I've used Paradigm twice and have two very different experiences. The first was a shower door installation that was done quite well with care and concern. The second was a full house window installation. Overall, the project was door poorly. Caulking looked like kids had done it (not a straight line) and I had to get it redone. Windows were damaged on installation with screws and they had missing covers. Four windows are defective (Kory came out and confirmed). He said he'd order new ones from the manufacturer as they have a warranty. It has now been almost THREE YEARS and I have not heard back from him. Six emails with no responses. read more

We needed some 1980s mirrors taken off of an extra room off of our master bedroom which we are making into a master closet. I called for about a few estimates everyone gave me a roundabout number except for Cory. He told me exactly what it would cost. His guys showed up on time and we're very professional. Most of the glass companies told me when they take the mirrors off the wall it might rip drywall and put holes in our walls. To be honest I was a little bit freaked out about having it done. Kory, while a great person, has provided a very poor service and response to the quality of work provided. While he has been vocal about his struggles finding quality help and I can sympathize, I am stuck with windows that will need to be replaced if I want them fixed. I purchased 11 windows, 10 have been installed. 2 do not function, 1 is sitting in my living room. Some installed have cosmetic damage, while others are just wrong. I paid the deposit in February, work was to start in May, but started in June. I'm still awaiting resolution, after paying for 3/4 of the job, still have 1/4 to pay. He has completely walked away from this job. I have had another company come evaluate repairs, was told that the windows would have to be removed and reinstalled. The ones that have "cosmetic" damage would need to be replaced. This experience has been a series of unfortunate events. read more

Look no further if you want quality work at a reasonable price from a true glazier! We have been trying for years to replace the badly fogged windows in our kitchen. These are a little unusual because they include some windows that are in the roof plane in addition to the three large vertical windows. Always received either "no bid", or quotes to tear out the whole structure and replace it with a "sun room" ($$$$) until we finally found Paradigm Glass. The owner Kory was incredibly responsive, and a great communicator. He and his teams were very professional and did a great replacement of all these windows while leaving the old frame intact. We had some small water leakage issues that predated the replacement, and hoped they would be solved by the glass replacement as a bonus. First rain after the replacement still had leakage, and Kory promptly sent a team out to investigate no questions asked. Would hire again. Kory installed frame-less shower sliding glass door in my newly renovated 3/4 bathroom. Finished product looks amazing! His pricing is very competitive. Kory is easy to get a hold of and knowledgeable about shower glass. Only negative was nearly 7 weeks went by from the time I paid until install. To be fair, I originally ordered ShowerGuard glass which it turns out after I ordered, wasn't a brand of glass readily available from any of his suppliers. In the end, I went with glass treated with factory applied Enduroshield professional strength (permanently bonded rather than DIY home version available @ big box stores). One example of something Kory taught me was the green tint in glass comes from high iron content and that buying low iron glass is cost prohibitive. I had my shower re-tiled by another company and they put the frameless glass shower door back on crooked, so I was having leakage and slippage problems.
