Avoid this dealership at all cost. This was my first car buying experience and I  have never been so stressed and pissed in my life.  I will indicate each time I saw a red flag with this symbol *.  I went in to buy a sonata hybrid but before confirming my decision I wanted to look at the Elantra and the Sonata. Mind you before I got there I asked them to give me the numbers for both cars... which they never did.  I ended up looking at both cars but was about to walk away because they only had black until they magically found an Elantra in the color I wanted*.  I agree to buy the car but never got a chance to look at it because they said it was "exactly" like the other one. So we draft up the paper work and suddenly there's a $3,994 protection package added to the car*.  They never said anything about this package while we were looking at it.  When we asked them to explain it they said it covers a 7 year paint protection thing.  And told us it was MANDATORY*.  Then I asked then to give me my student discount and the dealer says oh well the package was originally $4500 mind you the discount is only $400 off.  So we caught them in a lie there and he agreed to give me my discount*.   I sign the paper work then go to finances and they showed me their OPTIONAL protection package and my so called $3,994 protection package was already apart of a $600 optional package along with 6 other things*. Me being a young buyer didn't pick this up until the next day when I came to pick it up and that's when they finally explained oh the protection package was actually the tents on the window and some coating bullshit the dealer added on.   Then we asked to see a clear pamphlet that covers the details of the package and told me it doesn't even exists*.  How you selling a protection package and don't even have a printed out way to explain it to me??? (I went to Honda the next day they had a whole fucking YouTube video on their safety package).  They convinced me the added on features was bundled in the package and I take the car home. At the dealership I turn the car on for the first time and the WARNING LIGHT was on*.  If that wasn't a sign from God to not buy this car I don't know what could be more clearer.  once again me being a first time driver thought I can fix it at home, but I took a picture before I left.  Also the car had 58 miles on it when the paper said there was 12 on it 16 hours before!!! And they said that was them getting gas huhhhh, where y'all go to Alabama?*. Next morning I text them this light is on how do I fix it. I thought it was just a switch I needed to fix but they told me to go to any service station.  Couldn't do that.  I wasn't registered yet.   I even had to pay for a uber before they told me to come back.  so I go back to the dealer. They said well they can't work on it today come back Monday after I texted them before I LEFT they said I can get it fixed today.  I complained said no you need to fix this y'all sold me this car defective and you knew this since the light was on when I got in the car and it shouldn't be any problems on a BRAND NEW CAR.  And they tried to lie and blame me that oh the light wasn't on when I saw it two hours ago.   BUllshit and it must've came on the next day.  suddenly they could fix it in two hours.  then suddenly 30 minutes*.  As I waited I realized there was 10 red flags and I'm cancelling my contract. Then they lied againnnn saying it was going to take a long time to undo everything your car has already been financed. I waited 2 hours to sign one paper. took me two seconds. !!!!!!!!! NEVER put any money down and remember you always have 3 days to cancel in GA by law for a full refund just sign a paper!!!!! Also I went to Honda the same day after canceling it they showed me the numbers without me asking for them and told me exactly what their dealer add ons were and did not sign any paperwork until I saw and turned on the car.  The car was even cheaper too.  It took me 45 minutes versus 3 days with the Hyundai. read more

We had a credit on the account toward next service visit and they didn't deduct from our service visit this time. When I called, they rep want to argue why we deserved that credit?? Are you serious?!?! It's only $5 and you want to argue about it? You guys really need to take some customer service classes. We can take our business some where else. read more

Henry is a very dishonest salesman. Whatever you do, do not do business with Henry O because he had no problem lying to get his commission. First, the offer Henry made me on a 2015 Elantra was over $2000 more than what was advertised as the price online. Ok no big deal, I showed him the online advertisement and he dropped the price down to what was advertised. However, he kept the taxes listed as what the taxes would have been for the car at the original price he offered. Then a few days later I asked if he could come down on the price. "Absolutely!" he said. However, he only does the price by what was the difference in taxation between the original price he offered and the online price that was advertised. He thought that I wouldn't notice that he didn't change the tax rate after coming down to the advertised price. When I told him I knew what he was doing, he got very rude and aggressive. Whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HENRY O AT RICK CASE HYUNDAI!!!!!! read more

I'm not going to lie, I hesitated coming here after seeing so many negative and low-star reviews at this location that I tried opting for another location to get my company car tuned and fixed. Ultimately I had to come here due to no other choice and I could only hope the service isn't as bad as others make it out to be. Bottom line: it wasn't! They had friendly customer service, talked plenty to the Hyundai representative, took consideration of my situation and applied the best solution for my company car, they just did all I have asked them for. Nothing to complain as they definitely made sure they got the maintenance service finished by 4 pm since I was in a hurry and they definitely delivered! I can't share the same experience as others in the past, but from my experience I can say go for it and be friendly to them as they'll be friendly to you too! read more

Persistency is the key they say... at least the aholes who work in this specific dealership are persistent. Bought a 2013 genesis from this dealership which I highly regret. Brought the car couple times because the A/C is worse than my 12 year old Honda Accord or my benz or my tundra. The a/c wouldn't blow cold air even though it was on. The customer service was/is pathetic and they gave me attitude saying the car was perfectly fine. Took it to friends mechanics after warranty expired and found out the compressor was bad and had it fixed. Now the reason why I wrote a review here on yelp is because these scums keep calling me to extend my warranty. Told them multiple times that I am not interested and to not call me back again and yet they keep doing so. They are very aggressive and become rude when you tell them you are not interested. Pathetic bunch I say. You don't adhere to your customer's complaint when there is a problem and the vehicle has a warranty but once it expires you come back like barbaric savages wasting my time. Why bother buying car from a dealership with morons who absolutely don't give a shitz about you but your money. Stay away from them at all costs read more

DO NOT COME NEAR THIS PLACE! KEEP YOUR SSN NUMBER AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CREDIT SCORE! I was about to buy a car there, asking to finance the car and those unprofessional massed up my credit asking too many finance groups (they said they will ask 3, they ended up asking 11!) for way too much credit line (over 90%, who will approve that!?). read more

If customer service is important at Rick Case, Sarah in the service department really started off on wrong foot with me. I've experienced much better. I had a coupon for a discount oil change plus a tire rotation for $0.01. It's April 1, but I didn't notice that the coupon expired March 31. Shoot, so I missed it by a day. Sarah said my coupon wasn't valid, but they could do the oil change for a higher price and the tire rotation was $18.95 extra. Fine, I'll do the oil change, and get the rotation done for free where I bought my car. Well I get online in the waiting room, and what's at the Rick Case website? A brand new coupon valid through 4/30! Sarah, thanks for ruthlessly enforcing the coupon I printed out that I didn't realize had expired by one day, and then not being helpful for suggesting (or not even knowing) there might be a new coupon I could use for the new month! Sorry Sarah, you could have apologized for the inconvenience and offered to be more helpful. In the end, it's not a huge deal, we were talking less than $20, but my disappointing experience means a lot more potential business directed elsewhere for more than twenty bucks! So much for "Our Customers, Our Friends!" read more

Original review when we purchased. They were very nice at that time of course: We started our journey into buying a car about 2 months ago. We test drove about 7 different SUVs ranging from Lexus to Kia. We wanted to get the most bang for the buck, who doesn't? We narrowed it to a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe ultimate and Acura RDX. The price difference would be okay but in the end, Hyundai won. Finding the right dealer that had a good price was important, but good customer service and attitude was the determining factor. When we arrived at Rick Case, we were immediately greeted by Jeffrey Amofa. This was important because some dealers ignored us or didn't have the ability to help us right away. Jeffrey was very attentive and understood that we did our research and new what we wanted from the beginning. Other dealers were trying to sell us different color combinations when we said it was nonnegotiable. Jeffrey said I understand and went out and got the car himself in North Carolina! We then sat and he took his time explaining everything along with Dong Kim. They both were not pushy but present the facts and spoke honestly of extra packages to buy. We really enjoyed our experience here and would recommend them to anybody who values a great deal and service to come here! I believe this so much that I convinced my friend to buy from him and we closed together! Thanks Jeffrey and Dong and Rick Case Hyundai. Update: When dealing with this dealership, don't rely on any promises they make. We were told we would get mats, 8 months later no mats. Then they told us the cargo wasn't included bc they did not write it on the paper when in truth, the salesman and the manager told us all rows and cargo mats were going to be paid for. Then, we were told we would get reimbursed if we purchased them ourselves. 1 month after sending proof of purchase. No reimbursement. So they tricked us for the cargo mat and the reimbursement. Man, I feel like an idiot. Should customers feel like idiots after buying two cars from a dealership? If the owner really knew what was going on, I wouldn't think he would be happy...unless it's how they are trained. By the way, we brought along a friend to buy a suv there on the same day and they are going through the same miserable experience as we are. HEY OWNER RICK CASE! Treat customers with respect and follow through after the sale too. It will go a long way. read more

Do your homework! I read as much as possible online about buying a new car. Everything is negotiable. I was very interested in a car and the salesperson was very kind and helpful... until we sat down inside the dealership and started talking about money. He said, "This is the price of the car, it's nonnegotiable. This is a $699 dealer fee, it's nonnegotiable. This is a $130 tag fee, it's nonnegotiable." I them asked him to explain to me why I had to pay $830 in nonnegotiable fees. His reply, "Go anywhere in Atlanta and you will get charged the same." Really??? The other Hyundai dealership in ATL included the dealer fee in the sticker price, and the tag fee was only $39. BTW - If you give a dealer your phone number expect a minimum of 3 voicemails and they tend to call when they get to work at 9am and right before they leave work at 7pm. This salesperson called me to see if I was still interested in the car. I told him about the other Hyundai dealership is essentially saving me about $800 in fees. His reply, "Okay, now we can talk about the sticker price. Make me an offer." I told the guy I wasn't crazy about the leather seats in his model. His reply, "Interesting, most people prefer luxury." Thanks for the passive aggressive insult. He finally said, "Well okay I guess I take you off my calling list." Click. read more

After my initial contact via Edmunds.com's "Price Promise", I won't be doing any business with this dealership. The person who I dealt with started off by playing one of those "games" that we all hate. I was supposed to have a pre-negotiated price for a specific vehicle, and the one that she contacted me about was about $9,000 over what was emailed to me. The saleswoman stated that this was the "price promise" price and was the special pricing, but upon some quick research on their website, it was the same price that anyone would get. I decided to go back to the website, and one of those live chat pop-ups came up on my screen so I sent in a complaint regarding this. I was told a member of management would contact me to resolve this issue. Did they? Negative. Do yourself a favor, and go to another dealership if you're looking for a Hyundai. Clearly Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth is all about games and gimmicks. read more

I just want to say the CAR is in good shape and performs well. I do want to point out that we are 6 months into owning a new vehicle and we are STILL on a temporary tag. Tag/title of the car was put under a different owner...therefore the vehicle does not technically belong to us under the tax commissioners eyes. Here we are 6 months later. Still do not have a tag and will have to go up to the dealership AGAIN for another temporary tag. What a let down. Wont be returning to this dealership due to their paperwork people. Such a shame, great service until this. read more

Service tech tammy is politely "rude". She is dismissive to people and she disregards your time. Don't ask her a question (how much longer?) because she will brush you off and walk away. Then she will say..."thanks for coming". She's passive aggressive. It's almost like she is trying to be a hard "man" and compensate for being a woman. They have customer service awards but I don't know how they earned them. The other techs are just like her (from what I saw with other interactions). I brought my car here for an out of town emergency fix and I am glad I will never have to come back. I felt like I was "bothering" them (and so did some other customers who I overheard grumbling). They should do better. read more

Do Not Buy Here! The salespeople are nice, the cars are ok but the after the sale customer service is the WORST! We can't title or tag the 2013 van we bought 3 weeks ago, managers don't answer the phone or return voice mails. Very very frustrating!! Three 1/2 hours to start to fill out sales paperwork that we had arranged the day before to be ready. We were 15 min late for our apt was their employees excuse for the 3.5hr delay. Then after 40 more minutes we couldn't take car with us, it'd be delivered when we faxed in addl documents, we did, they didn't deliver the car. It was raining, they don't deliver cars in rain- seriously that's what we were told. They'd call at 8am and deliver it by noon.... 11:30am comes, no call, no car. After my irate calls the manager delivered the car at 1. Today I spend 45 min at DMV and we can't title or tag it because the paperwork was not filed when I was told yesterday it was all there and ok. UURRGGGG What good is a car you can't title or tag?? After you agree to the sale there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Wish there was a rating of zero stars. This dealership's service department is dishonest. I had an appointment today (05/28/22) for 9am at Rick Case Hyundai Duluth to look at the Ioniq 5. I was a little late and I received a call 15 minutes before I arrived, asking if I was going to make it. When I arrived I was supposed to speak with Roberto Matamoros, but he wasn't there. I then found out the Ioniq 5 that I was supposed to look at was sold the day before. No one had the decency to call and let me know that the car was sold, so I ended up wasting an hour and twenty minutes driving there and back home. I spoke to one of the sales managers Bongsu Choi and he said it wouldn't happen again. They are unprofessional and don't have any regard for anyone's time. I will never do business with Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth. read more

Started my search for a new Hyundai at Jim Ellis and believe it or not, I couldn't get the sales guy to call me back! Guess he didn't want my $$, but anywho then I landed at Rick Case with Phillip Conn (totally bad last name for a sales guy right?!) but he was awesome. A no-bullshit kinda guy, ya know? LOVE those types when you're purchasing something big. The reason I didn't give 5 stars? I knew I wanted a Veloster w style n tech pckgs, black walking in the door and it STILL took me 4.5 hours to get the hell out of there! By the end of the deal I thought I test drove a black on black and argued with Phillip over it because I actually bought black on grey! Sheesh! I still love my new car though. o O ~ read more

Today, Braxton assisted two of our kids, my wife and me in determining which vehicle to purchase. He was very patient in our indecisiveness. Although we have not made a purchase as of yet; he was also professional, cordial and most of all, not pushy. My wife also reminded me that he had the right personality as a young salesman (very atypical). He should go far in this industry if he so choses. Anyway, we pray for him and in all he does. Start off with the positives....the new car sales staff team was really great! Mike Kim, Mike R, Jared, Regina, and Jamal they were great to work with. They brought me the car i wanted from another dealership, the process was easy. The minor thing was that the key to the used car i got needed a new battery and needed to be reprogrammed. (Understandable) They took it to Nissan and some how the car had a bunch of scratches on the passenger headlight casing, front bumper, and the fender and bumper ratio was off and not aligned. (Got in a minor fender bender.) After a thorough inspection of the vehicle on site i told them what had happened. Got referred to used car sales manager John K ‍. They took care of the scratches on the headlight, and front bumper, the alignment of the bumper did not get fixed, even though i had to take the car back three weeks in a row after not even owning the vehicle a month in. Went back today to speak with John. He said, "this is the best i can do, i did the best i could as humanly possible, if you took this to an auto body shop it would cost $720, i am not gonna take it to a body shop. How much more perfect do you want it? I have no more money to spend, and i do not have a body shop. I did everything to you're satisfaction. You got a used car. ‍" I WAS NOT AND AM NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!!!!!!! I bought a used car, and it got jacked up without even driving it off the lot. The right thing to do should be to fix the problem totally! Not try to put a band-aide on the problem. They even have you sign a paper before the buying process begins that says, "if a problem occurs, allow Rick Case to fix it first." Attached are the pics of before and after of the side fender to bumper. In the first pic it looks like a screw or something that cracked and or chipped the paint, gotta zoom in. Said they did not put a screw in it, but who knows." If you are still reading this, i would say get a new car from here and work with Mike and his team, but stay the hell away from used cars and their team! I really wish i would have worked more with Mike R highly recommend!!! read more

My sales consutant name was Marlon Angol; he was professional and an utter delight to have which made the initial sales process relatively smooth. Attaining the vehicle of our choice and test driving the car was the highlight of our experience at Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth. If I could do it all over again I would definitely request the same sales guy because though we encountered problems getting the vehicle off the lot, he didn't stop trying to make sure we drove off with our car. While the price for our pre-owned 2007 Hyundai Sonata was reasonable, the finance process to close the deal was too much of a hassle. Aside from the dealership pros of assistance with DMV titling & registration, insurance, financing options, and legal policies on selling non-lemon vehicles, the major con was the financing procedures that arose AFTER the credit check was approved, insurance was paid, documents were signed, and a deposit was paid. Our car sat on the lot for almost a week because the veteran representatives along with the Finance Manager did not indicate a check stub and proof of employment until after the signing; this was important because we verbally told them we just started work. Also, the requirement of having a GA license transfer from a Virgin Islands license to drive the car off the lot was a big problem. After we got the permits (and I personally spoke with the GM), we got the 'OK' to pick up the vehicle. My husband had to sign other documents for an additional three hours before the process was finalized. After that extremely long wait, the keys were misplaced which was another hold up for an additional 20 minutes. My problem with the service at Rick Case Hyundai is the backwards process. Why the need to sign an array of other documents before the car can leave the lot after a deposit is already put down for finance and insured? I just wished some more details on how the process works was given to us more upfront, especially since we are not from the state or US mainland. The entire process has both my husband and I contemplating on purchasing our second car from a private seller. I give Rick Case 3 out of 5 stars. read more

Rick Case Hyundai Duluth - Waiting area - Car Dealers Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

My wife and I recently went into the Duluth Rick Case location when looking to replace our 2011 Santa Fe (which we biught from the Roswell location) after being in an accident and finding out the car was totalled. We did our research and had it narrowed down to 3 or 4 cars at three different locations. This was the second location we visited. The people at Rick Case understand the customer experience. The do not harass you as you are walking into the dealership. In both my experiences at both locations I never felt I was being pressured like other locations. The associates at Rick Case also seem to be more knowledgeable of their product. We ended up with an amazing certified vehicle at a fantastic price. I cannot beleive that this dealership does not have 5 stars. I highly recommend this dealership for the customer experience, selection/inventory, and price. read more

I bought my car from this dealership and I have been going there for roughly 7-8 years for all of my service requirements from oil changes to part replacements. They used to be pretty good. After my most recent visit, and with how poorly I was treated, I will never return here for anything. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning. My car was dead and it was likely an issue with the battery or alternator. I was told by the service manager they would need 24-48 hours because they were very busy. I said no problem, and I gave them the full weekend. On Monday, 72 hours later, I called to see if I could get an update. I couldn't get a hold of the service manager. I called quite a few times with no answer. So I called the regular phone number for the dealership and got a hold of someone else (i.e., not a manager). They said it was going to be a week before they would even look at it. I said that was obviously unacceptable and that I wanted to speak with the service manager. I was told that the service manager would call me back within the hour. They never called back. I called the service managers direct line again and left a message asking her to please call me back. She never did. I called again on Tuesday and got the same run-around. I called again on Wednesday and asked again for the service manager. I was told this time that it would be a MONTH before they would even look at my car. I said again, that is unacceptable. I cannot live and work without my car for a whole month. I asked to speak with the service manager again. This time I was told that I was being "assigned" a new service manager and that she would call me back A.S.A.P.. You can probably tell what I'm going to say next. Big surprise! She never called me back. I called quite a few more times and was never able to speak with a manager and none of them ever called me back. After a week of this utter nonsense I drove to the dealer and took my car back and brought it to a local mechanic by my house. Not only did they look at it immediately, but they also fixed it immediately, because it turns out the only thing wrong with the car was that a cable running to the battery was loose.... it was a 10 second fix. If Hyundai, and their incredibly useless staff had bothered to just look at my car I could have been in and out in no time and I would have stayed a loyal customer as I have for many many years prior. I will never return here and I suggest you avoid this dealership like the plague. If I could give them negative three stars, I would. read more

This is a letter about illegal treatment of a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran by the Rick Case Hyundai, Duluth, Ga dealership. I brought our Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited into Rick Case Hyundai Duluth on 12/26/17 with Hybrid Systems problems. I asked for a rental car, which they furnished and informed me that I that no pets were allowed in the car. I clearly stated that we have a Service Dog. My car contains a leather interior but the car they gave me had a cloth interior. To protect the back seat I put a cover over the entire back seat where my husband's Service Dog would be. There were many delays with repairing my car. At first, it was a sensor issue. Then it was a transmission issue. Then, it was transporting the new transmission from Korea that delayed the work. I kept going back to the dealership weekly to check on the progress. Each time we had my husband's Service Dog with us in the rental car. Nothing was ever said to me about the dog. Finally, when we stopped by on 1/23/18 to check on the progress, we were told to wait that our car was ready. Then Mario, the servicewriter, asked for the keys to the rental car. I was told that the car was dirty and that I would be charged $250.00 for cleaning and vacuuming. I stated that for $250.00 I could take the car to the car wash and vacuum it. This was around 3pm on a sunny bright day. I went down the street to Pleasant Hill Rd car wash and paid for a wash then proceeded to thoroughly vacuum the car. When I returned to the dealership a woman, who I later found out was the Service Manager, Tammi Baker, looked the car over and said that they had to pay to redetail the car because there was "A single dog hair on the front seat." She said that they would wave the $200.00 and only charge me $50.00 for picking up the single dog hair. I went into the service area and Mario told me that I wasn't permitted to have a pet in the car. I stated that he was a "Service Dog" and that you can not tell me that we can not take a service dog with us. It is federal law. He again said that he was a pet and I stated again is that he is a Service Dog! Mario was shouting at me that my husband's Service Dog was just a pet. And he proceeded to charge me $50.00 for cleaning a single dog hair out of the car and this is after I paid to wash the car and vacuum it. I called the dealership 4 times asking to speak with the General Manager. I never got a response. On 2/1/18 we went into the dealership asking for a GM. I was told there isn't anyone in that position. I asked for the owners phone #. They gave it to me. So then I proceeded to call Rick Case and kept leaving him messages asking for him to call me back. I NEVER received a call back from him, but instead Tammi Baker called me. Each time I talked to her, she was nasty. I left a message again for Rick Case and told him that I would put in a complaint to the ADA if I didn't hear from him that day. He had someone else call me. That guy said that they would have to look at the pictures and get back to me. I never hear from him again. Instead a week later, after I called Rick Case again, I got a call from Tammi Baker asking for my email. She said that she was told to forward me the pictures. I gave her my email id and she repeated back an incorrect address. I corrected her and then she started yelling at me. This is very bad customer service. Why would you yell at a customer? I just hung up on her. I felt that I didn't deserve to be treated like that. To this day, I have not received any pictures. I am asking for a full refund of ALL our monies and a written apology to my husband who is a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran with a Service Dog. I think it is outrageous that a business would operate like this in today's environment. The employees should be informed of the laws and regulations pertaining to disabilities and Service Animals. Written by a devoted wife of US Navy Veteran, who is the sole caregiver of this disabled veteran. read more

I stayed until closing the previous night test driving and discussing a car I wanted. I explained I came from Birmingham to buy this specific car and I had to come back in the morning after I completed the sale on my current car. We returned money in hand to purchase it and our salesman laughed as he told us he sold it an hour ago. I am now stuck with no car and I'm back to square one. Contrary to the book they give you when you walk in, the customer is not their friend. They will quickly throw you under the bus for a quick sale. read more

Check the work you have paid for before you sign anything or give them money. Also check that they didn't do more damage. I took my car in to have the headlights and taillights replaced. They didn't replace the driver side headlight, the brake light bar in the rear window and the turn indicators no longer work, but they did before they touched it. The online appointment system is meaningless. I booked an appointment in advance and dropped my car off early, but I had to call repeatedly to get my car looked at. I asked for an oil change, accepted a $69 up sell package and that ended up costing me $159. And I still can't drive my car without risking a ticket. I have left a voicemail and email for the service manager, all I got back was a request to review my visit. read more

Upon calling the dealership I discussed a reasonable price for a used truck with a salesman which, he then talked with his manager and told me we could get that price done. I then saw the truck the next day and he had me start signing paperwork. The sales manager then came over said my price was unrealistic and offered me $800 over the listing price they advertised. I said no thanks and took the paper I had already signed to leave and he said "take this one too, it has a better price" I guess $800 over their asking price is "better". I got to my car where the younger salesman chased me out bringing the general manager where he proceeded to offer me $600 over their asking price, talked down to me assuming it was my first time to a dealership and told me that most people go to one or two dealerships just to check that the car runs off the internet and then buys it. He then told me hes going to sell it anyway and lectured me on "this is just how things cost and go" They probably don't have anyone actually get under their vehicles and really check them out too...Beware that its a lot of smoke and mirrors and they'll just say things to get you on the lot and hope you fold. Having been to numerous car yards and dealerships over the last two months looking for that great deal, these guys really impressed. Starting with the prompt response to my email inquiry, to the enthusiastic and courteous test drive with Gabriel Rodrigues. Gabriel had only been at the dealership for two weeks, but was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Chris Smith (General Sales Manager) also did a great job of helping Gabriel walk us through the process and explaining the business policy of Rick Case. We ended up buying a super tidy 2013 Hyundai Accent, and we are loving it so far. We look forward to going back to their service department to experience the same great level of customer service. read more

If you review 5 stars there's a 10% discount. Quoted price initially for the service was $1400. Price after completed was $1615. Taxes were not included in the original quote. They cleaned the car after servicing it. Looks nice. Had to argue initially about the price as they wanted to add something else to it when I got here to pick up. But was able to fix that. This is where we usually come for the 60k service. It's the only one around. Mostly nice people. Dealerships in general can be a pain. Probably not just this one. read more

From the second I jokingly messaged live support to the days after I bought my G70 from them, Rick Case Hyundai has been nothing but excellent with customer service. The manager, Mike, from the Duluth location to Anthony and Darren from Roswell were all very friendly and eager to help. There was one person that stood out though and that was Jeffery Amofa. He was very down to earth and was even willing to drive and drop my car off to my house in Mississippi. I highly recommend reaching out to Jeffery at Rick Case Duluth for your next car!!! read more

I called Rick Case because I was having issues with my 2012 Sonata battery. Sarah was able to work with my schedule to get me in immediately. She also let me know of a recent recall that they would address as well. Tammy was fantastic and got my car in for service right away. While waiting I wanted to see the newer model Sonatas and compare them to my current vehicle. Casey Lloyd helped me and was just outstanding! Took the 2015 Turbo sport for a test drive and fell in love. When I'm ready for the upgrade I will definitely be returning to this dealership and asking for Mr. Lloyd! I was in and out in no time and had a great experience. 5 stars and an A+ for Rick Case Hyundai Duluth! read more

My salesman Joseph was wonderful, and truly has the qualities of a good salesman to name a few. He delivered more than he promised, listened more spoke less, he didn't have a big ego, was professional and did not try and sell me something that I didn't want. Dino and Brian both managers, were exceptional as well. Dino willingly expressed how he would work with me in getting the deal done, as well as being considerate, professional and I must say quite charming. Brian sealed the deal!! With his expertise and knowledge he thought not only about Hyundai but as well the consumer. Thank you so much!! Ask for them if you want A++++ service. read more

First of all let me say that Marieo Gantt and Tony Parks were great, car returned with issue repaired and maintained contact no surprises. Upon returning the rental/loaner today, I was ambushed by Tammy BAKER and WH(the person who issues the rental/loaners) She is a b/f 30ish 5'3". First of all I drive an Equus Ultimate and was giving the cheapest bottom line Sonata for 24 hrs. I have always been given a comparable vehicle with my previous loaners from other dealers and made mention of that to WH. Upon my return 24 hours later, I was accused of causing a 1 1/2 scrape on the right rear drivers side rim. I saw that during the walk around prior to signing for the car, but it appeared to be so minor I did not mention it to WH, however, I am sure the security camera will show me pointing to it as a gesture of recognition. After several minutes of voice raising, I assured her, if I thought I did it I would pay for it. She threatened to keep my deposit, and stated that her staff knew how to do their job. However, it was my name at stake because I know I did not damage or have any incidents with this vehicle while it was in my possession for 24 hours, driven home(Fayetteville), work, Cobb county and back to the dealer)about 120 miles. Tammy final instructions were to refund me my deposit, and "I AM TO NEVER USE A LOANER AGAIN FROM THEM" send him to the rental car agencies. This did not sit well with me. I once again tried to appeal to her since of customer care. Long story short when I paid for my service ordered to leave, I asked could I purchased some brake pads. I then returned to my car and did a walk around, noticed that a dent in my car was not notated on the car inspection report when I dropped my car off for service after it was inspected by one of her employees. I asked Tony or Tammy to step outside to show them that her employee missed this. Based on her assumptions and way of doing business, Hyundai should be responsible for repairing this dent as her employees know how to do their jobs. I asked Tony to point this out to Tammy Baker and she was not professional enough to come outside to speak to me. Unfortunately, no other dealer will honor the after market warranty I purchased when I bought the car. After I am done with this vehicle, Rick Case Hyundai could not give me a car with free gas for 5 years. I was treated like I was stealing from them, threatened and tagged in their system. If Tammy Baker would have come out at the end of the day and said mistakes happen after Tony spoke to her about what I noticed on my car I would not have posted this review. C.
