I will update in two months after my appointment to report full results! My consultation was with Thalia. We discussed goals, expected results/turnaround, and what area we wanted to focus on. I work out consistently for years and even at my lowest weight, abs have never made their appearance so I decided this is the area I would like to focus on. 4 sessions which are a quick 30 minutes were recommended. You get to lie down during the procedure and experience some muscle contraction. It took a moment to get used to and was not painful. The best part, you can walk out and go about your day! Yup, no down time. I have now seen both Thalia and Madison for treatments and recommend them both. They are professional, knowledgeable, made the (unknown to me) experience easy and getting to see them also added a positive note to my day.

Always ask them to measure so that you get an accurate measurement of any inches lost. I never lost inches-nothing. So disappointed as again the staff was well intentioned but I feel cheated out of thousands of dollars.

I have gotten services steadily over time and that keeps my appearance fresh, mostly having just treated the surface of my skin. I get so many comments from people about how great I look. Hitting menopause in the last couple of years has taken its toll though. After feeling I'd become invisible to men. I finally decided to get a little filler for my cheeks and to soften my lip lines. Sometimes it can be uncomfortable to be exposed in certain areas, but the whole treatment was very comfortable. I assumed this information would be reviewed before my appointment if it affected my eligibility for treatment. Instead, I received a phone call as I was parking for my appointment--after driving about 45 minutes --to tell me they couldn't perform the laser facial because I use retinol. To make matters worse, I had called the day before to ask which parking garage to use and whether parking was validated. I was told to use a specific garage and that parking would be validated. After arriving, I learned they only validate parking on weekdays--not Saturdays. That information should have been provided when I specifically asked. I appreciate providers prioritizing patient safety, and I don't fault them for declining treatment but the lack of prior notice and incorrect information about parking left a really bitter taste. the staff took zero responsibility for their oversight and said I should have read the policy.

Although the cryotherapy was an experience, it's not something I'd try again haha. I always enjoy the sauna which was all to myself. They provided water and a peppermint mint towel for after the sauna that was refreshing! Clair was the one who guided me throughout the whole experience! She was lovely! Although I didn't end up getting the membership due to the location being far from me and my current needs it's definitely something I would try if I lived closer to be able to really take advantage of all they can offer! I will be keeping them in mind for the future!
