Ringer Windows company deserve the many "five star plus" customer satisfaction reviews which are published. Before my contact with Ringer windows, I experienced a high pressure (& high price quote) sales pitch by a heavily advertised company doing replacement windows - the rep, surely on commission, after more than an hour, was still aggressively pitching their replacement windows while family dinner was being put on table. In late September 2024, I had a brief personable phone conversation I initiated with business owner, Greg Ringer (he personally returned my message). I then had a knowledge filled appointment with Georgia at my house. Georgia efficiently explained Ringer replacement window advantages and what Ringer Windows could offer. In October, Pedro did professional measurements. In December, Ringer installation team installed eleven new windows in one day. They were courteous, professional, polite, caring, experienced, and thorough, including cleaning and reinstalling shades. I am especially grateful Greg Ringer was able to have windows installed before year-end 2024, enabling me to claim $600 Federal Income Tax reduction! [IRS Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit] I live in East Serenada subdivision in Georgetown. Original builder installed windows were defective and inefficiently installed. I now have no more drafts in winter, efficiency in heating and cooling is noticeable both in comfort and lower utility bills. We recently had all our windows replaced in our house. Fifteen windows in all. We called Ringer Windows on a recommendation from a friend. We were very pleased with the job they did. The windows are high quality and made to order. The installation was amazing. Jake, Herman, Eduardo, and a man who's name I did not get, were the team. They arrived on the day of the appointment, early in the morning to put in a full day. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and worked well as a team. You can tell they have worked together for many years because they joke with each other a lot while doing their work. When it comes to renovations, our house always takes longer than people realize. Our windows took two days to install. These guys put in a 10 hour day on the second day. They removed all the windows, filled in the gaps in the trim with wood and insulation, and they puttied the holes. They had to build a new frame for the garden window in the kitchen. They had to make a special trip to the lumber yard to build it. They bought the same type of trim to match the rest of the house. I think that is so professional. They cleaned everything. They vacuumed with a strong shop vac after installing the windows. They covered floors and counters with a heavy tarp before installing the windows. They kept everything clean and neat, and returned all window treatments like they were prior to installation. Overall, they were great. Greg came out for the initial visit and explained about the windows. Jake came to measure the windows. We had a miscommunication about three of the picture windows, so Jake came out and measured again to the correct spec. The windows were built in a very reasonable time frame. We made a deposit in late February and the windows were installed in early May. I highly recommend Ringer Windows. They are professional craftsmen who take pride in the product they produce and the installation they perform. Plus, they are local, so tax dollars stay not in Austin, but in the area. read more

We are sooo impressed with these high quality energy saving windows. Our house was built in 1925 it was refurbished and is well built and have all the modern hardy plank siding and metal roof, except our windows were also 1925 built with weights and old frames and were not replaced. But, finally after 15 yrs.' of living in our beautiful country home, we decided it was time for new modern energy saving windows.(which we decided to keep our old country windows for craft projects). After doing research, and considering buying our own windows at Lowes, having them installed by a second party who Lowes contracts and other window manufacturing companies like Anderson windows , we heard about Ringer Windows in Taylor. I heard about this company on KLBJ and researched everything I could about their company and their employees. I am happy to say, I found out very good information and we decided to get a estimate from the Ringer windows company. We were impressed with the costs and the quality of the windows, the professionalism of all the people we had talked to. From the saleswoman(Georgia, whom we were impressed with her knowledge of all the windows they sell) to the installation manager (Jake, who measured our windows accurately) and to the installers (Herman and Jamie). All of these people are so professional and very friendly. They treated us with respect. We love our windows and the energy it has provided and saved us $$ in this hot 100 degree summer. This has been the best purchase we have made in many years. We can't say enough great kudos for this company. We have 4 windows we didn't have replaced, because these are not weathered and are out of the elements. Wishing now I would have. Maybe down the road we will have them make these windows and we will install them. I shopped for windows for 2 years not being in a hurry and met you at the Austin Home Builders Show. I recently called your shop to get started. You sent Georgia out to show me your product; she was just the best representative answering ALL my questions and advising me as well. I made a decision that day and that started the process. Jay came out and measured doing a site survey; he answered all my questions on the spot. Your install team came out after setting the date and time and began the most professional installation EVER. That Install team was unbelievable. They covered every base from on time to pleasant people to clean I mean everything. Those guys are the proof in the pudding. After they left I just sat in my house and was amazed at the product, the install, reflected on the sales with Georgia and the first meeting with you 2 years ago. If you went public I would buy the stock in a heartbeat. Thank you and your team for excellence. Thank you for everything! We wanted new windows to replace our aluminum paned 1960"s drafty ones. I got quotes from several national companies that were way out of our pocket book range. Then I found Ringer Windows online. A match made in heaven! We are all about buy locally and these windows are made right here in Pflugerville Tx.. My daughter and I even went to the factory to see how they make them. I contacted them online and Greg Ringer came out and gave us a quote that was so reasonable and affordable we were in shock! Greg is also so proud of his windows and that is unusual these days someone who believes in what they are selling.We had 9 windows to replace and 2 sliding glass patio doors, one of which was 10 ft..We were going to do the windows first and wait on the doors since we figured we wouldn't be able to afford them. But at Greg's price we got it all done for about 1/3 the price of all the others.Our new windows are the best looking I've seen, and they do have more window surface which I didn"t understand until I saw them. The Ringer Windows team and product are excellent. In October 2024, we replaced all 20+ (25-year old) windows in our home with Ringer's Resolute 4200 Series. The bay window in our north-facing breakfast room is no longer colder than the rest of the house. The windows look great. They open very easily and you barely notice the screens. Besides looking great and being very easy to operate, we were surprised to discover how much quieter the interior of our home is, as exterior noises have been significantly reduced. The entire experience was top notch. Incredible windows, excellent customer service. Everything was perfect. I have a 1950's home and it desperately needed replacement windows. All of the openings in our house are huge, and very uncommon. I had several other companies out to give me bids, and share their ideas of how to deal with replacing these oversized windows. All of the other bids were outrageously overpriced, and they all just wanted to sell us generic windows and leave us to do all of the finishing work. They all seemed annoyed we wanted to keep the character of of our house with the large windows. The team at Ringer windows were the only ones that were actually excited about the challenge of our old home. Ringer replaced nearly fifty windows and three doors on our 27-year old home about five months ago. The new windows have completely transformed our house as we no longer need solar screens or thermal window shades. We had 30 year old windows with storm windows that made it impossible to clean between. The windows were totally unsafe because they would not slide open. I had done my research on the best windows and installation in the Austin area and come up with Ringer Windows. Research on windows had stated that installation quality was as important as the widows so I expected a good installation. What I got was perfect installation and I did not have to touch up the paint on the inside of the house at all. When they ran into a unexpected problem, they 1) called in an expert who on the spot resolved the problem and 2) when I asked how much extra it would cost they said "no extra". Herman. We just had all of the windows in our home replaced with Ringer Windows. Our home is only 7.5 years old, but several of the aluminum windows that the builder installed were fogging up due to a broken seal and they all suffered severe condensation during the cold weather. This was the first time I purchased windows so I didn't realize that the height and width dimensions on a couple windows got transposed between the original bid and the order that I signed off. We went there without an appointment and spoke to Cathy who gave us a tour and showed us some windows before Greg got there.
