I order house special fried rice with salted fish add on, for the first time they made it extremely salty that i'm actually dying while eating, I drank so much water that make me full not because of the rice. The rice itself is extremely salty already and look dark brown, like they add too much seasoning, and salted fish on top which made it to the max level. So I call them and told them what's going on, and they tell me to come back and remake me another one which is nice, and the color of the rice this time is a lot lighter, less brown color looking. 5 stars for customers service here. Thank you. But I don't know how many stars should i rate for the foods. Besides these, the workers and owners there are nice and friendly thou.

Fried rice, salt and pepper pork ribs, orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, chow mein, bok choy

Rice Express was delicious. I love Chinese food and this place delivered exactly what I was craving. I usually order the same thing as ordered in the photo I provide at every Chinese establishment, that way I have a good criteria to personally grade Chinese food. This place delivered flavorfully and quantity wise. The meat was crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. The sauces were unique as every establishment has their own touch to the sauces, but I truly loved the flavors here. Another thing to note, I usually get what I call MSG fatigue when eating Chinese food, but I found myself eating lots of it without that fatigue. I ordered delivery so I can't say much to the service, but this place delivered (food wise and delivery wise). This place had the Dyllan Guarantee.

My new go-to Chinese restaurant! I've only had takeout from this place, but it has never disappointed even when they got my order wrong once; everything on the plate was still so tasty. My favorite dishes are the Sweet & Sour Pork, BBQ Pork Fried Rice, and the Bok Choy. The chicken is crispy and everything has such an amazing flavor. Service is quick and everything is hot and when you order multiple things, they put it in a box, easy for transport. So excited to try more!

Mixed vegetables with Beef

Delicious, great service, fresh food. Always friendly. Jalapeño check and walnut shrimp are the best.

Wor Wonton Soup

Sheldon was very hospitable and friendly. Food was prepared quickly. Wor wonton soup was 4 stars, good amounts of green vegetables, wontons and shrimp plus a few strips of pork. Dinner plate was okay with Mongolian beef and chow mein, came with a bowl of soup and an egg roll.

Chicken chow mein

Manchurian beef and chicken chow mein were GREAT. They made the food within 15 minutes and it was fresh and hot. The beef was crispy and the sauce is sweet but not overwhelming. I will be back!

Hair in my congee

Found multiple hairs in my congee, this is disgusting and I've never had this happen to me before. Total we found 3 strands of hair, and that's only what I found before I tossed it all out. Won't be back and I don't think anyone should. Nasty. Avoid!

Food was not bad. Quick service. Ambiance is nice. 4 stars won ton soup. Overall was good. Broth was so so. Wontons were a bit small. Pork and cabbage was good. 4 stars chicken fried rice. Rice was good. Only had a little bit of chicken in the rice.

Ordered 2 ramens and a beer, but the beer was never brought out; notified the waiter/manager about it and he took it off the check which was great. He also offered us and other tables a small sampler plate of the chicken katsu which was delicious. The thing that ticked me was when our ramens came out, we tried the broth and it was nice, but my bf shortly noticed we didn't have any eggs. Took quite a while for staff to notice us for us to call them over. Once we told the waiter (not the guy that brought tables the katsus) he asked us which ramens we ordered to see if they come with eggs, *All of them come with eggs except for kids ramen* and then he asked if we were sure it wasn't there and if it wasn't just buried under our ramen. We were looking at him with our ramen bowls still full to the top shuffling around our noodles to prove to him there's no eggs. Like i get mistakes happen, I wasn't upset about the beer, the no water refills, or the egg missing; it was just the way that waiter questioned us about it that made the meal sour. The food was good, but that interaction with that staff made us realize we could just go to one of the other fukumi restaurants bc the only difference to us was the service. *I even took a photo of the ramen before we realized the eggs were missing

Well when we walked in the representative asked how many and I said "Well, it seems that there may be 7 to 8 of us" my wife chimed in "Actually there should be 10 to 12 of us" The guy who was at the register said in a very rude tone "Then if you are not sure how many people will be in your party, then you will have to wait until they get here" For someone who comes from a Customer Service background, that surely wasnt a good way to handle this situation. He should have said "You know, we have a table over there for about 12 people, why dont we seat you there and then your party can meet you when all of them gets here?" Instead he just shrugged us off and I was very upset that he talked to us like that. WHAT, you think I'm gonna lie to you about how many people are gonna show up to my party? What does that accomplish, Nothing!! Anyways we waited patiently until all of my party arrived and we were then seated and ordered our food. I ordered the Beef Pho Bowl and some Fried WonTon's and my wife ordered an appetizer because Viatnamese food isnt really her thing. In the midst of good conversation our food was delivered and I enjoyed my Beef Pho Bowl with the Noodles and Broth. I have never really had Pho and so this was my first experience. The fried wontons were very good as well. The only reason why I am leaving a 3 star review was because of how the Representative at the Cashier talked to me as that was not a very good first impression.

Remodeled to a modern ambience which I thought was simple and nice compared to other pho establishments. We started with Goi Nem Nuong (grilled pork spring rolls) - this was actually really good and served warm. We also grabbed the salt and pepper calamari. Batter was crispy, calamari was chewy but was a tad oily. Flavor was there. Pho N Roll noodles came up short. We order (2) special Pho (Dac Biet) and BBH in large size. Ordered a small Pho Tai Gan for our little one. While there was ample noodles and broth in portions, the flavor was lacking. Pho and BBH were both on the bland side. BBH was not spicy or savory. Most noodle options have 4 sizes (XS, S, L and XL) however the specials only have 3 leaving out XS which makes sense. Conveniently located with ample parking as it shares a center with ranch 99, Starbucks, etc. They have a really large menu! While we may not have loved the pho, there are so many other rice dishes to try! Until next time.

I loved the inside - there were lights strung throughout the ceiling and even some greenery as well - the bathroom even had fun murals painted throughout like Dragon Ball Z and One Piece! "Sounds good," I heard so across the parking lot was WCSD. In we go. Ordered two 6" BLT, no chips, cookies, or drinks, had water. Over $25.00. After waiting a fair amount of time, the order was ready (there was nobody in the place except three employees.) I brought the pie tins that they serve on to our table. They looked a little flat....odd. After I was seated, I lifted the top off of the sandwich, and where is the tomato? The sandwich was cut in half, so I looked at the other side, it looked the same. Upon further inspection there was ONE 2" diameter slice of tomato on each half of sandwich, approximately 1/8" thick. No kidding. The bacon was some very flat pre made stuff that was resembling aluminum foil in thickness. The lettuce was shreadded into long stripe and was wilty. I went back into the empty store and showed the sandwich maker my open sandwich and asked where the tomato was. She graciously stuck her lingers and thumb into my open sandwich, lifted the bacon and lettuce and proudly said "There it is!" (She did have gloves on. God only knows what she had handled with them on) A supervisor came up and asked what the problem was. I explained that there were no tomatoes on my sandwich. He explained that was how they make them. He offered additional tomato slices, I did not take them. The point is-That was the standard that they serve. It was just ridiculous. Not coming back.
