Puncturing an internal PVC plumbing pipe, illegally wrapping it in black duct tape, and immediately hiding it behind the new siding is not a 'punch-list' item - it is active fraudulent concealment. The 'Fraudulent' Financing: We authorized the payment because they claimed to follow actively concealed the duct-taped plumbing. Inducing a customer to authorize a loan by hiding severe damage is the legal definition of fraudulent concealment. Contradictory Public Statements & The BBB Complaint: JP Exteriors is using public platforms to feign cooperation. On our active BBB complaint, they claim they are waiting for our independent inspection report before taking action. However, their own written record proves they inspected the property themselves on June 11th and issued a superficial patching offer on June 22nd. The very next day, they explicitly stated in writing they were not willing to expand their scope to a full replacement, formally refusing to cure the hidden defects before our third-party inspection was even conducted on June 24th. The 42-page independent inspection report, which we received on June 29, definitively confirms that the widespread, concealed code violations and structural deficiencies cannot be resolved through superficial patching. Chance was able to see us that very next day, even before we gave him our business he offered to help clean out the broken glass (which we were pretty worried about crashing out at any moment). He took our measurements gave us a fair estimate and a rough outline for time, all in all a great value. This was on the 20th and luckily our glass was able to be made and they just installed today (just 7 days later) and I couldn't be happier with the way it looks. The company has kind solid people working in it and I will definitely be going here for any future glass needs, and recommend them to my friends and family.

He's called a couple of times since then, at which point we advised him we were not moving forward. He called again today and I politely texted him back that we would be going with another company. He took it very personally and got extremely defensive, and provided a different excuse that it was a holiday weekend and he had family in town and if I couldn't understand that then too bad, basically. He knew it was a holiday weekend when he booked the appointment. If it was a bad time, then don't book the appointment, offer an alternative day. I'm attaching the screenshots of the messages because I also asked him at that point to not contact me again, yet he did. His behavior completely validates my decision for going with another company. Contacted Clean Cut last week, got a great quote (not the most expensive, not the least expensive) and engaged them. Rather than the six to eight weeks to get the doors installed, they told me it could be 3 or 4 weeks. Then they called and said they had the door in and could they do it later this week... Here we are a week later and the door is in. Great crew to install the doors and then a separate employee to paint and finish the trim. Meticulous. skilled craftsmen at work.
