We just ordered our dinner. This big three combo just seems like a really good deal. The iced tea is amazing. Seriously some of the best I tea I've had. Our server is new and admitted to not having had tried very much yet. Sounds like they aren't given free food to try during training. That's too bad. It helps when they know what's good. There are TVs with sports on them and a cute little bar area. Chips are alright. More dense, not very bubbly if that makes sense. Salsa tastes store bought, but is good. Dinner was really good! Did not meet expectations today. The last time we were here the brisket was amazing... mouth watering, succulent, fall apart tender & had the most AMAZING flavor! No need for sauce! We even ordered a pound to take home! The waiter told us that this was the original RibCrib & had the original wood smoker so their meat was better than the others. That's what I came for! Unfortunately today the sliced brisket was dry, tough & bland. I sent it back but the second looked like they just reheated it with juice. Still bland, tasted like it was oven cooked. I've heard people talk smack about RibCrib, probably cause they're a chain. But the wife & I decided to make our own decision. We were craving BBQ and they were one of the few places that A) were open(?), and B) the 2 meat meal wasn't like $35. C'mon man. Anyway, long story short, it was delicious! Brisket was moist, hot links were great and the sides, potato salad & beans were totally on point. My wife had the 3 rib and hers was awesome as well. The brisket was good. I was disappointed that they didn't have collared greens, but they didn't. The barbecue sauces are really good. Try them all (they have a sweet, a hot and a mustard). The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is kept clean. I like that. The portions are good sized. I couldn't finish mine, and neither could my friend (he had the ribs). Since I was staying in a hotel and he lives here, I gave him my leftovers to take with his. That will give him another meal (or a generous snack). Ample free parking is another bonus. read more

Upon arriving in Oklahoma for Spring Break, I kept seeing these restaurants. Being the carnivore family we are, after visiting The Outsiders Museum House, I said The Rib Crib it is for us. This location has plenty of parking space. We were greeted in a nice, friendly way and seated. As you enter, you can find the unisex clean restrooms. It was lunchtime, and the kids ordered off the lunch special. We mainly ordered pork ribs and brisket. The food arrived quickly, and our server was extra nice. The ribs had no smoke or rub taste. The BBQ sauce had a semi enhancing flavor. The okra had a slight greese taste, but fries were good. My wife had ribs and pulled pork baked potato, but she had to add BBQ sauce for flavor. My family and I were looking for a good Oklahoma BBQ and came across this restaurant. I wanted to order something with brisket and ended up ordering the Cribwich which comes with hot links, brisket (I ordered sliced) on a bun, and some homemade potato chips. Honestly I think I could have done without the hot links and just had the brisket on the bun. They also had some nice BBQ sauces to fit your taste. My mom ordered the single meat plate with chicken and was pleasantly surprised at how juicy and flavorful the meat was. She also got a side of deep fried okra, which was a little dry on the outside. Went to a holiday event where there was Rib Crib that had been catered. We just had two kinds of meat: chopped and sliced brisket. I only had the chopped because I just like my bbq best that way. We also got two things of regular bbq sauce and one slightly smaller container of a spicier sauce. Of course I only got the spicy sauce! I really didn't think it was that spicy... in general it was fine, but nothing in particular that was memorable about it. The meat that I had was standard and pretty good. I feel like some of it was drier and some of it was juicier, though I'm not sure how that would make sense so I'm probably just imagining that. One thing that was odd was that when we went to pick up the order, they said that they didn't have it. This was pretty bad because not only did we need it like right then to be ready for the party (and obviously the order was put in ahead of time), but also because it had already been paid for... and they were saying they couldn't find the order!!! That was pretty crazy to me. Then somehow after like 10 minutes they found the order. I just found this odd because it's not like it was hiding haha! Like why was the order all of the sudden found? The order did seem a bit smaller than normal, as noted by the one who always makes the order/ plans it (it's sort of an annual gathering) but oh well. They wear masks and practice social distancing in their restaurant but don't require the customers to wear masks since the mandate is gone. I went into with a large appetite and could not finish the whole thing. It was piled high with smoked chicken, brisket, and bacon. Added was cheese, tortilla rounds and bbq ranch!! Tried this location after first rib crib was out of brisket. There was a noticeable difference in location, with this store, it looked cleaner and spacious. It was empty, although we had option to dine in. We did a to go order and it came quickly. The food tasted good but was cold. The fries were hot but meat cold when I received and the portions pretty small for a $15 barbecue dinner. I was hungry so no complaints from me. The order was very clear the young man I spoke with was very nice and seemed to have it all down correctly. When my husband went to pick up the order they gave us three times what we ordered and charged us accordingly. For some reason they couldn't just give us what we ordered he had to stand in line and wait for them to redo the whole order. 40 minutes later he was on his way home, but my lunch guests were already waiting. Unfortunately we were way overcharged and although they said they corrected it now we have to wait and see if it shows up on our credit card bill and make a phone call to our credit card company if not correct. I stopped by Burn Co. today but the line was so long that I had no time to wait. I looked up nearby rib places since my baby back rib craving was strong, so I ended up at the Rib Crib. I ordered a rack of baby back ribs to go. The rack consisted of about 15 ribs and cost $22. Decent pricing. The ribs were very tender and the meat fell off the bones. The spice rub wasn't anything special though. I am not a BBQ connoisseur, but I think that amazing ribs should be flavorful and delicious even without BBQ sauce. For these ribs, I think that BBQ sauce was necessary. They came with a a regular and a spicy BBQ sauce. The spicy sauce had a good amount of heat but wasn't overwhelmingly burn your tongue off hot. Lots of flavor, but I enjoyed the regular sauce better since it was a little less acidic. Good ribs, but not the best that I've had in Tulsa. Fast service and not huge crowds, which is nice. House convicted to a restaurant and then expanded. Country type decor with TVs. Friendly staff and okay food. I know they call themselves a BBQ place, but it isn't a strong smoky flavor. My brisket was kind of like slices of roast. It was tender and lean, I mixed the mild and hot sauce and it made the meat enjoyable. The green beans lacked salt, They weren't as good as last time. The side salad was a nice salad, bigger than I expected. Texas toast was okay. My husband had a cribwich, huge sandwich with brisket and sausage, he liked it. He liked his potato salad. Today, my husband Kenneth and I had lunch after my doctor's appointment. We were both hungry and decided barbecue was a good choice. We were seated promptly and decided on the chips and salsa for the appetizer. I ordered a sweet tea and he ordered a Dr Pepper. Our meal came quickly, but I noticed he never got his fries. My husband is not one to complain and he let it go. I would have spoken up if it had been me. The food was delicious. I like their chicken salad, I get that often. It has fresh ingredients and I like the taste of their ranch dressing. The greens don't look old like other places I have eaten at.
