Here at restaurant with very affordable prices, it's a new restaurant that opened in February of this year. Great service along with a great menu. Please come and support this new business, you won't be disappointed. The place is clean with beautiful ambiance of Thailand.

Popped in for a quick bite and had great service as always. This time we got. Pad Thai with chicken: 5/5. Pad krapraw: 5/5. Served with jasmine rice and has the right ratio of chicken to peppers (something that other places don't get right. Sweet tea: 5/5 At this point we've tried most of the menu. All of the curries are also good and green curry is our favorite. You can't go wrong with Singapore noodle or the Larb. The nom tak is a nice option for those who enjoy pho style soup.

Came here for dinner. Our waiter was very nice man. It was 30 minutes before closing but we didn't feel rushed at all. Dinner was lovely. Portion size seem to be a few ounces smaller so maybe order an appetizer or else you may still be hungry with your entree. Very intimate dim light restaurant. I enjoy eating here even when the previous company was here Thai house. They got the spice level just rice. Level 4.

Had some great Pad See Ew, potstickers & Summer Roll. Service is great, ambiance is lovely, and the draft selection is unique. However, the Pad Thai is the worst I've ever had. No chicken, onions, or lime. And we had asked for spicy, but it was tasteless. This place could be awesome if it were more consistent.

Oh my goodness, outstanding flavor, food, service, and authentic ambiance. I had the house salad with ginger dressing. And the dressing was so refreshing and delicious. It is served with warm fried tofu that expertly caps it off. I also had the fried rice which is garnished with fresh cucumbers, perfect accent.

I decided to be basic and ordered pad Thai that night because I haven't had it in so long and it did not disappoint! It was pretty delicious! But I liked their peanut sauce for the summer rolls more. Can I just have more peanut sauce?

My husband and I love this place. It's moderately priced, the food is good. You definitely get your money's worth here. Plus the staff is so sweet and attentive. I have tried several things and all of them have been perfect. My husband especially loves the tom yum hot pot. We enjoy bringing people here and letting them see for themselves how nice this restaurant is.

Definitely a different flavor than the other dishes. It was spicy, but not hot spicy. I would order it again. My wife is stuck on the green curry. She orders that most of the time, she loves it so much. By the way, these were takeout orders. If you want to try something different, give them a try.

Traditionally I get chicken, but to today I decided that the Beef; it was buss'n (per kidz). It was so savory with a hint of cinnamon (least I thought). The richness wasn't expected nor was the freshness of the bean sprouts. I typically hate them but these were fresh and had a great bite. I used them to indulge in the crunch. The noods were square and not round. I thought that was unique as I have traditionally only had round. The Beef wasn't as tender as I'm used to but decent. The broth was the star for me. I really enjoyed the Pho. In addition, I got Goyza which was savory and indulgent. They were a tad overcooked but I like the texture of the bite it creates. The Eggrolls were a disappointment. They had absolutely no flavor but we're cooked beautifully. Nice light fry and not over cooked. The dipping sauce was too gelatinous for me. I would definitely give them a try. Its a small Cafe so don't expect mom and pop as I did. Its more fast-food style. My waitress (Kim) was efficient and sweet. She managed the front house, waited tables and busted tables so if it's busy give her grace.

In Gastonia, where most local Asian establishments choose to shutter their doors on Mondays, Jia…read moreremains a shining sanctuary of availability. This consistency is not merely convenient: it's a commitment. We had ordered a side of crunchy noodles, unaware that every bowl of Wonton Soup arrived already accompanied by them. The result was a surplus that we gladly consumed and saved more for leftovers. The soup itself was a masterclass in nostalgia: steaming, plump dumplings submerged in a broth with a strong pleasant flavor punctuated by the sharp fresh bite of scallions. For the main course, I explored the Bulgogi Steak, served with tortillas. The meat possessed a surprising, sophisticated sweetness, nestled amongst a garden of onions so plentiful they promised to enrich several meals yet to come. My companion's Dinner Sushi Combo was equally impressive; the sashimi featured generous, thick cuts of fish that spoke of undeniable quality and freshness. Even the beverages offered their own narrative. The Hot Tea was bitter yet pleasant, a sharp contrast to the Southern Sweet Tea, which remains a high standard of local craft. While the Crispy Calamari leaned heavily into salt and onion, and the Crab Rangoons were reliably filling, the overall experience far exceeded the baseline of fusion dining. The Verdict: Jia Asian Fusion & Sushi Bar does more than merely occupy a slot on a Monday calendar; it excels. It provides high-quality, fresh ingredients and nostalgic comforts at a time when the rest of the city's culinary scene has largely gone quiet. Between the "unholy" generosity of the portions and the technical precision of the sashimi, it remains a staple of my consistent rotation for a reason. Rating: 5/5 Stars
