Wow! I am simply blown away! Replacing the door between our breakfast room and the rear deck... Contacted Clean Cut last week, got a great quote (not the most expensive, not the least expensive) and engaged them. Rather than the six to eight weeks to get the doors installed, they told me it could be 3 or 4 weeks. Then they called and said they had the door in and could they do it later this week... Here we are a week later and the door is in. Great crew to install the doors and then a separate employee to paint and finish the trim. Meticulous. skilled craftsmen at work. Great job, great value, great products. read more

Please be very cautious about using this company. Unfortunately, our experience with them has been extremely disappointing. We spent a significant amount of money on our doors, and the quality of the work was unacceptable. Initially, the company placed the blame on others. Eventually, they acknowledged the problems and agreed to replace our doors. We accepted that resolution and believed the matter would finally be handled appropriately. Unfortunately, after agreeing to replace the doors, the company essentially disappeared. They stopped responding to our text messages and emails, and we have received no meaningful communication or update regarding the promised replacement. At this point, we are preparing to pursue the matter through the courts. If anyone has experienced a similar situation with this company or knows of other options we should consider, please let me know. I am especially disappointed because this company represents itself as a veteran-owned business. As a veteran myself, I believe that designation should represent integrity, accountability, honor, and standing behind your word and your work. Based on our experience, that is not what we received. We gave this company multiple opportunities to make things right before reaching this point. We simply expected them to honor the agreement they made with us. I can't give any stars Stephon & April Primous. read more

UPDATE: Clean Cut has contacted us this week and is working with us to figure out a resolution. Sounds like there was some sort of personal issue that took the owner away from the business and someone else within the business is trying to address the lingering issues, like our situation. They wanted to ensure we got our money back through the bank (which we did) and have also offered to complete the job if we want to do that. While I wish we had gotten this done back when we initially went through the process, I'm impressed they followed up after all this time to make sure we are made whole. read more

I am really sad to report, that it appears that this company has gone under. They took $4750 from us (50%) deposit for our windows and have been missing in action since then. I tried to reach out and I havent been able to get hold of them. Really really disappointed. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We ordered two doors in early October. We were told it would be 4-6 weeks until installation. After barely responding to texts and emails, we finally received confirmation in January that ONE door would be installed. They installed the door and did a terrible job with paint and woodwork. We had to have them come back out to redo. We are STILL waiting for the last door. They say it will be installed by end of March but refuse to answer any questions regarding if the door is actually in production or not. AGAIN...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 6 MONTHS AND/OR NEVER RECEIVE YOUR DOOR. read more

Similar to others I ordered windows and then they disappeared and no call backs and office phone wasn't monitored. Eventually Trevor's wife communicated but it was delay after delay. I called manufacturer and no order was in system for me. Luckily I used a credit card for the deposit and I was able to dispute. Think I may get it back. I have yet to have Trevor call and explain anything or his co owner who could have stepped in. Wish the rest of you luck. read more

I called Clean Cut Windows & Doors to get a quote for replacing a window. The person I spoke with asked me to send pictures and said he would get back to me with a quote once he was in front of his computer. After I sent the photos, I never heard back. I texted a few times but got no reply and no follow-up at all. If a company can't even provide a quote after the initial contact, that doesn't give me confidence in their reliability. Definitely not a trustworthy experience. read more

Is this place still in business? I paid half my invoice for a custom door 14 weeks ago and have not heard from anyone - no answer at the phone number listed on their website or Yelp, and no response at their "info" mailbox. I texted our sales person who informed me he no longer works here. They currently have $3200 of mine and I would really love to get my door which I was told would take 8-10 weeks. read more

Agassi the sales rep, Eric the installer have been amazing. Although the delivery of the doors took longer than expected ( manufacture's fault) the crew were very accommodating. We had a few issues with our main entry door and the team were very quick to help correct the issues. read more

We contacted Clean Cut Windows & Doors for our French Door installation project. It was replacing two windows with a double-door French door. Trevor reached out immediately and came on the same day to learn more about the project and provided suggestions on how it can be done. Trevor was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of detailed information as he mentioned how to replace the windows with doors. Clean Cut Windows & Doors offered turnkey solutions for the project and handled everything from end to end involving main trades. It involved removing Stucco so that windows can be removed, installation of the door, and painting both interior and exterior. They offered us electrical work as well and installed lights & outlets for us. Trevor went above and beyond with the service and was in constant communication with us. We highly recommend Clean Cut Windows & Doors for your next project. read more

I can't say enough about how excited we are about our new windows. From start to finish working with the team was great. We had a lot of questions and they were patient and willing to reassure us through the entire process. The price was fair and gave us exactly what we wanted. The day of installation came and went without a hiccup. So thankful we went with this company that we're hoping to get our front door updated as well. read more

My husband and I were sick of our thinly painted, dented red door and shutters to match. So, I requested a group of door replacement quotes from Yelp. The one catch was that I didn't want someone to come to the house for quotes, and I didn't want to talk on the phone. I wanted a simple door, and I provided measurements and photos. I figured that was enough to give a general quote. Josselyn with Clean Cut windows was the only person on Yelp that would handle the entire transaction entirely online. Every single other provider required coming to your house or a chat on the phone for a sales pitch before providing a general quote. After I accepted the quote via email, they came out and double checked my measurements before they ordered my door and paint. I was afraid I would have a gaping hole in the front of my house for an entire day. Nope. The installer arrived on the exact day at the exact time agreed, and he was done in what seemed to be about 1.5 hours. Then the painter arrived to dress up our door, trim, and shutters to the exact Sherwin William's colors requested. No problem. Thank you for increasing the value of our home, possibly the value of our entire neighborhood, as we are right at the entrance. Next project, getting rid of our 80's grid windows. We'll ~email~ Clean Cut Windows and Doors. Thanks so much!! read more

It started out well when we ordered back in June 2021. They told us around 3 months since things were slow to get where they needed to be (post-covid) That was fine, I'm completely reasonable when given the facts and kept upto date. We were then given a date the end of September so I schedule 2 days off work for the 2 day install. When the time comes I reach out to make sure we're set for the install - nope they didnt arrive from the manufacturer as planned. Now I understand that this was not their fault but not updating me was. Another install date was scheduled, 1 day before I get a message to say they were behind (because of the rain, weeks ago albeit) and my 2 day install would now become a 1 day install (red flag). Install day arrives. Already 2 of the windows will not be installed as they are not the correct windows - despite having a week to check them over (this was another delay). They struggled to get some windows out as we were told they were 'over-fitted' hmmm not even sure what they means. I was not entirely pleased when fitting my kitchen window they stood on my newly fitted countertop with their boots - no shoe covers, no protective covering at all, gross. It was a long arduous day but they got the rest of the windows fitted. Upon going out to inspect the windows we realized that our whole upstairs blinds were not going to fit - we apparently should have been told this, yeah you got it we weren't. There was a deep scratch in one of the units which took another 5 months to get replaced. Trevor graciously paid for replacement blinds but again the lack of simple communication is shocking. The outside was also a mess, there were blades from knives lying around (we have a pup). The finish was appalling. Caulk is supposed to be a finishing product but not in this case... The window fitment and final finish is way below the standard I would expect of a professional. Surrounding trim was damaged. Trevor promised it would all be sorted and corrected. They did come back and fill the inch of caulk with another filler that looks better but nevertheless would they have done that if I hadnt made such a fuss? The 2 windows that had to be made came in another month or so and again loads of caulk and damaged trim issues. The bought paint to touch up but didnt really do that as I can still see spots. We were promised a last once over to make sure everything was ok and our windows cleaning... yeah surprisingly that didnt happen either ‍ I will say Trevor is a nice guy but his employees appear to know that they can get away with not doing everything he says or cutting corners. On the whole a very stressful experience. read more

Clean Cut Windows & Doors definitely deserves five stars. They worked as a very cohesive, quality, and professional team. I had a sliding glass door put in where there used to be two windows. They had to enlarge the opening and put in a header at the top. I was very satisfied with everyone who worked on the project and will definitely order more windows and doors from them. read more

Great company! Had three new windows placed in my room, and two new doors installed. There were a few things with the doors that I wasn't 100% about and I let them know. I contacted Clean Cut Windows based on all the great reviews. I emailed through Yelp and Trevor responded immediately even though it was after hours. I was calling on behalf of my sister-in-law. Trevor came out to not only give her a quote but to help her decide which windows and doors were best. She absolutely loved him and was blown away by his knowledge, patience and the fact that he listened to her needs and recommended the best products. She was not ready to do the installation immediately but I have no doubt when she is she will use Trevor. She really could not say enough great things about him. read more

These kind and accommodating folks mainly concentrate on installation, so they actually referred me to someone else who does door and latch repair - Eric Adams. We love our new Don Young aluminum windows. Trevor came and did the initial measurements. He is very personable. He told us upfront it would take about 3 months before windows could be installed due to production. He was right. Eric, the installer, was very thorough.
