We had a shower door and window installed by Premier glass. They came out to measure promptly. When they came to install the glass they realized the measurement was off. They were so professional and wonderful. They said we will redo this and have it done for you in a week. They did, installed it and it's perfect. I really appreciate them making something right. We will use them again. read more

Went to them for a quote for a glass door and wall for our shower. First the technician was very dismissive with me and then went on to tell me that do to how the entry of the shower was angled there would be no way they could install a door. I received a call from the owner backing his technicians statement. So I went to their competition, Go Frameless Shower Doors, and now have beautiful shower doors with no issues at all! read more

Terrible business policy. They want to design your shower glass doors the way they want. Customer doesn't have any say in it, hence every time you ask for a certain style, they give you a disclaimer that it will leak, and they only use one hinge to attach the door to the wall, so now they need to add a special strip to the tub in order to secure the glass panel. I have had few done in my previous homes, and never had an issue. Premier Glass won't warranty any work if it's not done their way. Technician tried to persuade me into something I didn't like. Moving onto another company that will know what they're doing. read more

Professionals on the phone, via email, and in person. Premier installed beautiful new bathroom vanity mirrors for us! They look amazing. Premier also took down our frameless shower glass so we could get improved waterproofing and a new, retiled shower floor, then reinstalled the glass. All techs were meticulous! Prices were very reasonable. Scheduling was easy and timely. Highly recommend Premier for mirrors and shower glass. read more

I am a General Contractor and I use Shane for each one of our bathroom remodels. I hired Shane to install my shower glass after building myself a custom shower. The price was reasonable and the turn-around time was FAST. Our new shower (and now all of the showers we've built for our client's too) have turned out fantastic thanks to Shane and his team. read more

Premier glass installed a frameless shower door 3 1/2 years ago. The door began to make a noise when opening and closing and we tried silicone and WD-40 but it did not stop the sound. Premier Glass came out, adjusted the screws, which fixed the problem, and did not charge me. read more

While the glass hasn't been installed yet (I will post a review about that), I would like to say that working with Premier Glass has been great. They were able to generate a rough quote, off a picture of the shower, in a matter of hours, with a few more measurements they were able to get within $50 of what the final quote was, after they came out to take measurements. When they came to take measurements, they were on time, and professional. The biggest takeaway, that I got from meeting them initially, was that they are very transparent about the costs, and what needs to be done. They also provide real world advice about how to plan the installation, so that I, as a customer, don't come back wishing that the glass had been positioned a little bit differently. I really appreciated that. I am really looking forward to the installation, and getting to use my new shower. read more
