He sent someone out to look at it, he said he would talk with his boss and let us know. I get a message from Jim saying it will be replaced. I thought i would need to buy another one as I had no proof, but I could not believe it... They replaced it for free! Who does that after so long, well its a great company that backs up their claims. I can't find another glass company that will reinstall the glass correctly, so at the moment I'm left with crooked, unsealed glass for my new shower. They also cracked a tile, so the glass had to be removed, the tile repaired, then glass reinstalled. Before the full install, they had a piece of glass that didn't fit and had to reorder. I was told this was the fault of the glass production company they use.
