Brothers glass was great. My kids broke a bedroom window with a baseball and it was super easy to connect with Brothers via yelp and get them out to measure for a replacement. Our vinyl window was a little hard to take apart to get the exact measurement for a replacement pane but they stayed on site to make sure they could figure out disassembly and reassembly before committing to the job. Do NOT do work with this company. I hired them, Edgar, to replace a window and came to a basic agreement that they'd clean up after doing the work. Instead, they left two broken windows shattered into TENS OF THOUSANDS of shards on my ground, in my yard, in the gravel, in my carport and out to the street and initially refused to come clean up the extraordinary mess that they created from their sloppy work. Despite all of this, I still paid them in full $1,200 (which was overpriced for the work to begin with) minus $30 that I paid a neighbor to sweep the shards of glass out from public areas where kids and dogs would have stepped on it. The owner subsequently sent texts demanding the $30 even though I paid in full otherwise and spent the extra $30 to prevent harm to neighbors. read more
