We could not figure out how to unlock the privacy door they installed. I reached out via Yelp late at night around 9pm or almost 10pm. I thought they will reply back the next day. Within 10 minutes, I was surprised Dan (I think is his name) replied back! He came within 30 minutes and figured out which correct key it is and gave us one. My husband and I were very impressed! We received friendly & prompt service! Will use them again in the future! read more

Fast, communicative and professional. Great resource for any property management company in the desert area!

We had an old safe that was in our house when we bought it and needed to have it opened and re-programmed. I found the logo of the safe we had on the Safe Company's website, so I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Sean came out and spent more than an hour (he said it would take this time up front) and showed me how to open it because we had no idea! The price was fair at $395 for the travel time and servicing. Sean was able to tell me that our safe is not so safe - it isn't even fire proof. We will be going to their shop to look for a better safe that is fire proof and bolted down. Glad to find a company we can trust. read more

Locks Around the Clock - Old doorknob. - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Palm Desert, California

Some "low life criminal" did a lot of damage and stole my lockbox off a community gate at a listing I have in Palm Desert. I called Locks Around the Clock to replace the security door knob and the service was fantastic. Only one of 4 locksmiths to actually pick up their phone and another tried to access my apps when calling them. Super fishy. The professionalism from Locks Around the Clock was the best service I have had here in the Desert. Since there are so many unqualified people working in the Desert trying to gauge homeowners and take advantage of the elderly and seasonal owners, it's really great when you can find the diamond in the rough. ONLY use this company!! The two lock techs that came to the property to meet me were very nice, efficient and made certain I could access easily before they left. Follow up call to make sure all went well was nice as well. Full service. That's all we need! Great Job! read more

If you're looking for a locksmith, look no further! Best experience ever! Not only were they the first company to respond. They were the best with communication and on time. Thomas installed a new smart lock and swapped out our door handle. He was patient, kind and super clear on instructions when he helped us program the new smart lock. He also made extra keys for us. Above all he was professional and give us a bit of history on the lock we had purchased validating our decision even more. The cost was less than other companies with much higher quotes. It truly was one of the greatest experiences we have ever had with any vendor. I cannot recommend them enough don't bother to go anywhere else. Thank you Locks Around the Clock! read more

They showed up on the same day. They were courteous and able to fix everything that needed to be fixed.

I want to thank and compliment Michael on not only the outstanding service he provided but was such a lovely man as well. I needed help installing a new smart lock for my elderly friend and thought I could do it myself. Needless to say after 2 hours of hard work I needed a pro and truly am grateful for Locks Around the Clock! They were professional and so nice to deal with. I know I got lucky but they arrived within less than one hour of my call. If I ever need a locksmith in the future- they will be my first call! read more

I called the store and said can you send somebody out to put on a deadbolt and I want a lock on my sliding patio door and he was going to send somebody right out and I called him back and said no I'm going to take it off and see if it needs painted first, which it didn't. I called him back in about a half an hour, and he sent Michael out. He installed the deadbolt and made me four free keys, which I was very happy about. The patio door turned out to be a little bit of a headache. They said they're trickier to do sometimes, but when the part he had broke. He called because he had another job to go to and they sent out Dave, who had the part and finished installing the lock. I guess patio door locks because of handle shapes, can be tricky, but they did a great job and I'm very happy and they definitely were fair about the cost. I highly recommend them. read more

This was my first time ever having to use a service to get me into my apartment unlocked myself out of. Although it did take two phone calls, I'm grateful they called me back. My experience was professional, quick, convenient and affordable for being after hours, 8:00pm. I spoke with Thomas at 8:32pm, he gave me a quote over the phone. I agreed to the pricing, he said he would be here in 30 minutes. 8:50 pm he was at my apartment complex. For my job it probably took him less than 15-20 minutes to open my front door and make me two keys on site. I was going to get my keys made at a kiosk, but I was very happy with the service so I decided to pay more for the convenience and support a local business. I highly recommend this company. Excellent service across the board! Thomas was on time, great communication, trustworthy and professional. Highest recommendation.

We called and Michael was here the next day. We had broken off the turn knob on our bedroom slider and had know idea who would fix it. We looked up Locks Around the Clock they had great positive reviews. They understood the problem and ensured a locksmith with knowledge of slider doors. Michael arrived fixed our problem super fast and checked the rest of our locks! He was very polite and even removed his shoes as we have a new puppy in the house. Absolutely saving them to my favorites!!! And they were very reasonably priced read more

Wow! Our side gate lock became very hard to open to the point it finally said "No!" I called Locks Around the Clock and they had a tech out within the hour! Thomas was great at calling to let me know what the issue was, fixed it, and recut some worn out keys. He took the time to fully answer my questions about possibly replacing the lock and how to maintain the current lock for ease of use. If you need competent, timely and incredible locksmith services (and you will) this is the team to call. Michael was given the toughest task of a broken latch in the doorframe that could not be extricated by some handymen. They wanted to remove the door or replace the door to access the latch. He was done in 10 minutes and replaced with new hardware. Also fixed my wrought iron gate on the way out to his van. Friendly to my dogs and a lifesaver in real time. read more

Late night call for a lock out, showed up on time, fair price, and quick service. Thank you Dan!

Highly, Highly Recommended! I have found, finally, professionals in the Coachella Valley! DAN saved my life on 2/25/26 where I accidentally locked my dogs inside the car along with my backpack and keys! He drove from Indio, CA to Palm Springs, CA, after business hours, to unlock my car. Sadly my own car insurance does not do that. But he did very well. And my dogs were okay afterwards. Thank you Dan for helping me! I wish you all the Very Best. Cheers read more

They're licensed, insured, and bonded, which gives us peace of mind when they're on site. Stephen at Locks Around was great quick and easy to get his service. I received an update call while he was on route and was very knowledgeable when he arrived. I appreciate that he attempted to fix my existing key before deciding on an entire new one. As a Teacher always on the go this service was made hassle free and I truly appreciate the effort of being upfront with prices and honoring quotes, I am not a big fan of car encounters so I appreciated that I was able to handle this on my own without having an assistant do it for me instead. (That's how much I don't like dealing with car stuff) so if your a girly like me these are the people for you. read more

Leaving one for the following reasons. 1. Says around the clock 24 hour service. 2. Customer service from the person, maybe dispatcher - guy on end of phone 3. Rudeness We arrived to the condo Friday (07/28) night and our deadbolt was dead. Called around and actually asked to call this company. Called and explained the circumstances, 111 outside and sitting in parked idling car to keep ac on. 24 hour services, but told he can make an appointment for Monday. So much for 24 hour service. Anyway, did not have service, but I won't either from this company. Appreciate the response. Please find the screenshot from the time I called. Hope this helps. I have upped the stars to two. Again I did. It get service community, only a phone call. read more

I only leave a Yelp review on rare occasions. Locks Around the Clock certainly deserves one. I moved to Palm Desert two weeks ago and discovered my personal petty cash & document travel safe had been locked but no keys to be found. Albert was responsive and very thoughtful. He went beyond the call of duty to figure out an appropriate & affordable solution without damaging the lock or key. One less headache in the midst of a big move is invaluable. I went ahead and had a number of new keys made while he managed to assist several other customers. What a way to start a new chapter... without stress & relaxed smiles! read more
