This place is perfect for a quick bite! I got the bistec ranchero with fresh squeezed orange juice. The meant was tender and tasted very fresh! The salsa was just right and not to spicy. Parking gets tight but it's at the mall so it's typical. Our server was great and attended all of our needs. If your in Tijuana or passing through make sure to stop by and get a quick meal!

One star because I am Absolutely not happy, a down fall to our trip. We saw the reviews had four stars so we took a chance. One person either makes or breaks the place and this one needs to be replaced if they want to stay open. Nothing we ordered had flavor. The complimentary chips were very greasy and had no salt. The carne asada tacos came with meat, beans, and guacamole (tasteless!) This is Tejuana Mexico! We waited for over half an hour for our food, which is fine due to one plate including a steak topped with onions. It didn't resemble the photo and had no flavor my husband literally asked me if we could bring it home so I could revamp it. The soup and drinks were good.

Excellent Customer Service! All the waitress are smiling all the time! The food was delicious, I ordered the luch special wich include: Caldo de Res (beef soup) delucious!, milaneza de res con gravy, agua de jamaica and for dessert small slice chocolate cake. The places is nice and very clean, it has very relaxing music! Overall my experience was very enjoyable.

If you are looking for a different type of place for breakfast in Tijuana, you will discover the…read morename, Marenca. The Zona Rio location has a small dining area, that is very popular with both the locals and visitors. It is easy to see why. Their menu does not over dose on the standard morning and afternoon items that you would find anyplace. However, this is the first restaurant I've been to in Tijuana, that does not have an English menu.... so I had to labor through the Spanish menu. But, they do have unique dishes, thus making the visit adventurous, because it is difficult to choose. I went back and forth, and finally settled for their 3-egg omelet with asparagus and sheep cheese. It came with refried beans, strings of carrots and beets, small fired up tostadas and fresh tortillas (both blue and yellow corn). A small side of soggy chilaquiles was also served. A small flavorful salsa tray is also provided with 3 options, ranging from mild to hot. The asparagus spears were thin, cut up into small pieces and sautéed with mild spices. The outer egg covering soft and not overdone. If anything, there was too much sheep cheese, in certain portions of the omelet. I say this because it was an asparagus omelet, and it, instead of the cheese, should have been the star. Still, it did not take away from the other commendable aspects of the complete entree and its accompaniments. Before the meal, a small refreshing fruit plate is served. Coffee and overall service here, was mucho excellente.
