I recently hired Bella Stone Care to clean and seal my slate floors, as well as a tile bathroom floor. Everything went very well and I am pleased. I recommend the company for the following reasons: 1. Ace Siler came out, measured my floors, gave me two options and made promises that were kept. Everything was very clear and as promised. He is a very knowledgeable guy. 2. The two employees who did the work, Marco and Jeff, were professional and hard working. They moved all the furniture, although of course, I got the small stuff out of the way. They moved things carefully and nothing was damaged. I was happy with them. 3. The work itself was good. I have posted a before and after photo of the bathroom tile as well as one of the finished slate, although the latter is difficult to appreciate because it's dark. I have about 1,200 square feet of travertine flooring that was installed about 12 years ago. Over that time it's gotten dingy and there were hairline cracks in about 10 of the tiles. I called two companies for quotes and Bella won out. Not because of price (they were very close to each other) but because of the knowledge, attitude of the owner Ace. Because of bad weather Ace had to reschedule an outside job he had so he was able to get started earlier than I expected. The night before he showed up we moved everything we could out of the rooms. When Ace showed up he moved the heavy pieces out and he got to work. When it came to the cracks Ace gave me two options. He could replace the cracked tiles or try to repair them. I opted for the repair. He ground out the cracks to make them larger so the epoxy filler would hold better and he color matched the repair to the tile. They look great. For the entire floor he cleaned it, honed it, and then polished it. Ace did the dinette area first so we could decide on how polished we wanted it. We had him take it up a notch and he did the rest of the house. In total it took two full days to do the work. It looks better than it did when it was installed. read more

We're restoring a 1950's era home in Tucson. It had terrazzo floors that were abused over the decades and needed some love. After some consultation, we hired Bella Stone Care to refinish the floors. I just had our limestone floors cleaned, honed, polished and sealed by Bella Stone Care. The floors were badly etched from a DIY attempt to clean grout as well as from our cleaning lady using vinegar to wash the limestone floors. Needless to say the floors looked hopeless. Now the floors look absolutely perfect! Ace first came to our home to provide an estimate and arrived exactly as scheduled and called to tell me when he was on his way. He did have to reschedule the original date of service due to another job going over the expected completion time. Ace did call me well ahead to inform me of the change and reschedule. They arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job. John and Ace were extremely polite and a pleasure to have in our home. They carefully prepped for the work and left our home in excellent condition. To top it off the limestone floors look like new! Don't Pay Until the Job is Completely Done! Our new granite had a stain so the supplier hired Bella Stone Care. The owner and sole employee is named Ace. Ace came and treated the stain and got out about 80% of it and said he would have to come back. That was two months ago. I have called and talked to him around 8 times. He is always not in our area (see the other one-star review). He did call once when we were not home. I called back and he said sorry, I only had a one hour window. Still no Ace. Lots of excuses but no Ace. I have since gone to You Tube and learned how to remove the stain. One more application and I'll be done. If you hire this guy make sure you don't pay until the job is done, because he is NOT coming back. read more

Ace the owner came out to my house to look at a problem with some areas of granite around our sink that has been literally crumbling. He gave me several options to fix my issue and explained each one thoroughly including the cost and the risk. As he got into the repair project he realized the granite was damaged worse than he thought and he switched gears and came up with a better solution that took more time to complete yet he honored his original price. AVOID THIS PLACE. Decent job but absolutely no follow-thru from Ace once he took our money. He was supposed to return to do a clean-up of the grout work and give a broom but never returned to do the work once he had our $$$. Also, he would not return voice mails. We just had our travertine floors cleaned, honed, polished and sealed by Bella Stone Care. The floors were looking very dull and drab. Now the floors look absolutely perfect! Ace Siler came to our home and really made us feel comfortable with regard to what we could expect! Their team arrived on schedule and worked very hard to complete the job. They were here the agreed-upon amount of time and were finished on time and I am so happy with the work. They also put all the furniture back to where it was before without any hesitation. I have hired Bella Stone Care twice this year. First, they did a phenomenal job repairing damage caused by another contractor who botched the job on my marble floors. I was so happy with the repair work that Bella Stone Care did that I hired them to clean my travertine floors that are located on my outdoor patio. They did A+ work on both projects. I need to give special thanks to Ace Siler for helping me with a big problem. I originally hired Bella Stone Care to correct the faulty workmanship of another contractor who had botched the job on my beautiful marble floors. The guy left behind a sticky residue, streaks, blotches and scratches from his faulty workmanship. Bella Stone Care corrected the problems and my floors look brand new now. Ace testified at my trial against the contractor. I won the case. Ace was professional, articulate and most knowledgeable about floors. I would not have won without his testimony. Most contractors want to take your money and move on to the next project. That is not true with Bella Stone Care. Ace promised to testify on my behalf and he came through with flying colors. To me, being able to trust your contractor to be honest and reliable is 90% of the job. Working on floors requires experience, knowledge and professionalism. Bella Stone Care is the best in all three categories. I cannot recommend Bella Stone Care highly enough. Don't make the mistake I did and hire somebody who does not know what he is doing. I would not recommend Bella Stone Care. Granite cracks were repaired by Ace, the principal of this company, and at the job site, he also objected to adding a little caulk to the seam adjacent to the back board, and added a significant charge for that service. When he needed to return to bring the repair up to level and finish the surface better, he did not follow through. Calls were not returned, texts were ignored, and then he promised to return "when he was in the area", but this never happened, necessitating more calls and inquiries. Another month dragged by. Then he offered excuses, like it was done properly, he couldn't do any more to improve it, and it was too far a distance for him to drive. Never a thought or a concern for the customer and making them satisfied, it was always about the impact on him. He then became defensive, angry and hostile over the phone, and now we would not want him on the premises. His prices are not inexpensive, but with this attitude and lack of concern for customer service and being accountable, I would urge anyone considering this company to be very careful and select an alternative company, so you don't get burned. read more
