We ended up using Blake as the project manager for our roof install, electric panel upgrade and the installation of 14 solar panels. Blake very clearly explained the terms of our loan and the scope of the project, along with the number of panels we would need to double our current capacity in anticipation of eventually getting an electric car and going all electric on appliances. The process was seamless. Blake communicated very clearly what to expect and when. With the exception of the city dragging its feet on the permitting for the panel upgrade, there were no real surprises. We felt like we were in good hands with Blake, and are very happy with the quality of the workmanship on the: roof, panel upgrade and solar panel install. I have a sign on my door that says to either call or text and NOT TO KNOCK as there is a sleeping baby. So your two guys knocked not once, but twice...right in the middle of a nap on a Saturday at 1pm. So a big Screw You for waking my kid up to feed me some BS. These guys said they were with the city and here to talk about my utility box on my house, but not wearing city clothes, but they flipped their badges and had some other badge you couldn't even read when I asked for some city credentials. Shady stuff because when I looked them up online they have no affiliation with the city I live in, Vista, and the company is located in Carlsbad.
