I saw the under new management sign so I didn't expect much due to some recent reviews from long time goers of the old management as well as it takes a lot to impress me (check my other reviews) for Asian food as I (obviously) Asian. I decided to try the wonton soup and jalapeño chicken. The wonton soup tasted as it should, hits the spot as my usual, light appetizers. Most wonton soups from other Chinese spots over boil their cabbage/wonton but Rice Express held its own. The jalapeño chicken surprised me a lot as it wasn't unbearably spicy, it actually contains a small kick that compliments the rest of the flavors that come with it. It very much flavorful and savory. Whether if you're passing by or a local, I'd give this place a try. If I pass through again, I will try other entrees and update. read more

I've always loved the Pork Chow Mein but last night our two orders of it had about 4 small pieces of pork and very little vegetables. So, reluctantly I am removing them from my GoTo list.
