Excellent customer care. They are quick and reliable. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing lock and safe services.

Called them to do a simple key fob replacement. I have lived in the valley my whole life and believe in supporting local businesses. The gentleman on the phone got upset and blamed me for threatening him when I mentioned that I found a better price out of town. Valley lock and safe was through my AAA, they wanted to up charge me by $200 more than the guy from out of town. The guy I went with was from the Costco parking lot, also when he heard about what happened to me he dropped his price even more. The place I went with is called "THE KEY MAN" they were over the top and quick to help. I will be reporting valley lock and safe to AAA for price gouging. I will be telling this story to everyone I run into. Local support is lost and this is why they fail. read more

Cristal was a true lifesaver today. Two dogs locked in a hot car (with engine running & AC on & temp constantly monitored) for the 22 min it took AAA to arrive made me realize today was the day to try to get a "spare" key fob for the car. I had a set of fobs I had bought on Amazon and Cristal braved 95F with lots of humidity to program a bunch of new fobs with key cut so that the above scenario never happens again! Thank you Cristal for doing a great job with a smile on your face! Valley Lock and Safe was recommend by Pro Locks when I called and they were absolutely correct! This is the place to come and Cristal is amazing at her job! No dogs were harmed in the making of this review and both are sitting here happy and content wondering if they are going to get a treat? read more

Valley Lock and Safe - Door handle cylinder change... - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Cathedral City, California

We were quoted $185.00 for a job fixing 4 locks on our 2 doors, making ALL locks have one key. He arrived & took our key & went around & checked all the Locks & said they just need a little lubricant & they should all work on the same key. He was here 10-15 minute, gave us nothing, & still charged us $185.00.. That was a total rip off. I will NOT be recommending Valley Lock & Save to any one., read more

I had a very old HON lateral four drawer file to which I had lost the key. I called Valley Lock and Ken answered. He asked me to give him the code etched into the lock. He said they would be able to make a new key from that code. I went to the business about three hours later and started to ask for a key to be made and Ken remembered the code from our conversation. 10 minutes later and for $25 I had a new key. In looking about the Store, I got the feeling they could make a key for just about anything. Very professional, fast service. I would highly recommend. read more
