! read more

Absolutely awful in every way. My wife was served a pre-made, disgusting, rubbery fillet of breaded chicken for the piss-poor excuse of a chicken parm sandwich she got. I got a piss-poor excuse for an eggplant parm, again, reheated in a goddamn microwave and not made to order. We left without eating more than 1/4 of this slop. Should have left without paying, but these people are obviously so improverished they need all the help they can get. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for serving this to humans. The ambiance? It looks like a bunch of sundamericanos watched the godfather and tried to replicate the decor. This place is a joke. Nothing else to say about it. read more

It's been open for quite some time and seen great reviews, and boy, was this worth the stop. The inside is pretty tiny with a couple of tables, and also with outdoor seating, obviously when the weather is warm. It's got that upscale look and vibe, but it's not a traditional fancy restaurant. I believe this place is famous for its takeouts and also delivery, but having it fresh inside can't beat it. The menu has a variety, specifically sandwiches, wraps, pasta, and also chicken and veal dinner, including dessert as well. For great food, it does require some waiting, so do have patience. Customer service is beyond great, which adds a lot of satisfaction. Can't wait to make this stop again. read more

The owners are amazing! Been there twice now. We went tonight for my father's birthday. They treated us like family. Made a special salad for the table for my dad's birthday. We ordered the chix marsala, penne vodka, mozzarella sticks, soup and more and everything was amazing. Not one complaint. This taste like your grandma is in the kitchen cooking. Def. HORRIBLE experience. We had a confirmed reservation for Sunday 1/28 at 6:00 PM. We travelled there in bad weather to find that the restaurant was closed! The business has been sold, but no reason to treat repeat customers like dirt. Terrible business people who didn't have the decency to call and tell us they were closed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm not a fan of reviews this is actually my first time leaving a review ever, but for this place I feel like i have to take the time out of my day. I went to the Advancedauto across the street, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE btw, and as i was leaving I saw the place, it looked good from the outside,never saw this place before and thought i would check it out since I haven't had breakfast yet. I walked in, said good morning, and asked if the place is new. I saw 2 individuals, a male and a female, and they treated me as if I was a criminal or I don't belong here. You can see genuine fear on their faces as they looked over their shoulder to watch me and looked away when when we make eye contact, it was such an uncomfortable situation, They were stuttering as i asked for the menu and I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and they offered to sell me a breakfast sandwich that has been sitting for an hour according to the guy. Now imagine living in a world where your appearance scares people. As a young back man, I never felt this embarrassed and incriminated in my life. This should not be a business. I will never set foot in this place again or recommend this place. read more
