If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired this company to install a shower door, and after three visits, it still doesn't fit properly. Each time they've come out, we've been assured that it would be corrected, yet the issues persist.. At this point, we've wasted time and money, and we still don't have a properly functioning shower door. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or quality workmanship. read more

Excellent quality mirror and equally great price as well. I highly recommend them. Tami did a great job

The header on shower frame came detached from the wall. Our builder connected us with Arrow Glass and scheduling for repair is not good process. They won't give you any time frame for arrival. They say they will call you 30 min out. I received a call when they were 20 min out, I told the rep on the phone that I was 45 min away because I was at work. He said he would give the tech to call and have them wait for me. When I got to my home exactly in 45 min, tech was not there. I called Arrow Glass and they said tech can only wait "10 min" and then they leave. I informed them that they need to fix their process because when people are at their jobs and have no window for repair ETA, then the repair techs should have the courteousy to wait 5 more minutes in their day for me to arrive. The customer service at Arrow Glass did Not agree with this and said it was on me for not being there. At the very least, the customer service department should have heard my complaint and acknowledge that they need a better process. Instead they in fact told me there is no issue and im at fault. stay away from them. read more

The response from the email's 'scheduler' were less than satisfactory and not customer serving. The amount I would spend on custom shower enclosure would at least expect emails responded to and not with an attitude. My project is on a timeline, and to be challenged with incorrect date/time of in-house estimate, there are others that responded quickly AND accurately with professionalism. I'll be going elsewhere and have 2 others scheduled well in advance within my timeframe. After sending the email chain showing that they were not correct in insisting I gave a specific time, I get an email that confirmed the date/time AFTER I requested to just cancel it. I am not a mind reader. Very poor communication. read more

So pleased and happy! Gorgeous shower door! They were quick to respond with quote, timeline expected for parts and completion of project. Came in to take measurements and it was quick and easy. Install was when they expected, and quick and easy as well! Friendly guys and company all around! Highly recommend! read more

Arrow Glass & Mirror - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Austin, Texas

Slow response, unfriendly and hang up before I can even begin introducing myself on phone. Too bad, I hope your attitude would bring more business in the future read more

We needed some glass tops to protect some furniture for our new place in Austin. It was a small amount of work with just a top for a desk and a couple of night stands. I expected the usual small project hassle in finding a company willing to come out and measure and do the work. Jason at Arrow was exceptionally helpful. He not only replied quickly, but he was able to get someone over to measure that afternoon. The two people from Arrow that stopped by (Jason and Ryan) were quick and professional. I was expecting that it would take a few days to a week to get the glass tops done and delivered, so I was thrilled when Jason said that they'd be back the next day with the tops. It was again Jose and Ryan, and they did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning the glass and putting it all in place. Jose and Ryan also took some extra time to look at the glass shower doors in our two bathrooms and to make some adjustments for us. Great service, perfectly done custom sized glass tops ... and all in less than 24 hours -- great place that I highly recommend. read more

Ok I know sometimes we fail into recognize the excellent customer service and quality in more esoteric and seldom used businesses That's why Austin needs to know about Arrow Glass and Mirror! I moved here and one of my expensive wooden standing mirrors was broken. No surprise right? I was reimbursed for it. I didn't throw is away. After careful research I chose Arrow. For a ridiculously low price they replaced the mirror They are so friendly, helpful and professional. Although they are located in a industrial park they have signage on the road leading to the turn off as well as their location. They observe all COVID-19 precautions and are respectful I've already taken a second mirror there that Amazon broke, refunded me and told me to dispose of. $220 beautiful mirror being restored for $70.00! I want to mention James and Jason for being so helpful Highly recommended read more

We hired Arrow Glass and Mirror to replace 13 double pane sets of glass in our windows and one new bathroom mirror. Not only were they reasonably priced but the four men (Juesse, Logan, Carlos, and Octavian) performed the work perfectly. They were professional, courteous, and timely. They cleaned up thoroughly after completion. The men represent Arrow Glass in a positive manner. I would highly recommend Arrow Glass and Mirror to anyone needing glass or mirrors. read more

The folks at Arrow responded to my inquiry quickly and was able to schedule an appointment for my small, single pane window repair in less that a week from my initial inquiry. The installers called the day of the install, as promised, to let me know they were on the way. I'm working from home and they were able to come a bit earlier than anticipated. I needed a few minutes to wrap up an online meeting before they arrived, and explained that when they called. They were flexible and offered to wait outside for a few minutes until I could take a break. The two gentlemen who installed the glass were polite, wearing masks (Covid times) and finished the work very quickly. This was a simple and affordable job, but I see they do shower glass walls and other items. I'm definitely going to keep them in mind as we remodel our home. read more

I called for a custom size mirror for my master bathroom and Arrow had it cut that afternoon and ready for me in the morning. I was picking it up and installing it myself. It was so fast and the price was very reasonable. Thanks for being so professional! read more

I stopped in for an estimate for a uniquely dimension shower enclosure and was immediately assisted by knowledgeable & attentive staff genuinely interested in earning my business. Transparent process, competitively priced quality solution, and flawless professional installation... I couldn't have asked for more. From start to finish it was a seamless process- thanks again Arrow Glass and Mirror! read more

James was great to work with. He got the bid to me super quick and was by far the lowest out of the 3 glass companies that I had bid my large frameless glass shower. Along with installing my shower, they also put 6 large pieces of glass in my custom china cabinet. All the work they did looks great. I would definitely recommend them for your shower/glass project! read more

My husband and I remolded our master bath. We came across Arrow, and very thankful that Arrow Glass worked with us on picking out and installing the right shower for our bathroom. They did a great job. -Nolana Round Rock,TX read more

I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again. I called to see if they could custom cut a mirror for a home project I was working on, and they did. There was a communication issue with the measurements over the phone that was partly my fault. The reason for the 5 stars is that when I called to tell them about it, Dennis worked with me to fix it. What a rare treat to find a business that cares enough about the people buying their products to go out of their way to help an individual no matter how big or small their order, and I really appreciate that Arrow did that for me. I felt important and respected, and everything they did had integrity and high quality. read more

It's very fast once I paid half of the mirror. Employees did a great job, no damage incurred. He took the vanity lights down so make sure no damage to the lights or walls. I would highly recommend Arrow Glass & Mirror. read more

Not a single complaint; scheduled quickly and painlessly, showed up exactly on time, performed their work efficiently and professionally. My contacts with the office were brief, to the point, and also professionally handled. read more

We had a flooring company break the window while they were installing the floors and I needed a replacement quickly. Arrow Glass had a better price and quicker turn around than the 8 other companies we contacted. Crew came out within a few days to measure glass and installed without any issues. Jason was super helpful and we would go with Arrow Glass for future needs. read more

Eric and Lorenzo were the best!! Extremely professional, amazing work! 5 stars! Thanks guys. I won't ever go with another glass company.

Guess when you go to their website and enter info to be contacted for a job and nobody emails you back and doesn't call. Tomorrow will be a week. oh well bet somebody else wants my business. read more

My son broke one of our upstairs double paned window from the outside. The glass stayed in the frame, and I called Arrow Glass to come fix it based on recommendations on here and from Angie's List. They came out right before Thanksgiving, took the measurements and ordered the window. It came in and they installed it; they had to remove the glass from the previous window. It's a second story window right above about 5 feet of roof and a gutter. After they were done and left, I walked outside and there was glass all over my yard and sidewalk. I called them back and was told by a manager that he could send someone out to clean it up tomorrow because they would be in the Cedar Park area. I explained that it was unacceptable and couldn't wait because I have four kids and the neighborhood children play in my yard, and I wouldn't have them getting cut by glass. Then he said he would "talk" to them and trailed off. I asked him if that's all he was going to do and he said what else could he do? I told him that it was unsatisfactory and he told me that he already said they could clean it up tomorrow and that he doesn't think they were throwing it away from the window. I got frustrated and hung up. I asked the kids how the glass was removed (they were watching because they're kids and apparently replacing a window is fascinating). According to them, the guys had dropped glass on the 5 foot section of roof, and then swept it too hard and sent it flying to the ground (my kids actually call "sweeping" "brooming" for whatever reason). No, I would not go with this company again. They have no accountability, no customer service skills, and no respect for people who have children that could be hurt. read more

5 star!!! The quality of service you get from the first time you call to the final installation is the best you could ever ask for. The installation crews are totally respectful of your property and belongings! read more

A month ago we had frameless glass shower door made & installed by Arrow. My husband got a few quotes and Arrow was on the lower end while still being reputable business so we decided to go with them. The installation crew was very professional (2 young men) and quick to get the job done. They made sure not to get the carpet dirty either (which I did not even say but I could tell they were conscious of their boots). I wanted to wait a while to write the review to make sure the shower door wouldn't have any issues. We LOVE IT! We remodeled our whole home and the only thing we had been dragging on was the shower door since our GC had given us a quote 3x as much for the same shower door. The door is high quality and a reasonable price. I highly recommend Arrow Glass and I am glad we found them. Thanks again! We love our updated shower and enjoy it every day! read more

Great service & people. A window broke and they measured & replaced the glass efficiently. After the job was done, Dennis called to make sure all was well. Debbie, their bookkeeper, sent an electronic invoice (I love paperless!), called her with my CC information, and within 5 minutes I had an electronic receipt. I highly recommend this outfit! read more

We needed a six-foot mirror replaced quickly. Arrow Glass & Mirror responded immediately with a quote which we accepted. Less than 24 hours later a rep arrived and took accurate measurements. The next day a new mirror arrived and was installed. All this in 24 hours less than we had requested. The best review one can receive is additional business. We plan to use Arrow Glass & Mirror again soon for a larger repair job. read more

I had a Nana Wall installed in my home less than a month ago. One of the panes was broken by a small rock, and I was afraid I was not going to be able to find a match for the pane, and especially at a reasonable rate. After shopping 2 other companies, I found them to be alot cheaper. Not only that, but the other companies questioned my measurements. I spoke with Barry, who was very professional, did not have a problem understanding what I wanted. Gave me a precise timeline. Got the glass on time and three times cheaper. I couldn't be happier! read more

Great job on our shower glass. They worked with us the whole way to ensure that things happened as soon as they could.

Arrow has been great to work with. I called for a mirror and shower glass quote. Arrow's mirror quote was $400 less than the first quote I received from another company. Jason couldn't explain why the other company's quote was so high, but, luckily, my husband had insisted that I get another bid, and I'm so glad I called Arrow. They quickly came last week and measured for the shower door, and it was installed yesterday. Looks and works great. I was supposed to have my countertop in for the mirror to be measured, but it wasn't ready when they measured for the shower door and wasn't ready when the shower door was installed yesterday, so they're making yet another trip over today to measure it because now I'm ready. They didn't complain and aren't charging me to come out again---thank you, Arrow!--and are trying to get my mirror installed in the next couple of days. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Thwy came our and measured for a replacementpanel in my shower. First cut broke in transit next two were misfit and even with all that they will not put a rush on a recut or assist with installation. I offered to pay them contractors pricing on install, and they refuse, full retail only. He told me it wasn't his problem that the pieces were cut/measured wrong. Run away as fast as you can. read more

Horrible customer service!! Don't call them. I emailed to have someone scheduled to give me an estimate and after two days I had not heard back from anyone. I emailed them again to follow up on my request and they finally replied and asked for my address. I sent it and guess what? Nothing for another two days, I finally called and they said I had never sent my email. Seriously?! I forwarded the email I had already sent with my address and there it was the next day no email. I called AGAIN and of course blaming everyone else but themselves. I finally got a call at 4:58pm stating that someone was scheduled to come to my home the next day and guess what they never showed up nor called. Then after 14 days of going back and forth with them, they tell me they have me penciled in for the same day giving me 5hrs short notice. People work and have busy schedules. That is why I have been trying to schedule an appt for the last 2 wks!! HORRIBLE! read more

We recently remodeled our master bath and called 4 different glass companies for estimates on frameless shower enclosures. Arrow came in at or under all of the others. Also offered a more economical choice for 'shower guard'. Dennis, who came out to measure, was very thorough and professional. Ivan and install team very good as well. I would highly recommend them! read more

Highly recommended. Excellent work. Great price. A real pleasure to do business with. I needed a frameless shower installed in a remodeled master bath. I made the right choice with Arrow. Mercedes and Tyler came out to measure. They also did the install. That was a big plus for me. Mercedes and Tyler were very thorough and they gave me some important tips about the installation that were very useful in making my final hardware decisions. I took a total of five bids before deciding on Arrow. Two bids were off the charts. The Arrow bid price was right in line with the others, but no one else was close on the communications. I went with Arrow because I was completely confident about the job they would do because of the detail that went into their communications with me. They gave me a drawing with the bid that confirmed the design i wanted and listed the hardware catalogue part numbers so that I could confirm that the hardware was exactly what I wanted. Dennis in the back office was very responsive to my questions and flexible with my final choices When I made a change, Dennis immediately sent me an updated drawing and hardware list. Overall the communications were excellent. Mercedes and Tyler did the install went without a hitch and the shower looks great! read more

I found this company on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I sent them an email for a certain size bathroom mirror and Tami responded the next day with a quote. I emailed her back and asked if someone could come and measure the wall. She again responded asking for my address. I decided to call her to schedule someone to come to my house. I called the office and a different woman answered and she forwarded my call to someone to schedule a date to measure. The person's VM picked up and he gave his first name and asked that I leave my name and number and he would call me back. Since this person didn't identify himself as being with Arrow Glass, I hung up and called again. And again I was connected to the same number with a message to leave my info and he would get back with me. It's been over five days and I never received a callback. So I will find another company to install a mirror for me. Many companies can provide the same services. The only thing that sets them apart from one another is their customer service and not returning calls is poor customer service. read more

Arrow Glass is top notch. They not only provided me with two perfectly cut, beveled-edge custom mirrors but also at a fantastic price that was much lower than any other competitor quoted. The staff were also extremely professional, and I had an easy time communicating and working with them. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again! read more
