I drove almost two hours (each way) JUST to eat here! Restaurant renamed to Rice but I've eaten here several times over the years. It's a hole in the wall joint, but don't judge as every visit has been amazing! Highly recommend the duck, curries (especially panang) and the satay...though after a total of appx 17 entrees, I've yet to find one disappointing. Service is great as well. I dined at Auntie Seng's today and had a great experience. The Pho was great, the noodles were cooked just right and the broth tasted good with no extras added. The Summer Rolls tasted fresh but the peanut sauce was a little to much on the peanut side. I still enjoyed both dishes very much. I recommend if you enjoy a quality bowl of pho at a great price to come to this hidden gem! read more

Really great place off the beaten path. Two people were running the whole show when we went for a Friday lunch: a super attentive, sweet waitress and a cook who really knows what the heck he's doing. The place is on the small side - maybe 5 tabletops. They did a brisk to go business while we were there. I do believe it was another restaurant a few years ago and btw this one is much better. What we had: Thai Spring Rolls, Summer Rolls, Tom Yum (soup), Green Curry with Chicken (Level 6 heat was plenty spicy) and Cashew Nut Stir Fry with Chicken. Everything was hot, fresh, well made and picturesque. The Green Curry was made with fresh green chilies. My favorite dish was by far the Cashew Nut Stir Fry - the combination of flavors was so good and the red chili sauce was just perfect. We literally ate our faces off (with drinks of course to wash down our faces) for just about $30. Really had a great lunch and will definitely be back! read more

This place is AMAZING!!! Heading home we made a stop in Kings Mountain for dinner after being on the road for a long time. We were looking for some good food and saw Auntie Seng's great reviews. They are takeout and dine-in. Family owned, friendly service, and efficient. Each of us tried something different. Everything tasted so good and the ingredients were fresh! The portions were of good size with leftovers to spare. We ordered the chicken Pad Thai, Three Seasons Fish, Shrimp in Green Curry, Chicken with Red Curry, and Thai General Tsao's Chicken. Tons of vegetables and rice with each dinner. I wish we had this restaurant in our hometown. They would easily be our top go to place. They are 1.5miles off I-85 so for those looking for a great place to take a road stop to grab a bite to eat and relax my family of 5 highly recommends Auntie Seng's kitchen. read more

The Shrimp Pad Thai opened my tastebuds to a whole new wonder world of incredible food. The spring rolls and hibachi were also wonderful. Our service was courteous and FAST! And two of us ate with drinks and tip and appetizer for less than $30! We ordered the Pho for dinner last week from Auntie Seng's. It was alright, not great. The portion size was pretty good, but the meat was quite rubbery. We love Pho and have a couple favorite spots, so we were hoping to have a local favorite, but I don't think we will order it again, but while I waited for our order to be done I noticed a lot of meals being brought out that looked great, so I would say to check out the restaurant, but maybe not the Pho. read more

Small little local Asian kitchen that we popped in on a Friday night. Service was quick and friendly and the food came out quick and was really good! Just had lunch here and happy to report that the food was very good and the service, friendly and prompt. My husband and I each had soup, mine the hot and sour variety, and his, the coconut cream style. Mine was spicy with a nice serving of shrimp and chicken. I also got to taste hubby's and it was also good. We also enjoyed our main dishes; his a mixture if pork and vegetables, and mine, a deep-fried tilapia with crispy stir-fried veggies, pleasing to the eye and covered in a pungent ginger sauce.
