The trim was not put on and another piece wasn't put on either. Also, unfortunately, one cabinet looks like a longer screw was used than what should have been and now is damaged. I've contacted James several times subsequent to paying him to come and actually complete the job and he's pretty much been non responsive. I could have paid $1500 more to Ikea to do the job and in hindsight would have rather done that than deal with shotty workmanship and undependable people.

I recommend the company for the following reasons: 1. Ace Siler came out, measured my floors, gave me two options and made promises that were kept. Everything was very clear and as promised. He is a very knowledgeable guy. 2. The two employees who did the work, Marco and Jeff, were professional and hard working. They moved all the furniture, although of course, I got the small stuff out of the way. They moved things carefully and nothing was damaged. I was happy with them. 3. The work itself was good. I have posted a before and after photo of the bathroom tile as well as one of the finished slate, although the latter is difficult to appreciate because it's dark. The next time I need slate repair or care, I will surely call Ace Siler and I recommend that you do the same.

I have about 1,200 square feet of travertine flooring that was installed about 12 years ago. Over…read morethat time it's gotten dingy and there were hairline cracks in about 10 of the tiles. I called two companies for quotes and Bella won out. Not because of price (they were very close to each other) but because of the knowledge, attitude of the owner Ace. Because of bad weather Ace had to reschedule an outside job he had so he was able to get started earlier than I expected. The night before he showed up we moved everything we could out of the rooms. When Ace showed up he moved the heavy pieces out and he got to work. When it came to the cracks Ace gave me two options. He could replace the cracked tiles or try to repair them. I opted for the repair. He ground out the cracks to make them larger so the epoxy filler would hold better and he color matched the repair to the tile. They look great. For the entire floor he cleaned it, honed it, and then polished it. Ace did the dinette area first so we could decide on how polished we wanted it. We had him take it up a notch and he did the rest of the house. In total it took two full days to do the work. It looks better than it did when it was installed.

Once the sale was done cabinets were installed he never replied back to getting the screws dropped off at my house, the ones that have to be screwed into the plastic parts that hold up the shelves. We were not told about this and when we loaded stuff on the shelves we had a major collapse. Once we got the screws install that we had to purchase at Ace Hardware they seem to be sturdy, heavy, and at least the shelves are good quality. Dave for you not calling me back or texting me back, I will not refer your business I thought you were more of a standup person, peoples words go along way. CRIKETS! It's like a new house! Vinny and his crew did an amazing job laying new hardwood flooring in our…read morehome. We did not have a subfloor, so our existing floor sagged and bent as you walked on it, so we laid the new floor over the top, using the existing floor as a subfloor. It turned out perfect (and now we have a solid floor), and as you can see in the photos there was a lot of difficult cut work around a floor grate (access to the crawlspace) and a fireplace which is at an angle. They completed all the work (about 800 square feet with LOTS of doorways and small rooms) in just three full days, kept the work area clean as they went (since we were still living in it), and cleaned up completely each evening. HIGHLY recommended. I was fortunate enough that my neighbor used Vinny as well so I could see his work prior, so I tried to include some decent photos here for anyone else. I will also say that we did not know much about wood flooring when we started, so Vinny also helped us figure the best way to go (engineered or hardwood, what size slats, etc), which made us feel a lot better about the decisions we had to make. Again, highly recommended!
