We recently had 2 separate moves from Brea and then Mission Viejo, CA to Boise, ID and we had Right Movers handle both moves in April and May 2021. They did an amazing job and we would highly recommend them. The 2 moves were large and complicated moves with storage units and large family homes that had to be transported. (requiring two 28 foot trucks for each move). The communication was great, with timely responses to questions and requests to help with the coordination. The crews were on time, and worked very hard all day long. The wrapping and crating of large items and large glass pieces was thorough and everything arrived virtually intact and unbroken. (we did most of our own box packing in advance). They did an amazing job for a long, out of state move. I will admit that we paid more than the "big name" companies quoted, but they also contract out the work to a 3rd party independent driver and his selected "team". The "big name company becomes the middle man in planning your move and handling Issues. Right Movers is privately owned and uses their employees and no 3rd party. Their contracts are time and material based and can vary based on actual load/unload times, travel, fuel surcharges and manpower. But both quotes came reasonable close to the actual costs. The essential factor in moving is the moving Team, and Right Movers has some incredibly hard working, polite, conscientious, professional and careful individuals working for them that ensured the move was low stress and low hassle. I did my research in advance. I chose to pay slightly more, but received a higher quality of service and greater assurance of a positive moving experience. I honestly can't say enough positive things about this company. My move was from a second floor apartment to a first floor apartment on the other side of the same complex. This seems like an easy move. However, the size and the layout of the apartment community made it a fairly extensive process. Ernest and Kelvin did an amazing job. They knew exactly what to do in order to be as efficient as possible. Since this is my first move in which I had actually managed to accumulate a large amount of furniture and other items, I was fairly overwhelmed, and was not as prepared as I had initially expected. I assumed that this would extend the moving process quite a bit, but Ernest and Kelvin moved very quickly, and actually ended up moving and setting up stuff that I had intended to take care of myself. They were impressively thorough as well as helpful by answering all of my questions and giving me different tips and ideas that I definitely appreciated. In addition to this, Tim went above and beyond to make sure to take care of even the tiniest of details. Don't bother looking anywhere else! The initial setup was super easy- I spoke with Tim, asked him a few clarifying questions, and emailed him our request. He sent a confirmation email the next day and we were good to go. Ernest, Aaron, and Jose moved us from our condo to our new home in record time! They were incredibly efficient and extremely careful with all of our belongings. You could tell they were hustling the entire time- most movers are hourly and I've heard horror stories about movers who took smoke breaks, etc. Not these three! I was amazed at how quickly they were able to wrap/furniture pad everything and move it into our new home. They were cheerful and even helped us rebuild the furniture and set up our washer/dryer. The company also provides wardrobe boxes (included in the hourly price) and that made moving our clothes on hangers super easy- it saved us HOURS of packing and unpacking. The moving process sucks; there's no doubt about it. But if I were ever to move again, I would definitely use Right Movers again! They made our lives a million times easier! I just moved to Dana Point over Memorial Weekend! What a bummer for these guys to spend their entire holiday weekend moving others and yet they provided excellent customer service with smiles on their faces. I'm a single mom of two young children so it was a stressful time, but Francisco, Javier and Hector were super polite, accommodating, hard-working and courteous! They were running a bit behind In the morning, however it was because one of their men called in sick and they immediately for another worker to fill his spot and communicated with me the whole time. I really appreciated that. My computer monitor got separated from the rest of my computer equipment when they placed items in my new home... and I panicked thinking it was lost. Word of mouth recommendation by a friend. Tim, the owner visited in person and adjusted the estimate down when we packed up ourselves. Honestly, this move could have not gone smoother. Four very polite and efficient movers showed up in the morning and were done in less than four hours with room to spare for last minute odds and ends. Right uses dedicated trucks. This means your stuff gets where you're going in less time because they're not delivering split loads. We flew out on a Tuesday and they were at our Tennessee destination on Thursday morning. Four equally competent crew unloaded us in less than four hours. We've had zero breakage and we're very pleased with their courteous and organized service. Their communication was excellent and we knew our status at all junctures. I would use Right Movers again for any move, long distance or otherwise. An incredible experience from the moment Joy answered the phone to set up my estimate walkthrough. From there Anthony met us at the house to do the walkthrough, and he was beyond thorough to ensure that the estimate would be all inclusive and a worst case scenario so that there would be no surprises in the end. He was spot on! The estimate was fair and worth every penny, as this entire team gave us peace of mind. On the day of the move, Victor and his incredible crew of professionals arrived on-time and wasted no time asking for a walkthrough and asking all of the right question to make sure that we're all on the same page from start to finish. I've moved 3 times in the last 5 years and I dread it every time. Just bought a house so that we can move my mom in with us as my dad recently passed. Right Movers was recommended to me by a Realtor. 4 weeks ago Hector and his crew moved my wife, daughter and I. I've never had such a great moving experience. They were on time, kindly introduced themselves, professional, and did an amazing job. Honestly blown away. Just used them again for moving my mom from her home to our house today. Jose showed up with his crew and they were all super friendly as well as extremely professional. Once again an amazing experience. Outstanding customer service. I cannot say enough about this company. First of all I probably will not end up using them for my move because and only because I have large amount to stuff and a move from So Cal to Oregon which was going to end up too high of a cost. However, I'm leaving a review because of the service I did receive with my quote. Tim immediately responded to my message on here and was able to come out the next day. He stayed in contact with me that morning to confirm he was on his way. Himself and the gentlemen (sorry can't remember name) we're very professional and nice. After we discovered the cost they could offer wouldn't work he still helped me by giving me helpful info for my move and called a broker for me with my permission who can help me. Our move came at a not so great time with Covid-19 pandemic and my super high anxiety, over the last few months, but Tim assured me, that their team, is completely following all safety measures and he was one thousand percent correct! Aaron, Eilud, & Miguel arrived on time, wearing face masks and gloves and were completely nice and respectful. I was skeptical about using a moving company without a referral from someone I knew but every Yelp review on Right Movers was positive so I went ahead & called Tim. He was able to schedule me at short notice (1 week) which was a huge relief. To top it off, I had to separate things to move to two different locations, the house I was moving into and a storage garage, so that had to be taken into consideration. Jose & Freddy were our movers. They showed up on time. They were clean. They were polite. They were strong! I was very impressed at how they organized & wrapped & separated all my belongings. I was very impressed with the team! I have had bad experiences in the past and an very particular about my art and furniture. These guys wrapped everything perfectly and didn't waste any time working. Today happened to be the first crazy rain storm of the year and they made sure to protect everything so that nothing got wet at all. I hired Right Movers to load up my 2200sq ft home in RSM for an out of State move. These guys were awesome. Appointment was confirmed ahead of time and Tim called me to offered some suggestions on strapping I could buy to help secure the load for the long haul out of State. These guys were so professional and friendly. my truck was stuffed to the max and they were constantly moving things around to get as much in there as possible.
