Prompt and friendly service! Job was done quickly and satisfied our needs. Would use them again!

They were great and came out fast! Professional and answered all my questions. He was able to put in our code door and helped set up the app read more

The tech was fast, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The phone scheduler was pleasant and professional. I recommend them.

Great locksmith! Someone actually immediately answers the phone when you call and schedules you in for your needs. I had different experiences trying to reach out to other locksmiths in the area.. I only needed my front door lock rekeyed, so it was a fairly easy and short job, but I received the same level of service that everyone else here received. The technician called me about half an hour before arrival with a courtesy call. He managed to rekey the lock quickly and also made sure that my latch fit the door again, because this was not the case. Would definitely use them again and recommend them! read more

If you're looking for a fantastic locksmith, look no further. We were in quite a bind with our car locked in our garage and no way to access it after our garage door knob failed. After my husband did a hatchet job on the door in a desperate attempt to pry the faulty cylinder from the bore hole, I consulted my trusty Yelp for help. A quick scan of 5 Star reviews led me to Legacy Locksmiths. My subsequent experience with them demonstrated they earned every one of their stellar reviews. Adam picked up my call right away, gave me a reasonable quote, and arrived on my doorstep in record time. Did I mention it was after hours? On a holiday weekend?? Yep. Adam got our access door open within 5 minutes and was kind enough to service a few other knobs that were headed down the same path at no extra charge. We will be replacing those knobs in the near future and will definitely have Adam back out to do the job. Thank you Legacy Locksmiths! read more

Adam is AWESOME!!! He showed up when he said he would. Re-keyed 3 sliders and installed a keypad lock for us. He is kind, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. He is an expert at what he does. He was training an employee and he just had a very good demeanor while teaching his employee. I wanted to ask him if was a dad because he was so good at giving his employee great instructions and telling him tips and tricks along the way. They were also efficient and I love my new keypad!!! He also made sure I could work my keypad before he left. So if you are looking for a locksmith THIS is the company you want to use! I love supporting a small company too!!! read more

The amount of service fee $65 on yelp $85 when I called. Price per jet is higher too. This is bait and switch Horrible! read more

My experience was perfect. Called Adam on a Monday, he came out on Tuesday at the exact time he said he would. He re-keyed 3 doors for me In a condo I own and did a wonderful job - very professional. I would recommend this company and can't say enough good things. Thank you! read more

Ulysses did a great job. Arrived on time, changes my gate lock to a smart lock and re-keys both front and back doors to one key.

We just closed on a condo in Palm Springs and called Adam to rekey all of our locks. He was super responsive and accommodated our schedule. He did a great job and was able to make it so we only needed one key for all of our locks. Very honest - he told us we did not need to rekey any of our interior locks even though we had no key. We were concerned about someone getting stuck inside a bathroom or bedroom without us having the key but he showed us how to open them without a key. Pricing was reasonable and he was very friendly and great with our dog. read more

Fantastic service from this family owned company! David is excellent. He rekeyed 7 locks, replaced 3 deadbolts, even fixed a few things he found that were unsafe/broken which I did not notice (!) and all at a very affordable price. David and Adam are both friendly and professional and I'll definitely use them again if I need a locksmith in the future. read more

David is so friendly! Needed emergency help and he was there right away!! He's so kind and willing to help!

I'm a Realtor and needed access ASAP to a house. 8:00am on a Monday. Adam answered the phone and was there within 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and gained access to the house with minimal damage to existing locks/deadbolts. He assessed all options before choosing his approach. He was fast, efficient, calm and easy going. Job done. Absolutely recommend him for emergencies and just general lock repair/replacement needs. read more

There's a reason this company has five star reviews. I had a lock-out on a Saturday. I called a couple other locksmiths, including a big brand name. Basically the response was, manana. When I called Keys N' Things, Adam told me he was in Palm Desert on a job. He said he would arrive here in about an hour. He got here right when he said he would. Immediately you can tell he knows what he's doing. He quickly solved the problem, including making some adjustments which were beyond the call of duty. The price was great and the efficiency was fantastic. That lock works way better than it ever did before. I highly recommend you call Adam to help you with any lock and key issues. read more

Amazing guys! Quick and friendly, good humored. They did more than I asked for to ensure I felt safe and the house, protected. They were masked-up and super professional. We had some fun chats while they worked but they were also focused on making sure I was happy with the locks and general security (fence lock, garage, front door, automatic locks, etc.) . They went above and beyond and I'll be calling them for any other needs in the future! read more

Adam has to be the nicest person I've ever met. He is exceptional at his work and came incredibly prepared for the new doorknob install + the smart lock. While on work calls I must have told at least 5 coworkers how delightful Adam was and how I wish every business owner could clearly love their job as much as he does. It's very obvious that his work brings him joy, you will hear it the moment he answers the phone it actually caught me off guard when I called for a quote. He is so delightful it was very heartwarming to support him and his business. I don't anticipate needing any more lock work done but if I do I'll absolutely call him. Thank you Adam 10/10 my friend! read more

I had a great experience with Adam at Legacy Locksmith. He came out to my new house to rekey, changing 4 deadbolts and 4 handle locks in about 30 minutes. He was running a bit late for our appointment, so he gave me a discount on the service charge, along with his apologies. He's very friendly and made the whole thing easy; I will definitely use him again for any locksmith jobs in the future! read more

I was locked out of my house and needed a locksmith after 5pm on a Thursday. I was able to get into my house with the help of my landlord but the locksmith, Adam was already here. So I had to pay for the service fee regardless, bummer but he did make the trip, only fair. While he was here, he did a duplicate key for me in record time. Quick and efficient. Adam is one of the best and most honest locksmiths around, his prices were slightly cheaper than other locksmiths if not the same. If you need a locksmith of any sort, this company is it.
