The snack and drink options are all good, especially the well seasoned, crunchy tater tots. All the snack options come with free sauce that makes them delicious. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Although the menu does not have a large amount of decaffeinated options, the cashier offered to make a smoothie for me with a water base instead of a tea base to make it decaf. It tasted much blander then it would of(I got the mango smoothie) and I probably wouldn't do it again, but it tasted good and it was nice of them to give the option. T4 offers to heat any drink up, but I strongly advise against heating up any fruit tea. I learned the hard way that it curdles and becomes disgusting. I tried ordering different fruit milk teas warmed up twice, and it was lumpy and sour. That is partially my fault for doing it twice, but they should not offer to heat up drinks that become inedible when heated. Otherwise no complaints, I come here a lot and love the Okinawa Milk Tea for it's strong tea flavor. The drink of the week is awesome as well because it a a lot cheaper and helps you discover new drinks. The atmosphere inside is nice, and they have a claw machine, card games, and board games to play. read more

I have been to many T4 locations. This location have a great food quality ( I ordered the seafood combo) it came with calamari, shrimps and shrimp crackers.Their batter for calamari and shrimps are great and they are hot and fresh when came out. For the food you can select 1 sauce that came with it.wish the location has the waffle :( they do have amazing waffle at other locations I been to. Service : It's amazing. The lady on the counter was ringing up a customer and when she heard we walked in she said welcome in , love her great service . Most places just wants customer in and out, she is very accommodating when I asked her about some adjustment for my drink. Also there is a guy working in the back do cooking, he is definitely hard working one and he also come out to bring the food to or table :) love the service from both team in the front and back. Great team work! The store looks clean, I start from the windows glass. Look clean. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the prices of the food and drinks here. They are $2 cheaper on drinks and half the price of food compared to most boba places I've been to. I decided to get the green Thai tea and fried pickles. The green Thai tea was good, but I wish it was a little more floral, but I will definitely be back for this. For the fried pickles, I did ask the cashier if it was dill or bread and butter, and he said dill so I decided to get it. Unfortunately, it was bread and butter so I wasn't a huge fan of it. They have a good amount of tables indoor and some outdoors. Perfect spot to study as it's not too loud. They also have a promotion on Wednesday, 50% off one drink for students. I told the owner today that they forgot to deduct the points I used for a free boba last visit. Her response was "maybe if you came in with a clearer mind it wouldn't be a problem" then goes on to say how it's a problem every time I come in. I was trying to be fair and not take advantage of your mistake. Why would that upset you? Every other time I come in there is an error or "mistake" in giving me the correct points. Yes, I want my points for paying cash. Pay cash, get 2x points. 12 points = free drink. If you kept your staff around longer they would probably know this and not make mistakes. When I say run not walk to T 4 Folsom , I mean it ! They have great customer service, delicious food , a clean lobby and restrooms and most of all, good vibes ! I am a HUGE fan of Thai Ice Tea and when I saw a Thai Tea Milkshake on the menu, I was so excited !! It definitely didn't disappoint! Smooth and Creamy with just the right amount of sweetness ! Milkshake Heaven.. I also tried the Orange Creamsicle Milkshake and it was delicious as well! My friend and I met up here yesterday for some snacks and tea. I had a little bit of trouble finding this place. My GPS showed it being immediately next to Viscontis. It's in the same section of parking lot, but in the opposite corner. I ordered a large pineapple mango royal tea, a large cup of water, and pickle chips with ranch. My friend ordered a taro milk tea with boba, and a snack combo. I don't think I've ever had royal tea before, so I'm wasn't really sure what it is, but it was quite tasty and refreshing. The pineapple mango royal tea was exactly what I wanted, and perfect for such a hot day. The cashier recommended adding mango popping Boba, which I did, and of course it was good. The pickle chips were so good that I think I ate the whole order by myself, even though my friend and I were sharing snacks. My friend told me how she had ordered her ice and sweetness. I had forgotten these were options, and no one asked. They gave me a ton of ice, and I was left wishing I had a little less ice and a little more tea. Other than that, the customer service was friendly. They forgot my ranch, but gave it to me right away when I pointed it out. 2021-2023 Solid boba spot. My kiddos like the snacks offered here especially the popcorn chicken. Bobas are pretty consistent as well. You can adjust sweetness and ice levels with your beverages. Service is usually quick and easy. Fairly big menu so they more than likely have something for everyone. We went here for a snack after grocery shopping on Sunday around 1pm. There was a bit of line at the cashier but it moved pretty quickly. We got the drink first and the food came out a little bit after. - earl grey milk tea (less ice & 30% sugar) with rainbow jelly: the milk tea was ok but earl grey tasted weak. The sweetness was perfect for me. However, I think that we got lychee jelly instead of rainbow jelly since it tasted like lychee. - popcorn chicken: GOOD! It was piping hot when we opened the box. Came out of our way to get an avocado boba and checked their menu before we arrived only to be told they don't do avocado... I decided not to get a drink but my partner did and I went to the bathroom. Upon entering I saw a live cockroach on the ground and immediately returned to my partner and told her to cancel the order. We were told we could only cancel the food and not the drink. So now my girlfriend has a drink that she doesn't even want and we just wasted all that time coming to a place that doesn't seem to care about their customers or the fact that they have live cockroaches running around their establishment. Imagine not just refunding someone their money after they show you a picture of a cockroach in YOUR establishment. Avoid this place. Where there is 1 cockroach there is many and if I had to guess they don't care here. The floors were dirty and that's usual an indicator of lazy employees who don't care about cleanliness. read more

We went here to celebrate my daughter's baptismal birthday, where we bought 6 drinks and got 2 orders of the veggie eggrolls. Our drinks tasted great, and I appreciate that they let me sample some boba before committing it to my order. Wow, I'm completely jealous of the regulars here. I have never seen a T4 with so many yummy offerings. My sister and I were shocked to see shrimp chips as a part of their menu and we were really tempted to place an order (but we just finished lunch). Lol It was super busy when we walked in on Memorial Day afternoon but the line was fast and so was the service. Round trip, we spent about 10 minutes in line, ordering and wait for our drinks so props to the staff! I ordered my go-to the Snow Globe and my sister tried their Guava Royal Tea. We don't have a Guava Royal Tea at our T4 so I thought that was cool, however the drink was so sweet. The guava flavor wasn't as strong as I would've liked if either. My snow globe was also pretty water downed. It was a bit disappointing... We only came in because we were in the area after lunch and I don't think I would return if it's out of the way, especially since our drinks weren't as good as our T4. read more

She assured me it would probably be ok but I expressed that I did not want to drink it and I was offered a free replacement. A few days ago, I tried this place out for the first time. I ordered a regular sized Thai iced milk tea with boba. It was fantastic! Delicious! The boba was perfect. It had a soft chew and was squishy bouncy. The cashier asked me if I wanted to change the sweetness or amount of ice in my drink. I am not a boba drink connoisseur and no nothing about levels of sweetness or ice ratios. I just went with the "regular" way. It was delicious. Plus the drink stayed super cold without a watered down ice taste, and I am a sloooow drinker. So the amount of ice was perfect. The service was quick. Everyone was super friendly. The menu board was easy to read. They have a ton of drink options and they serve hot snacks. This place was not in the recent Sacramento Yelp Boba Bracket Challenge. But they are the real deal!! I have to say, this T4 in Folsom is better than I expected. It's different from all the other T4 locations I've been to. The space is quite large and comfortable enough to sit and eat. The popcorn chicken is crispy and tasty, and I'm happy to see that my $6.95 is worth it, given the amount they give. However, I do wish they had salt and pepper on the side like other places because I like mine with extra ground pepper. The mango smoothie is sweet, tangy, and tasty, just the way I like it. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that they offer their regular boba for free with any drink purchase, which is a nice touch. The boba was chewy, but alright. The service is quick, and they offer rewards, it was my first time so I wasn't sure and wasn't able to do it. I think you just put your number in like other places. Hi-ya, So we frequent this place nearly every time we're in Folsom. They are clean, efficient and priced reasonable. The staff is professional and the drinks consistently made. One time we came in minutes before close and they were really chill about it and got our order down fast and was super courteous. I order kind of slow sometimes and well, I know I can be frustrating with now selecting by the time everybody else is ready. Unfortunately I do keep forgetting to take and add photos; however, this doesn't take away from the greatness of the place. There is often no wait to order and the staff make it fast. The interior is nice and pretty modern with a good amount of chairs for a boba shop. My usual is the Strawberry Milk Tea with no ice, regular sweetness, and extra strawberry popping boba. This drink always looks awesome and the taste matches the awesomeness of the presentation. In addition to my drink, depending on how hungry I am, I'll get either the popcorn chicken (white meat) or the calamari. The food here is always made well, even though I believe it is frozen. It's always seasoned to give it flavor but also a small kick to it (it's just pepper nothing crazy). I love this T4. Love their popcorn chicken extra crispy, crispy pork belly and shrimp roll! So good and so cheap! Good ol boba and snacks for a reasonable price. A lot of places now charge an arm and leg for one boba drink with extra ice. Love that this place doesn't charge extra for regular boba and we can select light ice. Again a lot of places won't don't light ice and with a couple sips the drink is gone and all that is left is ice to be tossed.
