We live in a condo complex and few a years ago we had some of our windows replaced. Elor was walking the neighborhood and stopped in and shared some information about Elor and the quality of windows for the remaining windows that need to be replaced. With much discussion and negotiation we settled with the remaining seven windows to be replaced. They measured two separate times for perfection and size of the replacement windows. They worked with our HOA for approval. We were most impressed with the workers who replaced the windows were very clean and professional and the clean up was awesome. We love the quality of the windows with the sound barrier and the tinting which cuts down on the sun and heat. My satisfaction with the window installment and quality of the windows has not changed, but the continuous sales tactics have really put a damper on the overall experience. Looking back, the very first meeting going 2 hours longer than the original hour scheduled should have been a red flag. After the windows were installed, Elor called us to schedule an inspection, which turned out not be an inspection at all, but a 1.5 hour sales pitch (which was supposed to be up to 45 minutes long). THEN they called to "review the terms" of our payment plan, but instead pitched a loan that would be secured by our home, which would ultimately cost us more. Installation aside, this company has been inconsiderate of our time and made relentless efforts to get us to spend more money. I will say, everyone has been really kind and friendly, but the non-stop selling, misleading, and lack of respect for our time has been really disappointing. read more

The coating on the new wood keeps blistering - it has been 18 months since they finished. The supervisor told me that they didn't use stain or regular paint on new wood: so, it just keeps blistering. They keep coming back and applying more coats of their product on the blistered areas. read more

Our exterior walls got water damage where they touch the ground. It was so bad that we started seeing the chicken wire. Elor energy folks stopped by and provided a detailed explanation of their product and worked with my budget constraints to make it work. I went with the exterior coating product which comes with power clean up, repair any stucco damage and 3 coats of their water proof products to prevent further damage. They gave a life time warranty on their product. Right after the project sign up, there was no delay and contractors showed up pretty much next week and finished entire project in less than 2 weeks. There was a regular follow up on the work and inspection. I am writing this review during my one year inspection where we didn't see any degradation since a year. read more
