Locked the keys in my work truck, 98 F350. Gave Resc-U Locksmith a call since they had good reviews on google already and was definitely not disappointed. Bell told me it would be around a 30-35min wait from the end of the phone call till arrival. Ended up being a little bit sooner which was awesome. She helped me out very quickly and had amazing customer service. Very polite, professional and was extremely detailed with her work and I didnt notice any marks or anything on my truck so that is a big plus. This place has quite the upcharge. They charged me $144 for a Schlage cylinder replacement part and said this is a fair price. That's on top of $15 service fee and $35 labor fee. Late Sunday afternoon, I drive to the AMPM station off date palm and vista chino. I park at a numbered station and try to use my card to pay for gas, but the reader wasn't working properly. So without thinking I close my door and got mid way to the station door and realized what I've done.. Called rescue-I locksmith on a Sunday morning needIng service to get my ignition key to turn on. I had no luck myself using you tube videos WD40 etc.. Chrysler ignition cylinders have a problem with this happening !! Do you yourself a favor and call this service. Out to my location within an hour . Beware. Max quoted me $35. Service fee and said a new keyless keypad lock would cost between 200 and 300 dollars. He showed up and wanted $468 for the entire job. I talked him down to $350. But then after found the lock he used at Lowe's that only cost $124. So he made $226 for 30 minutes of work. Plus he installed a door knob that exposed one of the holes left by the other door knob because he said it could be painted and patched. It wasn't until after He left I realized the door is metal and the hole can't be easily patched. So I had to go to Lowe's and buy another door knob for $99 and install it myself which turns out is easy to do. Lesson learned. Try fixing it yourself before you call these guys. read more

What a great company! I called the main line at 4:16 pm, got a call from Wren, one of their locksmiths, a minute later, and he arrived 20 minutes after that! Wren was warm, professional, and managed to fix my door lock as well as an indoor lock that was full of old graphite. The price for everything was extremely reasonable.
