I gave him the measurements, and he was able to give me a general estimate over the phone. I really appreciated that because it saved me the time and trouble of getting another company out if his price was going to be too high. As it turned out, the actual price was very close to the estimate he gave me. I was able to have all three windows replaced, plus the sliding door lock installed, for less than that other company wanted for one window!
