He is a no nonsense Guy that will let you know what is needed for your roof. He did not try to get me to replace the flat roof over the porch, like four other roofing companies pushed to do. It was in excellent condition. He gave me a start date and finish date and cost that did not change. His work crew treated our home and property like their own. Armando and his crew used tarps to cover all the areas under the eaves and covered the plants. At the end of every work day they removed the tarps and scoured the property for any roofing debris and left it like they hadn't been there. They used magnets to check for nails in the grass and rocked areas. Armando has been doing residential roofing for Watertite for 26 years and it shows. He treated our home of thirty years to a perfect roof. His workmanship showed after viewing numerous homes that had been roofed in our neighborhood recently due to storm damage on August 12th. Sad to say the other companies need Armando and Danny Jones. We highly recommend Arizona Watertite Systems for your roofing needs.

That's the kind of costumer service that is needed and ver appreciated. The 2nd clean was still not 100%, but honestly, I didn't have to clean so it's a win in my book! Thank you Scott for being great, and fixing the problem!!! This company at has a great special going in, $99 for 2 hours oF cleaning. I have a 2900sq for home so I didn't have HIGE expectations with a 2 hour clean, so when they showed up (an hour EARLY and woke us up) I let the ladies know to focus on the floors and bathrooms, my least fav thing to clean myself. There were 3 ladies, score, but then they told me the clean would be less then 2 hours a since there was 3 of them... ok. I left to take the kids to school and Caaba back 2 hours later. Bathrooms looks great, thank you. The floors don't look swept well at all, and theRes NO way they were mopped, and my house is all tile. Counter top os weren't wiped down, wood furniture not wiped down, no beds made, throw pillows just thrown in a pile. Since I didn't expect too much for $99, I expected a little bit better, especially with 3 women. They could have easily called me and offered more time for cleaning for more money, I would have paid more for the job to get done. Now I'm home, cleaning. I would recommend this $99 special for any home less then 1500sq ft. If I use this company again, I'll pay full price and expect a good cleaning.

I was living out of town, and Jon had agreed to complete the 2 day project and return to close my garage in my absence. Pictures and videos were shared. It looked beautiful, and I was eager to return back to AZ to see the results. And this was when Jon's true colors came out. Jon badgered me for DAYS, requesting that I share a 5 star review on social media, rating his "customer service". After his initial request and my reply stating that I need to see the product in person on my next visit back to AZ in 30 days, he became disgruntled because that wasn't good enough for him. He repeatedly texted me throughout the next few weeks, even after I promised him that I would share a review when I returned. After his 3rd text requesting a review, I didn't reply. But I did inquire about my salt water bin that he moved to the backyard and was in the hot baking AZ sun for 30 more days. And that's when he lost his mind! His response and actions thereafter were extremely unprofessional, pointing out that I didn't give him a 5-Star review, and stated that he was sending my text chain to his attorney for legal recourse. He texted that I should never contact him again. (Actually,I tried, once I returned to AZ and saw the floor in person) but no reply. I shared images of one area that was missing epoxy and wasn't shiny like the rest of the floor... all this was because I didn't give him a 5-star review within 24 hours of completion of the project. I now see why timing is of the essence! Had Jon not gone off the deep end and was professional about the transaction and actually understood what "customer service/satisfaction" is about, I would've given much higher stars. I actually love the color of my floors. My only concern is that they are very shiny and if wet, would be slippery. But I will have to see how that holds up with AZ rains. My Chicago polyaspartic flooring company sprinkled grit into the last layer so that there was some grip when you stepped on the snowy/rainy wet floor. I would recommend looking elsewhere for other services that would actually stand by their product & warranty, that values its customers, and wants to go the extra mile to rectify any blips along that way. Now THAT'S customer service that I would gladly leave a 5-star review for. Otherwise, test the theory of NOT leaving a review. Buyer beware! This is the last text (copy/paste) of what Jon sent to me. "You're clearly missing the point, I drive 100,000 miles a year. I recommend you read your invoice that I sent to you. If you think you do not have to comply by that invoice, I don't have any problem with us, presenting this to a judge or you can share why you are exempt to my attorney. I am glad everything is here on text because this is my proof and I've just submitted everything to my attorney. Have a wonderful day and please do not reach out to me ever again."

I really appreciate how genuinely nice he was and that he took the time to educate me. I love that he treated me like an equal and didn't talk to me like it was something I couldn't understand with my small woman brain. Unfortunately some other companies out there do that. He also didn't ask me to leave a review so that was great too. I am sick of places telling me to leave a 5 star review. In my mind if you do 5 star work you get 5 stars. End of story.
