It is Wednesday, December 15, 2021. I called this morning at 10 and Ziv was at the house rekeying three door locks by 1:00 this afternoon. Very professional and thorough with the project. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Five Stars! read more

Fast. Responsive. I was really in a bind with my car. They didn't have my exact key but they had something that worked and helped me breakdown the charges to show what could be claimed by AAA or Insurance read more

Res-U- Locksmith is excellent. My front door would no longer lock and I was calling around to see who come out. Of course, they wanted $60.00 just to come out. Res-U lock had a vice nice young lady come out within 20 minutes of my phone call. She knew right away right needed to be done. For some reason, the plate opposite the door needed to be drilled out. The price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend them~ In fact her service fee was only $19.00 read more

We arrived home after a long drive and after having been gone a month; we could not find our house key. I called Resc-U Losksmith, and to my great relief, the locksmith said he would be here in 20 minutes. And he was! He opened our door very quickly, charged a very fair price for the service, and was on his way. I couldn't have asked for more! read more

Ziv was done with the job before I received a call back from another locksmith that had been recommended. That alone shows how much he cares. Ziv showed up early, gave me a great price and completed the job in less time than what he thought it would take. Bottom line- He's honest and knows what he's doing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

I had a non-emergency need for a locksmith. I called and arranged for next day dispatch where date and time were arranged. I notified the security guard at the gate the Resc-U would be here. Resc-U was a no show. they didn't have the decency to call to reschedule. here it is a week later and still no Resc-U read more

Like an idiot, I slammed the door and locked myself out on Sunday afternoon. Called this place and the guy was out in a half hour and got me in. Very efficient, but expensive - very expensive. But, hey it was Sunday afternoon so goes with the territory. Not cheap by any means, but had to get in\ Highly recommend them if you're locked out. read more

I called last-minute to re-key after a tenant vacated. Other places I contacted were unable to help me due to the holiday weekend. Spoke with Saige who came within an hour. She was polite, professional and the price was very fair. There was an issue with one of the locks, but she had a replacement with her and quickly completed the job. I really can't recommend her enough and will definitely use her again! Great customer service! Thank you Saige! read more

Locked the keys in my work truck, 98 F350. Gave Resc-U Locksmith a call since they had good reviews on google already and was definitely not disappointed. Bell told me it would be around a 30-35min wait from the end of the phone call till arrival. Ended up being a little bit sooner which was awesome. She helped me out very quickly and had amazing customer service. Very polite, professional and was extremely detailed with her work and I didnt notice any marks or anything on my truck so that is a big plus. Hoping I dont lock my keys in my truck again but if I do I'll give Resc-U a call. Great customer service. read more

Got the key to my new home and then managed to immediately lock myself out. I called Resc-U and they promised to have someone out in 10 minutes. During that time I miraculously found a hidden key the previous owner had left (leading me to believe this self locking garage entry door has been a problem). I called back and the technician was so kind. Didn't charge me and canceled the visit. I will be calling back and scheduling a time for this company to do our rekey service. read more

Owner is proactive and customer service oriented. Nice to see a truly caring business owner.

Great service! Not a 5 because it was too expensive. I would use again , but would appreciate their costs being more competitive.

very responsive from answering to scheduling Daniel and showing up at my home promptly. Daniel arrived when he said he would and was friendly & professional. Would hire them again! read more

This place has quite the upcharge. They charged me $144 for a Schlage cylinder replacement part and said this is a fair price. That's on top of $15 service fee and $35 labor fee. I'll say this, they got the job done, but it was very expensive. Ziv contacted me and they were willing to work on price. I have improved rating from 2 to 4 stars for this effort. read more

I can't help but feel robbed. $15 service call but then $80 for lock that took two minutes to unlock. I was told $35 on the phone not sure how there was a jump to $80. Then I asked for a military discount? Nope can't get that. Edit* after posting this review I did receive a call about my experience. I highly appreciate that my fee was adjusted to better align with what I thought the work was worth. Thank you Resc-U lock! read more

Late Sunday afternoon, I drive to the AMPM station off date palm and vista chino. I park at a numbered station and try to use my card to pay for gas, but the reader wasn't working properly. So without thinking I close my door and got mid way to the station door and realized what I've done.. KEYS STILL IN THE IGNITION DOOR LOCKED I pull out my phone and search "locksmith" and the top two caught my eye. Although this particular company was number 2 I think it should have the number 1 slot when it comes to being "Resc-U'd" Called them up; answered right away, told them my location and received an estimated time. The Tech (Belle) arrived exactly when I was told she'd be there. She was very kind and got the job done is a flash. She's a very skillful Tech and I would recommend to anyone in the same situation. Belle let me know the cost of the job before anything as well as letting me know how to possibly get some or a large amount of my money back through my insurance. Very knowledgeable and informative. I highly recommend this company to anyone in a pickle. Check out their many other services, it's not just to save dummies like me from locking my keys in my car. Thank you Belle! You Rock read more

Beware. Max quoted me $35. Service fee and said a new keyless keypad lock would cost between 200 and 300 dollars. He showed up and wanted $468 for the entire job. I talked him down to $350. But then after found the lock he used at Lowe's that only cost $124. So he made $226 for 30 minutes of work. Plus he installed a door knob that exposed one of the holes left by the other door knob because he said it could be painted and patched. It wasn't until after He left I realized the door is metal and the hole can't be easily patched. So I had to go to Lowe's and buy another door knob for $99 and install it myself which turns out is easy to do. Lesson learned. Try fixing it yourself before you call these guys. read more

Called Resc-U Locksmith for my dad, who had lost his mailbox key (oh gosh Dad) and needed to get access to his mailbox. I had called 2 other places who said they could do it, but my dad would have to wait 2 days for service or pay an after hours charge, respectively. Andrew swooped in and came to the rescue! Not only was his quote the most affordable, he said he could come the same evening (which he needed) and get the job done. All I had to do was text him my dad's info and he got everything taken care. And the cherry on top? When Andrew was done with the job, he made sure to text me and let me know it was all taken care of. I wish I had called sooner. Resc-U will now be my go-to locksmith. Thanks again Andrew! read more

Andrew was communicative, on time, friendly and efficient! My new La Quinta go to locksmith now!

I recently used their services to make a new car key that was programmed to be able to start the car. They were very courteous and fast. I also liked that they were upfront about their pricing and told me ways to save some money, like taking our keys into their office to avoid a fee and going through insurance for reimbursement. I have already saved their information into my contacts to have it on hand if and when I need their help again! Very much recommend :) read more

What a great company! I called the main line at 4:16 pm, got a call from Wren, one of their locksmiths, a minute later, and he arrived 20 minutes after that! Wren was warm, professional, and managed to fix my door lock as well as an indoor lock that was full of old graphite. The price for everything was extremely reasonable. My husband is at risk for Covid complications, and Wren was very courteous and respectful about wearing a mask and being safe while inside my property. I highly recommend Wren and will definitely request him in the future. Great job--and thank you! read more
